Just putting in a five star review on the best sales rep that the paint business could have . Lee Cogin is unbeatable . He makes things happen when you don’t think it’s possible . Goes the extra mile and works the extra hours even after close . I have had paint delivered on Sunday when I’m in an emergency . He’s single handed increased my business in double digits due to his hard work . I laughed it off when he told me he was going to make me more money but I’m not laughing anymore !! Farrell Calhoun please leave this guy in charge of my account no matter if he makes CEO one day !! He promises and delivers every time .

Lee, the store manager, is the greatest!!! He knows paint well and eagerly recommends what is the best product for the situation. He is very interested in helping anyway possible. I just wanted to take the time to write a review about Lee and this store. We have a resort here in Louisville MS and some folks might think it would be easier for us to buy locally. But, I am here to tell you that Lee made sure we would be treated better than any paint company in Louisville. HE HAS. How many companies will deliver a gallon of paint 30 miles to you in an emergency-or due to the fact that I ran out of a color I was actively using? Not many I assure you. When we needed some good advice as to a good color choice for a new project, he came and worked with our decorator and our owners to get the right colors and types of products for our project. Now, we wont even buy paint locally because of how well Farrell-Calhoun and Lee have/ treated us. This is the way a company should treat their clients! Job well done.

Ive been buying paint from FC for quite a while now. The service that Lee and his staff have provided over the years has been uncomparable to other paint companies that we have used. When I need paint, I call Lee. He goes out of his way for my company, and will do whatever it takes, within his power, to make sure that the jobs that Im doing are going as well as they could, and that I have everything paint that I need to get it done, and get it done right. Lee Coggin is an outstanding Customer Care representative of Farrell-Calhoun. When my house was being built, he personally attended to each phase of the painting process. Have been dealing with Farrell-Calhoun and the store in Starkville for over 10 years now. In addition to quality paint and associated products, Ive always gotten great service and pricing. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about the paint trade and always have good advice when I have had questions about such. Order turn-around is always quick and they are happy to deliver to my agency (which is 30-minutes drive away).

Lee Coggin, Store Manager in Starkville, is super knowledgable and helpful. He goes out of his way to answer any questions and help ensure you are satisfied. The customer service there is incredible. Ive known Lee for years and in 2017, I repainted our entire house. Lee helped me choose the right paint textures (shine levels) and we were thrilled with the results. We are now looking to update colors in a couple of the rooms, so weve already been talking to Lee! Never seen a better run paint store. Lee runs the best! I have been very pleased every time I shop at the Ferrell Calhoun store in Starkville Ms. Lee Coggin is always very courteous and always has the best customer service I have seen anywhere which is very important to me. If I need paint or parts and cannot come to the store lee will make sure I will be up and running again asap. I stopped in once and my dog was with me on my truck and it was very hot and Lee took the time to go give my dog a drink of water which sealed my commitment to Ferrell Calhoun in Starkville. I will always buy all my paint products from your store in Starkville.
