This place preys on the local college students to fatten their pockets by towing student vehicles at $236 a pop!!! They literally wait in the resident housing lots & pounce as soon as the driver is out of site. I am all for rules. I didnt even let my son explain because I told him if he was towed, he was at fault. But then I decided to ride by the scene myself. The signs are deliberately deceiving & awkwardly placed KNOWING it will confuse everyone. Yes there are signs saying park between YELLOW lines. Again, knowing it will be DARK & hard to see the faded lines and that 90% of males are color blind, they know IT IS A SET UP. So my son READ the sign on the fence & followed the ARROW. I guarantee myself and EVERY other adult would have done the same & thought any spot to the left would be acceptable. (See pic #3, which is where my son was parked)
Over charge for everything. I wanted to change the break fluid. After waiting an hour an half they told me that, parts are not available. Also they wanted to charge 250$ for changing front break pad!!
Special recognition to Johnathan did an excellent job towing my car.. He was very nice and professional…. He took his time to explain everything he was doing ..
They got my Moms tire straight in a flash and Polite & RESPECTFUL ALWAYS💝
Williams Wells does a wonderful job. My daughter lives in Starkville and I wait until I visit to get any work done, servicing, etc. They have always done excellent work for a good price. I will continue to use them.
Mixed review! The people here are so nice and polite. They will call you and provide you with estimates and updates in a timely manner. Ive needed towing services twice and was completely satisfied. with the speed and quality of services. However their repair services need help. First time I had an oil change here they charged me for an air filter, took the old one out, and never put a new one back in! They issued a refund and an apology. Gave them another chance because they are a nice, local family owned business and had all of my brake pads/calipers/rotors replaced 3 years ago by them to the tune of $1900 (for refurbished parts, according to invoice!). Brakes started grinding last month, took the vehicle in and I was told brakes were out of warranty but the pads were okay until my next oil change. Less than 150 miles later, brakes went completely out on me going down the highway. Thank goodness it did not cause an accident. Now only 3 years and 12,000 miles later, I have to replace my rear brakes again for another $1400 - not including the bill for towing. Bottom line - nice people, good towing services, but if you want quality repair service you may need to go elsewhere.
My husband works there and he loves the atmosphere he says he should have done went to work for William wells along time ago
Excellent Customer Service. Great people. Best shop in Starkville!
The entire staff is great. They have affordable prices and dont try to charge you too much like most places do. I will always be a customer.
DO NOT GET ANYTHING DONE HERE THEY ARE CRIMINALS!!Got new tires from this establishment, just for them to wear before their 50,000 mile warranty. Before buying, the owner promised that if they wore down, it would be replaced at a lower price. Called today because one tire is wearing at only 27,000 miles and the owner said that they will not replace them as promised at a lower price. The website even states that the dealer would have to hold up their end. If you want good tires, go anywhere but here.
Great work! Love the warranty they have!
Great service! Wish I wouldve gotten the name of the man who helped. He was AMAZING!
WWT&A was great. Their service was prompt, communication was clear, and they provided a thorough explanation of the issue with a thoughtful resolution. Bubba was absolutely terrific to deal with, and treated us very well. I recommend WWT&A to anyone, and especially to parents with students in Starkville that need help with their auto repairs.
While in Texas I had four michelin tires put on my truck. Its a longer wheelbase and I needed someone who could handle a longer truck to give it a Front End Alignment. I went to a dealership in West Point where I spoke to a young man named Dylan, and though he tried to fit me into his already tight schedule it wasnt going to happen so I asked him where else I could get it done.He told me that he knew of a man who was fair honest and professional, and he knew this because he used to work there and enjoyed his time there. So, off I went to see William Wells tire and auto and found Dylans words to be 100% accurate. I was beyond impressed with how much effort they gave my truck on a Saturday and on the following Monday. Not only was the work professional but I was kept aware of every move they wanted to make on my truck so that I could make a decision. When you come into a town and are looking for a reputable business, whether it be a restaurant or an auto repair facility, you value that other people are willing to put their name on the advice they give you. I am very glad Dylan spoke up about this establishment.I will join him and suggest to you, that if you want honest, professional, personal-touch business youll find it here at William Wells auto in Starkville!Thank you to everyone who helped me with my pro master. I appreciate you all very much!Bob
I thought they had fair prices and great service
They always take good care of my car,and they are the nicest people.
Quick service and they go through every little thing. I know when I leave everything is in place and where it needs to be.
