Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a game online for my daughter for Christmas. After waiting several weeks it was in a location and hadn’t moved. After calling I was told it should be considered lost and they would issue my refund. I have proof of the money hot topic took from my account. I have spoken with multiple people and every one of them tell me it is a different amount number and I still to this day have not received my full refund. I have screen shots of every chat conversation. I have tried calling and using the chats and I’m constantly hung up on and kicked from the chat. Absolutely disappointing.

I found jeans that feel like they were made specifically for me & a pair for my daughter that she loves. I also added to my Supernatural collection at great sale prices. I cant recommend their customer service high enough.

Love this place. Finally stopped selling so much Pop music merch and went back to the old Hot Topic, the way it should be. Music, Anime and good old Disney.

Hot topic sells all the hot topics anime and video game stuff any characters you like in a video game or anime they got .. Love there fashion good services friendly and nice stuff at a good price recommend well and not so expensive
