They had a sell going on but no stock in back room and if I ordered one on sale it wouldnt come in for over two weeks! They dont ship to your house either. The dryer i wanted was $422 lowest one in back $700 big difference huh? I tried calling 3 times before i drove 40 miles but they disconnected me....3 times. So i was not a happy customer.

Seemed too busy congregating to pay us much attention. Then was not knowledgeable about the appliances. She kinda just blew us off so we went to Lowes. They met the price and took good care of us

I ordered a washer and dryer 3 weeks ago. Get a call the morning of delivery to inform me that my washer is no longer available and to call customer service. Call customer service to find out what’s going on. One representative tells me that’s the washer isn’t available from the manufacturer anymore. Call gets disconnected. Call back the second and different rep tells me they can’t find my order to call another. Call other number and they can’t find it either and refer me to the first number. Call the first number back and the 4th rep informs me that it just hasn’t arrived from the manufacturer. So, who knows what’s really going on? Customer service is horrible and the lack of communication doesn’t exist. I wouldn’t recommend sears.com for anything.

This store is the true definition of a hometown gem. Drove 2.5 hours after a very nice phone call from Jax FL to purchase a shed, compressor and some tools. Mrs Becky made the experience amazing and I would definitely recommend this Sears to all my local friends and family.

Rude people working there, messed up my online order so bad I had to cancel it and bring my business elsewhere.

Staff are friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Location is poor providing little visibility for traffic.
