Quick and easy online appointment scheduling. Parking is abundant. Chris the young man greeted me instantly, with a smile in his eyes! 😀 I was offered a seat behind a plexiglass window with rep on opposite side. During the time with Chris he expressed a vast amount of product and services knowledge, more than the Pavillion AT&T store. I highly recommend this store. The manager was awesome also.

If you’re ever in need of help with any AT&T product or phone issues, you got to stop by this store. I am really impressed with the costumer service provided. I was helped by Simon and he really went above and beyond with everything. He was able to answer all questions I had, and went through all the details I needed to know. Simon really making my experience with AT&T trustworthy and worth the time. I have visited other stores in the past but this one takes the cake by far. Great job to all staff, especially the man Simon!

God BLESS the manager, Alex!!! He has the patience of a saint!!! My grandma is your typical European/German elderly who is very demanding, inpatient and expects you to read minds. We went into yesterday needed to upgrade her iPhone 4 and he was so kind, patient and respectful. She is more than a handful and I appreciated how helpful and accommodating he was to her. She was happy with her phone purchase and I’m happy she didn’t yell at anyone. 😂 they are limiting the store to just 1 person right now due to covid, but can assist outside. I recommend calling ahead if you already know what you want so you don’t have to wait. THANK YOU ALEX!!! :)

Dont Trust Brandon the manager overhere, He forced Alex who is a great customer service, to told us that He missed quote us and cant help us to get the plan for New and existing customers who are certified or licensed doctors, nurses, or physician assistants who have or activate an ATT Unlimited Starter, ATT Unlimited Extra, or ATT Unlimited Elite plans are eligible.My wife is an RN and qualify for the plan, so We just went to another At&t store down the road and they just help us without a problem. Thumps up for Alex, He should be the Manager instead of Brandon.

I am giving 5 stars to Simon my AT&T consultant at the Stanton store. He was able to answer all of my questions. Simon went the extra mile and help me with my phone operations even though I was there to buy AT&T TV service. Simon is fantastic the man has the patience of Job. I have very limited skills when it comes to modern technology. Simon walked me through everything I needed to .know to operate my Galaxy Note 10+. As a matter of fact, all the employees in the store are very helpful. Charles was a huge help to my husband who was very intrested in navigating AT&T TV. The store is phenomenal the people are phenomenal. I highly recommend the AT&T Stanton store.

Came to the ATT store looking for a good deal for a new phone and the staff was very nice, very clean store. But the best part of all was how patient Christian at the store helped me and boyfriend get a great deal for a brand new phone. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful 👍

This new location of AT&T is amazing. The store itself is very clean and they carry any product that you need. From AirPods to Iphones to speakers. They have all you want. As I walked in into this new location, I was greeted right away by the friendly faces of the sales consultants. They approached me in a welcoming and professional manner. I came in looking for a new plan and phone carrier because my initial phone plan was extremely high. As I explained my situation, they understood where I was coming from & helped me right away. They took their time to help me by explaining everything step by step. This made me understand what I was signing up & paying for. The process took a while to go through and in the end the wait was worth it. I ended up leaving with a new phone plan, a brand new phone, & a phone bill that doesn’t cost overly expensive. I’m grateful to all the consultants who were able to guide me through the process. If you guys have any questions, they have the answers for you! Definitely check this location out because it’s new and they work efficiently! Thanks once again!

What an AT&T store should be like. Not just one person, but everyone in the Store was very helpful. They worked as a team! Unlike some experiences in the past with authorized retailers I learned the hard way that AT&T stores are the best place to take care of your needs! Pay these guys some more money! They’re like mini private investigators when it comes to checking things on your account. LOL!

Well I have gone to this store since they Opened and in the Start of COVID Shut Down I went there after checking to make sure they were open and when I got there they were not and it cost me $80 round trip for a taxi ride to the next nearest AT&T store that was open.
