I arrived with a blown headlight as soon as they opened. Bill was kind enough to install the new headlight in my car. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. It was the best experience with a quick car fix Ive ever encountered. Highly recommend!

I was really impressed by their service. I got a battery replaced in my car fob, and they did without the slightest hesitation -- and saved me lots of money. Im now a fan.

They changed our number plate for free! Always great service. I feel their regular products are a little more expensive than Walmart, but for car lovers, a great place to go!

I am so glad I went to this AutoZone when my check engine light came on. They helped me find the problem (for free) and had the part I needed in stock. Bill was so nice and helpful, he even installed it the next day for me! I really appreciated his service because he explained everything that he was doing and didnt take advantage of my lack of car knowledge like a lot of other mechanics would do. I also saved a lot of money!

Kevin and Brian of the State College AutoZone helped me fix my car after hours and were extremely helpful! They changed my oil and did my headlight repair.Also, while in store, Bill was extremely helpful. My car is a bit complicated and he was very patient. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

We have a converted Skoolie RV that needed a new starter, we went there and we were given amazing service! Bill was very good to us and they called around to see who could take us in to have it installed quickly and not charge us an arm and a leg. Very kind people!!

To put it in a nutshell, Jack is the kindest person I have ever met in auto parts business. He explained everything in detail and even took care of something that he was not supposed to do. He made my day. It was an awesome experience.

Love this place. They just put the necessary information into the computer and tell me exactly what is needed for the vehicle. Takes out all the guess work. Employees are very helpful.

I called 2 minutes before closing not expecting to get an answer but Gary answered and gave me all the prices and options of what I asked for. Not many employees from any establishment would have gone up and beyond like he did at closing time. Definitely recommend

Very good with customer service! They checked my cars computer and recommended a mechanic who wouldnt screw me over I really appreciated that because Ive never had to take my car in around here. Service was quick and polite.

Went in to use diagnostic tool for check engine light and get stuff for oil change. Great experience, friendly helpful staff who didnt try to pressure me for more or more expensive stuff. Was knowledgeable about why my check engine light was on and instead of saying to buy the piece I needed he suggested I just make sure connections are good and how to clean them if it is just dirty. Then he also got me better oil which I wanted anyway but made sure I got the one that came with free oil filter.

Have been to this location two times now, once for interior light and the other time for headlight. both reasonably priced, plus customer service Rep offered to replace both times for me. can not say enough about this place highly recommend !!

Horrible service. I bought a $220 starter that was defective and didnt work from this AutoZone. I called them to have them order another and they said I have to pay for the 2nd one and when it comes in they will refund the fist one!.. Do yourself a favor and go to Napa or carquest. AutoZone has junk parts and terrible service...

Autozone offers great Duralast products. Thats the only reason for the second star. This location, however, has the absolute worst staff Ive ever dealt with. Half of them seem to have never seen a car in their lives. The rest dont know how to treat a customer. Do yourself a favor and order online.

Over priced store.

Went to buy fairly cheap windshield wipers. They were sold out and the worker tried to sell me Bosch blades for nearly $20 each. Cmon man.

The staff is not very friendly or knowledgeable.They sold me the wrong O2 sensors for my vehicle. While they did return them for me the whole process was awkward and unprofessional.The manager was very cocky and did not treat his employees or me with any respect.