Very Friendly will recommend must certainly will.Take. car back.
Very professional, great quality of work!
Great service, they not only repaired our truck, but towed it from where it broke down on the side of the road. Not the cheapest option in town, but the service is worth paying for.
Checked my vehicle for free. Lighter charger was out.
Great place to get your oil change, and any mechanical needs u might have taken care of
If its broken they can an will fix it.
Great service and prices
Had 3k worth of work done. Drove an hour and a half to pick my truck up just to have the steering wheel crooked. No excuses to miss such a obvious detail. Do not recommend.
These guys always do a great job.
Polite people.... Didnt have the tire i needed in stock but could have had it first thing the next morning... Explained i was from out of state and was headed home that evening... They pointed me in the right direction... That alone is worth 4 stars
I brought my vehicle in about 4:30 for an oil change, wasnt sure if I could get one because they were closing at 5:30 they made it happen got me in and it didnt take too long. I also appreciate these guys so much for working past 5:30 I am very glad I brought my car here to be serviced I would without a doubt reccommed William Wells and his team of Awesome employees to anyone needing service to their vehicle!
Always professional and takes good care of their customers.
Extremely to high. Good service but cost of labor to much.
I received an oil change before heading home 600 miles. They didnt tighten my oil filter and my vehicle leaked 15% oil overnight. Luckily my brother in law is an adhoc mechanic and fixed it before getting on highway 95 all the way home.
A great place to work and shop.Good employees.
They are very good with what they do. Fast Service
Everyone in the front lobby was helpful and easy to work with. I had to get 4 new tires and they did a great job replacing my old ones. Decent prices and very informative. I purchased the warranty on the tires and have gone by a couple times afterwards to get the air pressure checked before any long road trips. They have checked and topped off when needed. They are very accommodating, helpful and friendly.
Best towing available
Had a blowout on the highway and with one call they arrive before expected... great service and price!!! Thank you
As a father with college children at MS State, the ability to trust a service center is immeasurable. Tim and John.took care of our needs with respect, care, and professionalism. I recommend all parents trust their personal and student auto needs to William Wells Service!
Had to call for a service call on late Sunday afternoon. My son had a blowout about 30 minutes this side of Meridian on Hwy 45. Josh, the service truck driver, was more than accommodating. Got to the shop to see if he had a replacement tire, called me to let me know. I sent him a pin of the location and he got him going. Thanks, Josh!!
I would like to give a huge thank you to Dustin and Jonathan for their outstanding service last night into the very early morning (12:30am)! My rental van had 2 blow outs as we came down 45 into West Point on our way home from family(5 people including a 1 year old) vacation in Gulf Shores! After dealing with the rentalcompany and them telling us it could be up to 5 hours before we received a tow truck and them providing incorrect info to the other tow company(had already been sitting on 45 for over 3 hours) I contacted yall and Dustin came to my rescue. After helping me as much as he could we found that the front blow out caused too much damage to the rim and it could not be fixed! He contacted Jonathan (but Dustin stayed with me on a dark part of 45 to ensure my safety) who also came to the rescue and towed the damaged van to a safe location and also made sure to be a gentleman and help me in and out of the tow truck as I’m a left leg amputee and it’s much more difficult for me to climb in taller vehicles! Thank you for helping us in a very uncertain time as we had no clue about our surroundings or any clue how to go about getting any of it fixed! It’s companies as yourself that restores faith in humanity! I would highly suggest using William Wells Tire for your service needs!!!! Thank you, from a scared mom, 2young boys, a sister and a precious 1year old lil girl!! ❤️
William Wells Tire & Auto goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service! I would definitely highly recommend them to family and friends!
WWTA rocks. I highly recommend William Wells to anyone in the Starkville area. If you want no-nonsense automobile service without the sugar-coating and without a tough sell, go by or call ask for Tim. I promise he will always tell is like it is, and see the job through.
Ive been a loyal customer for years--William Wells has always consistently delivered top-quality auto maintenance for repairs great and small, at very reasonable prices (sometimes waiving certain costs altogether). Theyve been instrumental in keeping my 1998 Corolla in excellent condition, with nearly 300,000 miles on the odometer. No small feat! I also appreciate the follow-up calls I get from the Service Department, its good to deal with a local business which has top quality mechanics and such a community-oriented, relationship-based approach. William Wells keeps both of my cars (and their driver) happy!
