This has been by far the worst experience purchasing furniture! My wife and I purchased a breakfast nook for kitchen in May it was delivered and broken during the initial delivery not only did farmers furniture not order me a brand new piece to replace the one that had been broken they tried to fix it first which is mind boggling! Normally I’m not a person to give out bad reviews I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but here it is four months later and we’re still having to deal with this issue I own a business as well had this been a client come in and not be happy with my service it would’ve been dealt with swiftly in a timely manner. Terrible I do not recommend anyone purchasing from this location!

Most of the reviews here are used to increase the ratings and are not from the original buyer. The quality of the furniture are not great as I had bad experience buying the furniture and not lasting more than a year. Instead of apologizing the manager in this store likes to show attitude. I would suggest you go to savannah and buy it from there.

Very great, outstanding customer service . Great quality products! My kids love their bunk bed, which turns into twins. There was only one issue I’ve had, and it was delayed shipment as well as delayed delivery! Hopefully today I receive the rest of my delivery ! Other than the mishaps, I would recommend this company if you want, great quality & southern hospitality!

We brought a washer and dryer set. It took them two weeks to get someone to even come look at the washing machine when it started leaking. We also brought a lawn mower. Weve had trouble with it since weve got it. They have refused to fix anything with it. We also brought extended warranties on it and they still claim we have to pay to have it fixed. Not pleased at all.

I went to every furniture store in Statesboro to find a dining set that fit my vision for my kitchen. Randall was very patient and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. I even went to a couple more furniture stores. Eventually I brought in a piece of my flooring and with Randall’s help and advice made the purchase. Great store and great customer service!!

Nice people great experience!

The salesperson that we had was wonderful. She knew information on the mattress we ordered and was very friendly. We got the mattress home and there was a huge “lump” in the middle. We went to the store and they ordered a new one no problem. The delivery staff, however, were awful. They were supposed to deliver the new mattress and pick up the old one 5/13/19 at 10:00. Well, no one showed and we called the store several times. They reassured us it would be close to 3. My husband and told them we had to leave for work soon but if they would call my husband 20 minutes before they got there, he would run to the house and be there. Close to 4:30, they finally called my husband sitting in our driveway. He said he would be there in 5 minutes because they didn’t call him. He got there and greeted the men, asking how their day was. The responded rudely saying, “ready to go home, we had to wait on you.” Keep in mind we have been waiting from 10:00 this morning. They made other rude, nasty comments to my husband and the manager even called the boys asking where they were. They told the man on the phone they were still at our house, and that they had to wait for my husband to get home. The man on the phone made the comment that, “that is typical law enforcement for you.” I called the store after they left and asked to speak with the manager. “Bubba” answered and I explained what happened and that I didn’t appreciate how rude the men were. He chuckled and assured me that no one would say that. He ended the call by saying he would look into it. We’ve done all of our business furnishing a new house through Farmers. After today, we may reconsider. I was not asking for anything but an apology- not for the mattress that was messed up and had to be exchanged, but the customer service that was given.

The ladies there are so nice and helpful. Was in and out in no time!

The staff is always friendly, quick greetings upon entry into the store and willing to work out a payment arrangement. My issue pertains to the fact that Ive been with you all for over 2 years and I have purchased a few things now and Im almost at about $1k left to pay everything off and these last couple of months I know Ive been over a month behind on my payment, Im a struggling single mom and times are extremely hard for me right and othere than these last couple of months, in the last 2 years every single one of my payments have been made on time. Instead of trying to work out a payment arrangement, especially during the holidays why dont you guys offer a type of program where if a customers pays 15 to 24 consecutively on time payments you allow them to defer a payment for a month or 2 which could allow someone more than enough time to relax, evaluate, get put of panic mode and get back on track. You might have even more business if marketing loyalty programs to your customers. Just a suggestion. Thank you.

Love this place! Bought two children recliners from them, bunk beds and a sectional couch. Their very understanding about your payment schedule, and works with you on payments. I wouldnt buy furniture anywhere else but Farmers Furniture! Bre is who I worked with and she is a wonderful sales woman!

I WOULD LEAVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. They will not work out payments with you and they will make you go to court. They will also show up at your house late at night. 0 stars. Will never purchase from them again!!! They also sold broken furniture.

Ordered a chest of drawers. When it was delivered 3 days later it was the wrong one so I sent it back. They ordered replacement and over a week later I had not heard from them regarding delivery so I called. It had been there for over a week but I was told they couldnt deliver it for another week because the schedule was full. I told them I should have been moved to the top of the list for deliveries so they could keep it and void the sale. That was in November. They didnt void it and have reported me as delinquent on payments.

Decent selection of fruniture. High interest on the loans plus the loans are considered high risk loans on your credit report. Custer merely service is excellent however, very professional.

My husband and I split up leaving me with the account. I was having a hard time making the outrageous payment for a TV that I didnt want and being and single mom. I told them they could take it back, but the refused. I finally got the payments cought up, even paid forward by two months, now Im being told that those two months I missed are late payments now. I have a big tv, but its not a smart TV, nor is it worth almost $2,000.

Just received a call from the manager, he was rude and nasty about a payment being 15 days late due to some personal reasons. Never been late on my payment since I had this account. I will never purchase anything from this place again and I wouldn’t advise anyone else too. Wish I could take away the 1 star given.
