The staffs are very helpful, but unfortunately they dont have the phone I wanted. Will definitely use this location again next time.

I was having issues with my phone not getting or receiving text messages from certain numbers for over a year. I went to 2 stores and called customer service several times and it never got resolved. I decided to try 1 more time and was greeted by the manager Kimberly Gildersleeve. Her customer service was OUTSTANDING!! I explained what was going on and she assured me that she would get it fixed. She went above and beyond for me and even called customer service right in the store to make sure it got fixed!! I’m so grateful for her help, it finally got fixed!! If you need anything go see Kimberly!!

Went in about 3 months ago to upgrade my phone said I would get $200 credit towards the new one. Almost 4 months later no credit I keep calling telling me it will take a few days that a manager has to look into it it has been about a month and they still can’t find the promotion they offered me. They pretty much took my phone and now customer service is not doing anything about it!!!!

I have been a Sprint customer for over 20 yrs, & I have never been helped or treated with as much respect as I was today. I cant believe how helpful all the employees are here. Much better than the Sprint employees. After the merger I went to very low to no bars. I was dreading the thought of having to go into the store & more thinking that I would have to buy a new phone. Tikeitska D. Hodge worked her magic and puff I still have my old but trusted phone with full bars.Yes I would recommend this store & the staff.

K was super helpful. Thanx. They were a bit shorthanded today. I came to spend 🤑💰 on an Xmas gift of a iphone12 but couldnt quite decide, interrupted by other salesgirl 2many times to wanna spend. Just went to best buy instead.

Kevin helped me out and was an awesome rep. I greatly appreciate the fact that he went above and beyond to help me with my dads phone upgrade. Knowing that I had to find something that would help my father who is legally blind find something that helps him see the phone better.

I got my warranty replacement phone sent here for pickup and the employees gave it to someone else instead. Yes. They are that incompetent.

I went in for something that was really simple just to get my tablet added to my account it took more than an hour and the guy seemed like he was new on though he said he been working there for a while worst experience Ive ever had

Do not trust this place. I went in looking for a new phone and they were trying to push a phone I didnt want because they had a contest going on. To make it worse they lied to me about my plan saying that I needed to get a new one because if I upgrade my phone my plan will have to change to a new one. I thought that was weird and called customer service and they told me no that is not true. Do not trust them.

Terrible place

Very bad experience in less than 3 months we have paid $ 900 and they still tell us that we have to pay a debit of $ 800. Nothing to do with the contract they promised us. And round after round and they dont return anything.