Took two flat tires to get fixed, went one mile and back to fill up on petro, came right back and set in waiting area over a hour when they was closing, then they asked did I need any help. Went there approximately a year ago and bought two tires, when they came took truck back to have them put the day and time they told me. When I got there an employee was in the back cursing loudly about having to put them on, I was like WTH, went back there and told just put them in the back, I can go cross town.
Balanced my car and only charged $20 so I was hopeful. But then they told me my rear strut was completely busted and quoted me over $550 to replace it. When I brought it to another shop I not only do not have struts in my car, I have shocks, but was told it was barely leaking and quoted $220 for the job. I wouldnt go back to William Wells.
Expensive, unfriendly, and wont work with you on anything. They behave like they are the only show in town, and their prices match it. Save money and headaches. Go elsewhere.
I called at 4:45 today for a tow truck. I was told he would send a driver. Over three hours later, I am still waiting. I called again and was told he would call the driver and call me back. That was an hour ago. No call, no tow truck. I usually only give reviews on pages that our positive. However, this is just frustrating.
My girlfriend has an old 2005 GMC Envoy that has its share of problems, and on Memorial day she was supposed to leave to North Carolina for work, but her car wouldnt start. After doing everything I could do because mechanics were closed, we realized her starter wasnt working properly. And I didnt have all the tools to be able to change it myself. We had it towed to WW and then waited for Tuesday. They quoted her $935 for an oil change and a new starter. This seemed high to me, so i looked up average costs and found that this repair should be between $307 and $938, with the latter high estimate only applying in cases where the starter itself is over $400 in cost. I initially had a phone conversation with Tim in which he seemed dismissive, but after going in to pick up the car, he was more than willing to explain and answer any questions we had. The people who work here are nice people who will try to help as much as they can. The only thing is the $109 an hour they charge for labor is really high comparatively to other shops in the area, and Im not sure why. The shop does offer reduced rates for common repairs, (exhaust, brakes, oil) that are in a really good price range but their base labor charge is still very high. Also something we didnt know going in, if you find a cheaper part and bring it in prior to them starting repairs, they will put that part in for you instead of their NAPA products they use. Nice people who do good work, just high prices.
I had a wonderful experience. These folks came and got my car (not towed), called within an hour or two to tell me what was wrong, had it fixed by the afternoon (even after they called once to say it was done and I had some more things I wanted them to look at, so they had to do more repairs), and then came to pick me up with two kids in tow, one of which was a screaming autistic child, to go pick it up. It did not cost anywhere near what I thought it would and every single team member I encountered was nothing short of helpful and went out of their way to accommodate. This was also a day when they were short handed, and they still made it work. Other repair shops I called couldn’t even look at it for a couple of days. William Wells Tire and Auto was a lifesaver for this single mom! Highly recommend!
We had a dead battery on a Sunday morning and called AAA. They said they were sending someone out from William Wells to jump us. They called back and said the driver was on the way. Four hours later we called AAA back. They said they would check on the driver and call us back. They never did.We called back and asked to speak to a supervisor. AAA said one would call us back. No one ever called back. There were several other calls, but none resulted in William Wells ever showing up.We gave up and just called AAA on Monday morning. They sent a different company and the driver was here in about an hour and had us up and running within a few minutes.Between AAA (which we have had for 35 years) and William Wells, if I could give a Zero, I would.
Theyve always done the best work for me. They check everything and let you know what needs to be done and always show you to confirm theyre honest. If you get tires from them, they will come fix a flat anywhere in town for free. They will even come pick up you or your car so you can get work done on your car without having to take off from your job. They get a lot of business, so get your car there early. Also, if you need your car towed, they can do that too. They accept AAA, so make sure you take advantage of that!
Great tire shop! Wesley is who we dealt with. Gave us his honest opinion and sold us great tires at a good price. He cares about people and chose a set of tires keeping our situation in mind. Glad we found Wesley and WW tire shop:)
My daughter is a student at Mississippi State, her car has broken down twice in the last year. William wells has taken great care of her both times and at a reasonable price. I feel like they are honest and trustworthy. Everyone there is also super nice.
Extremely expensive. I have dealt with them twice with two different vehicles and have felt screwed over both times. Definitely would not recommend with many more reasonable options in the area
My daughter had issues with a wheel support mount and Wells arrange for towing and repaired damages and the tire. Work was high quality and thorough but they did try to sell more services than I needed. Just know what you want and need done when you receive services from Wells. Overall positive experience and very responsive.
