Great selection good customer services

The woman who works there (manager I think) is excessively rude. Very bad customer service.

Cashier was very nice. He’d often suggest to get a better product. They have a good variety of spirits!

Decent selection and friendly staff. Its a great place to browse.

I checked the web site for closing time on new years eve and it said 9pm so i did my other new years shopping first then went to get the liquer by that time it was 8:05 and went to go in the store and doors was locked. I looked at the hours posted on the door and it said open 9am to 9pm so i tried the other doors. All locked. The woman came over and said they closed at 8. I explained to her it says they are open till 9 on the web site and here on the door? She pointed down at the bottom corner of a window on the exit side of the building and turned and laughed and said happy new year. I think she was very rude and unprofessional. And besides that who would go to the liquor store to check the hours now adays since there is a web site to check that on. I only go there a few times a year its not a daily stop or even a weekly stop or even a monthly stop for me. I chose that store even though they was 19 miles from my house because they was the only ones with hours that late for new years. All the other stores in centre county posted their new years hours except that one. I think something should be done about that and I definitely think that woman needs fired. And i never wish that on anybody but she does not need to be in a job dealing with people.

Poor customer service of the lady manager, refused to exchange unopened untouched bottle of white wine within 24 hours with receipt that was accidentally bought with several bottle of red wine because they were standing next to each other on the shelve. Although this is my neighborhood store I will stay away from it.

There may be some skepticism of all liquor in PA being sold only in government stores, but the collection is amazing, as well as there is no denying of the low prices (sometimes lower than the duty free stores!!!) and amazing promotions!

There is a ton of variety of fine wine and good spirits, and they always have deals

The salesperson was unprofessional. He did not show much respect.
