First off, you guys gotta make that tv bed into a real thing to put on the market because it’s awesome. Second!! The manager is freaking awesome! He needs a raise. My husband and I had a great experience and can not WAIT to get our new bed!! He listened closely, made us feel at home, gushed over our 18m old and just really made it a great not boring experience. But most of all he listened, took what we said and got us the perfect bed.

Although I was pleased with the entire sales experience, Im not thrilled that now Sleep Number mattress adjustments need to be programmed using a smart phone. Sleep Number must realize that not everyone has access to or is a slave to ones phone.

Loved the store and the employees were friendly and knowledgeable.The restrooms were very dirty. The toilet, sink and floor needed cleaned bad. There was no soap to wash your hands only hand sanitizer. The garbage can was overflowing.

I ordered a set of sheets for my queen size bed and they arrived as promised.The sheets were very satisfactory but the pillow cases were too short and barely covered my standard size pillows. Im disappointed and would have bought another set for my spare bedroom except for the small pillow cases.

Our experience at the sleep number store was extraordinary. Adam our sleep expert was thorough and informative. He gave us a complete sleep evaluation an allowed us to ty out all types of beds to be sure we were completely satisfied. He also took time to help us through the financing. We would recommend visiting this store in State College.

We rarely have such a wonderful large item purchase experience as we had with Adam at the State College location. He was wonderful. When we walked in, we were feeling overwhelmed as our whole family has special “needs” and the just thinking about going through this process for all four of us was daunting! But Adam helped us figure out exactly what we needed and what would work best for each of our issues. But he spent hours helping us figure it out and work through our complex situation. He was uber professional and at all times was helpful. He also knows his products inside and out. It is obvious he believes in what he is repping and his follow up with us even after we went home to think about the Sleep Number options was unbelievable. I am sure the other individuals in their business are excellent as well. We just happened to get Adam and had to write a review for such amazing customer service! I hope the Sleep Number company knows what an asset he is and treats him well because sales representatives on this level of excellence are hard to find! Thank you again Adam. We are incredibly excited for our sleep numbers to arrive, and finally get a good nights sleep!

We learned a lot from our visit to the State College store and got to try out different mattresses. Adam was helpful and patient as he guided us through the types of mattresses and the base units. We purchased a flextop king mattress and a flexfit 1 base that evening. Our bed wont arrive until late February but were very excited and hopeful for great sleep.

Wow! My experience at this store was so great. Casey and Christy helped me and went through a great detailed demo on their beds. I really didnt know much about the sleep number and what exactly it does. Casey took the time to walk me through each individual mattress, bed frames and pillows. He was so great and I really didnt feel pressured at all. I felt very comfortable talking with the both of them about what I wanted most. 10 out of 10 would reccomend!

This review is based on my experience at the State College, PA store with the Store Manager. Michael was very happy to show my husband and I all the features of the different types of beds that Sleep Number offers and all the extras to the tune of $11, 000 . Yes, you read that number correctly...$11,000 for the i8 Bed, adjustable frame, 2 sets of sheets, a mattress protector.....and finally a upholstered headboard. Once we signed on the proverbial dotted line, all willingness to help or customer service ended. Not even the courtesy of a phone call to tell us he couldn’t do anything to help, when I was unhappy with the color of the headboard.....I waited a week before I went back into the store and was told by an associate that Michael’s response to my request for help was: “She needs to call customer service”. Seriously....he couldn’t even call me himself? The other store associate was very sympathetic and a little embarrassed that they had to tell me what Michael said. If you value customer service, if you expect when you spend $11,000 on something to have at the bare minimum a genuine attempt to make you, the customer, happy.....DO NOT SHOP AT THE STATE COLLEGE, PA STORE! Shame on Sleep Number for putting someone into management that has no concept of customer service!