Something on the road tore up a tire beyond repair, but the other tire on the same axle was fairly new and had good tread left so I wanted the same thing on the other side of that axle. Well, this particular tire, Firestone Destination LE has gone the ‘new and improved’ route and is no longer available. Wells had one in inventory and gave me a good deal on it. Even better I was in and out in about 20 minutes. People were friendly and courteous. Wesley, the tire expert, was very helpful and thankfully has a good record of what is on hand in inventory. Premium customer service, in my opinion! Thanks very much!
Sold me some good tires and didnt take long
Went in for an estimate for my car and one of the sales men was smoking while talking to me about my vehicle outside. Very unprofessional. Was not a fan.
Great place to do business and william is the best
Got an oil change, the price was more expensive than I thought. It cost $70 dollars, was suprised by this, usually oil changes are between $35 - $50. They recommend synthetic oil and say because of this the cost is more. Also they put a 5000 mile sticker on the windshield. The synthetic oil are rated for 10 000 miles. Service was friendly and fast, but pricing was too high and I dont like them putting that sticker at only 5000 to get you back into the shop when it is unnecessary.
The best thing for a parent that has a child away at college is to be able to trust a local mechanic to take care of their car when something happens. The car is a 2006 with quite a few miles on it, so it isn’t unexpected that something expensive might go wrong with it. We had it towed to this shop due to steering problems. Great experience with that. They came quickly and called me to let me know it was at the shop. Next day, I get a call that the power steering belt was the issue, but there’s a bigger unrelated problem. There is engine coolant in the transmission fluid. I’m told that this could ruin the transmission if not fixed right away. I tell them to go ahead and fix the issue. I get another call in the next day or so that something else is cracked and has to be replaced. So, now I’m all in at about $2,200. I’m kind of sick about that, but life goes on. Several days go by as we are waiting on parts so I call for an update. They have put it all back together and test driven it. They are now sorry to inform me that the transmission is slipping now and needs to be replaced. That will only be an additional $3,400 to $3,800. I of course decline and send my daughter to go pick up a worthless car. It’s tough being out of town and trying to trust someone. I have no doubt that all these things were wrong with my car, but it would have been nice to have them check out the transmission early on, before I owed them a good amount of money. For what it’s worth, everyone there was extremely nice as they took my money on something I now will give away.
My daughter attends MSU and was stranded in the parking lot at The Hump. We tried everything we could to get the car to crank. After our failed efforts, we called William Wells. They came out within the hour, towed her car to the shop and got it repaired that day. The staff is amazing and their service is second to none. They even called a couple of weeks later just to make sure everything was ok! I am so thankful and will definitely call them again if needed! Thank you so much for taking care of us!
Hell never tow my vehicle again call him if you want it broke off Up In You
Terrible. they towed my new Audi and the lady was so incredibly aggressive and called the cops on me and my boyfriend when we were calm and polite. money hungry people who try to make everything into a bigger deal.
William Wells Tire does great service work! Great prices on tires and service fees. Friendly and knowledgeable staff!
Josh was my service technician. He came and repaired my tire for me. He was very polite and efficient.
Very kind and helpful. I bought four new tires and had them mounted with William Wells for a reasonable price. I also had a problem with my alignment and break rotors as well, which I had already known about, and instead of fixing them without informing me they called and checked with me to see if I was okay with them fixing it with an extra charge.
Great service and would highly recommend!
So great, helpful, and got us in right away! Friendly people. They did a full look over on our old VW and were so affordable. Were taking all of our vehicles there from now on.
My family and I were traveling home from vacation in Alabama and had car trouble. After speaking with our service mechanic back home they located William Wells Tire and Auto. Tim and his service tech provided great service, communicated with me and with my regular mechanic to make sure the problem was fixed and we could back on the road. I would highly recommend them.
I had to call William Wells six times in order for someone to answer the phone the man who answered said it would take 35 to 45 minutes to arrive (I called at 2:02am) I then called back at 3:00am and I called nine times but no answer so NO ONE came to Haven12 to get the car which was parked in my premier spot. If the person who is on call at night don’t want to get up to do their job then they should not be assigned for being on call at night! Very Unprofessional Work!!!
Very reliable garage in the neighborhood. I go there for my regular oil change and other stuff. The staffs are very nice and helping. They offer 6th oil change free, if you do 5 with them! This is a real good deal. Also, they offer free ride back (in starkville), if you leave your car in their garage. And also, they pick you from your home. I think this is the biggest help and customer service, which I have not seen in any garages in Starkville area. I would definitely recommend this place.
