I went into the store with 13 minutes until closing. I wanted to know if they could fix a small nick in the band that had been left by another jeweler that I will never return to. I walked in, was greeted by a friendly German Shepherd nose, showed them the issue, and before I could ask if it was fixable, they were already taking it back to be fixed, and within minutes I was walking out with a perfectly repaired, polished and cleaned ring. For free. Perfect service, the end.

Marleena does amazing work! I took my late mother’s broken diamond tennis bracelet into her and she made custom cluster earrings for myself and my daughter using the diamonds from the broken bracelet. A few months later I took in a dated diamond ring that she took apart and made into a gorgeous anniversary band. I’m so happy with the jewelry she has made me. She is a true artist. I will be going back to her for years to come and I recommend her to everyone I know!

Reini has done a few jewelry projects for me. She remounted stones in rings, but she also refashioned an existing, unused piece to create of an entirely new piece. Every time she has done great work but as importantly has taken the time to understand my ideas and needs.She is a State College gem. Pun intended!!

I am so so so so happy with my experience. I had a gold ring that is a precious family item that I brought in to be repaired (it was completely cracked). The repair completely exceeded my expectations. You would have never known that it was ever damaged and it was cleaned and shined as well. It looks brand new I am so pleased. The repair was affordable and done in a timely manner.

I first went to Marleena knowing that I wanted a custom ring made using a diamond from my Grandmother. Other than that, I had very little knowledge about rings or even really how to get stared. Working with Marleena was amazing! She asked for pictures of my fiance, looked at pictures of her rings, and sent me a bunch of her designs to pick from. We worked from there to narrow things down and she was great with answering my questions. The end result was perfect and the quality was top notch. I dropped my wife’s wedding ring off and they reset the stone and cleaned it within just a few days!They do fantastic work and I highly recommend them!

She listened to my ideas and offered some of her own. She then took this heirloom and turned it into a spectacular piece my family will treasure for generations! Marleena also reset a pair of earrings for me. They were in yellow gold and I wanted them to match a ring made in white gold. She created settings that perfectly matched the details of the ring. Her craftsmanship and attention to detail are second to none! In fact after seeing her work, my son asked her to create an engagement ring for his fiance. That too was spectacular. By far the best jeweler in State College. Marleena is a true artist. She could not have been kinder when I asked her to recreate my grandmothers 1930s style pave diamond wedding band, which I had lost. Her work was flawless. Even though I found my Nanas band eventually (yay!) I plan to wear the one I got from Reini, and give the heirloom to my daughter.

Like Bayard MacAllen, I had a very small job involving 2 broken watch bands. I was a little self-conscious going in, especially when I saw the incredible array of exquisite jewelry: rings, necklaces, ear-rings, and bracelets. But Marleena was as gracious and friendly to me as if Id walked in with thousands of dollars of jewels. I really enjoyed talking to her and my watches, I should emphasize, are repaired and fit perfectly. If Im ever in the enviable position of needing creative, quality workmanship (workwomanship?) with precious gems and metals, Ill be going to Marleena.

Dishonest and overpriced! I was charged over $800 to have a Diamond of mine set into a gold disc that was no thicker than the size of a .10 cent coin. I requested the center of my ring be filled and have the stone properly set, instead the Jeweler created a disc and soldered it to the ring, with nothing behind it stabilizing it. Over a year later after 2 visits to the jeweler to have him repair it, the stone and disc finally wore down and fell out. I lost a 3/4 carat diamond and my money spent, not to mention the sentimental value the ring holds, and I can no longer wear it while it sits with a huge empty space in the center. When I requested that the work be covered, the daughter who now runs the business would not honor her fathers work nor offer me any discount when i asked if they would fix my ring and do the custom work that I wanted, correctly, this time.

Marleena Reini is a miracle worker! If you ever get a ring stuck you must see her!!! I’ve tried every hack online and even called other jewelers who told me the fire department would be my only option. She managed to get the ring off without cutting it, she simply oiled it up and pulled it off. I had been trying for a whole day to do this to the point where my finger was extremely swollen. I don’t know how she does it but she’s a life saver!!!