Called for tow because transmission fluid was leaking, told them we were in a hurry to get vehicle to Florida. They towed it to their shop, then told us they could not even look at it till next day. Then they charged us a second time to get it off their property so another mechanic could work on it. Local mobile mechanic named Donny replaced broken hose on Walmart parking lot in less than 30 minutes and carved us only $60 for parts and labor. Meanwhile Williams Tire charged us almost $250 for 2 toes of less than 8 Miles combined after making us think they would get us on road quickly. Must be new version of bait and switch. Very high price for towing and deceptive practices
Great service and great people would definitely recommend to anybody needing some work done
Outrageously expensive. Will rip you off. They also run a towing service which impounds peoples cars. Never trust a mechanic who also runs an impounding lot.
My daughter just moved to Starksville to attend Mississippi state University. her SUV broke dawn about 20 miles outside the city. The people at Williams wells auto picked up my daughter. dropped her at her apartment and towed the car to their shop. They informed me every step of the way in terms of what was wrong and how much it would cost before hand. They did a great job at a fair price and even delivered the SUV to my daughters place of residence. I appreciate their great service because we did all the back and forth communication by phone because I live in Atlanta. I would definitely take all my cars to them if I lived in the area.
👍
Needed a power steering box replaced. They kept adding additional parts and services adding 20% more to the estimate. After picking it up, 30 miles down the road both the power steering and brakes failed. They towed me back to the shop where they claimed the water pump leaked causing a belt to come off. Having me at a disadvantage, they charged me full price of additional $500 to replace that. I cant prove anything but it seemed very suspicious.UPDATE: just had to have the power steering replaced again. I guess the expensive parts they used were flawed. This one cost 30% less to install too.
Incredibly fast and friendly service
Was very pleased with there service
Good service and good prices.
Will never go back. I created a google plus account just so I could give this review. I drive an 86 Bronco 2 and had a couple of issues come up on it, but did not have the time to remedy myself. This thing eats valve header gaskets, so I had a small oil leak there. I also had a very slight gas leak, I had already checked the tank for corrosion or holes and found none. I brought my vehicle to William Wells because almost every shop in Starkville seems to be untrustworthy. When I dropped my vehicle off, I told Dillan (the guy running the counter) that I had a small oil leak on top of the motor, and a small gas leak I needed checked out. They called me back much later that day saying that I needed a new gas tank entirely (around $460 for parts and all). This I took in stride, I might have missed something down there, but then I was told that after driving around in it, they never did hear the exhaust leak I had mentioned. I told him that I never mentioned an exhaust leak, it was an oil leak, which anyone could plainly see (right on top of the motor). So I was told theyd have to keep it overnight. The next day I was called again and told that they had spent hours digging into my motor, and that I had several leaks, this is not true as my oil level stays consistent and there have never been any oil spots on my driveway. I said that I told him exactly where the leak I was concerned with was, and that was all I wanted worked on. He then informed me how many hundreds of dollars everything would cost, obviously not listening, so I became aggravated and said I would just come get the vehicle. After waiting for them to button everything back up, I was given a bill for $57 dollars. I asked why it was so high and was told that they had to dig deep in there and keep it overnight. I told the guy that I didnt ask them to dig deep. I had told them where the issue I wanted worked on was, and reminded him that it was their fault they kept it overnight, looking for an imaginary exhaust leak. I was basically told too bad. I understand that there is a fee to look a vehicle over, and I expected to pay some cash, but almost sixty bucks because someone doesnt listen is a bit extreme. I have no doubt that if I had left my vehicle there that they would have found all kinds of things to charge me for.
They repaired my engine for $2700. All fine and dandy, except the check engine light came on after I drove it a few miles down the road, but my boyfriend had picked it up for me and I came to get it on a weekend so I couldn’t take it back immediately. I take it to autozone and it comes back with a fuel injector error code, but the guy says because the engine is new it might just need to adjust, and to drive it and keep an eye on the RPMs and gas mileage. So I make an appointment to take it back where they tell me the fuel injectors don’t match the new engine and they’re only going to charge me half to fix it. When I pointed out that if they could figure out there were different types of fuel injectors now, they should have been aware then, and they should have switched everything over to make sure it all matched, they all got attitudes and acted like charging me half was some act of sainthood after I had already paid them $2700 to make sure the engine and everything attached to it worked. Not impressed. Good work, terrible customer service.
Great customer service!
I will give ZERO star if I canI went to the shop to get the battery changed.Engine light on & cruise control malfunction after the battery change.I had to take my car to the dealership to fix it, which cause me extra $50.At the dealership, they found a blow fuse due to incorrectly battery installation. Not mention my driver seat became so nasty after william wells tech’s work. The driver seat covered with black tar and dirt everywhere.I do not recommend anyone to william wells
Horrible prices horrible service slower than molasses in the winter time. Would rather be stranded on the interstate than use them again wish there was a half a star rating wouldnt use them again even if it was free
I called William Wells on July 3, 2014 and asked if they were busy because I had two vehicles that needed an oil change. Because I lived in Columbus and was making a drive to Starkville I wanted to call ahead instead of just showing up. The lady who answered the phone said they were closing at 5:00 pm that day and said if I wanted them done I would need to come in now. I told her I lived in Columbus and that it would take me about 20 minutes but I was on my way. She said that was fine. When I arrived I was told that they didnt have time to do my vehicles because they were about to close. I informed them that I had called ahead of time and made them aware that I was coming since I had to drive so far. They then tell me that all they would be able to do was change the oil and filter and nothing else and that I would have to bring it back on Monday, July 6 for them to do all the other services that come with an oil change. This is so unprofessional. How can a business care more about closing then servicing their customers. Its their customers that keep them in business. Now one of my vehicles has an oil leak. Now I have to drive back to Starkville for them to research the leak. My vehicle never had an oil leak before going to them and having a rush job done. NEVER AGAIN will I do business with them nor recommend anyone to.
Fast and reliable service. They have road-side service. They have wrecker service
Friday afternoon blow out on the highway. William Wells to the rescue!!Very customer oriented.
Reasonable prices and quick service, plus great people. I will continue to recommend William Wells to anyone in Starkville.
Dropped my truck off New Years Eve, closed New Year’s Day, and it was finished and ready to be picked up by noon the next day. Truck is running perfectly!
Receptionist is one of the most rudest, nastiest human beings. Avoid her and this company at all costs.
Mechanic work is great, little on the expensive side.
Horrible business practices. Went in due to engine misfiring, and got a disagnostic, which cost $100. I told them I was not going to have them repair my vehicle because they estimated $325 for replacing an ignition coil and an air filter. OEM ignition coils on my vehicle are $60 and air filters are $13. It takes 20 mins to install a new ignition coil and air filter, so they obviously drastically overcharge. I put a new coil in myself and that wasnt even the issue with my car. Went back to the shop and they told me that if they were to right their wrong and do another diagnostic it would cost another $100 diagnostic fee. Total scumbags... The help at autozone was not only actually correct unlike the mechanics at WW but it was FREE. Its like they didnt even scan my car.
Have used multiple times when I got in a pinch in college and they have always been great to work with. One instance in particular comes to mind:After being forced to use the local Ford dealership and being charged an outrageous amount, I still had car issues. I left my car with William Wells and they immediately diagnosed the issue. Besides being extremely helpful, polite, and fair in cost, they were also extremely informative. In particular, I dealt with a gentleman named Zac (or Zeke I cannot remember his name at the moment), and he gave me a walk through of everything on my car and explained any potential issues to look out for in the future.About one week later, Zac called me back to check up on the vehicle and see how it was running, offering any more assistance if it wasnt to my satisfaction. These guys are top notch and I cannot say enough good things about them. It is tough to find a good, honest mechanic and these guys are really worth every penny.
Scammed me out of $235. I was visiting my brother at an apartment complex in Starkville. I was parked in what I believed was guest parking for 2 hours. During that time, this company shows up, breaks into my car, towed me across town, and then said it would cost me $235. When I asked if they could budge on the price or help me out. They argued about where I was parked, referenced their contract with the apartment company, and then threatened to hold my car until Monday. These folks are dishonest and exploit the poorly marked visitor parking just to make a quick buck.
Best service in Starkville!
Went above and beyond to get me what I needed in a timely manner and at a fair price!
Never seen such a bigger scam. Recently was Towed at a complex in Starkville that had the smallest guest parking lot known to man. But we all know why the parking lot was small so this company could make their money. Also $235 for a row in Starkville Mississippi is very unrealistic . Its Starkville Mississippi not Atlanta.
Quality prices and high quality service
