I got my boat back in worse shape than when I dropped it off. Now it will cost me more to get it fixed. After two months of them having it, nothing was done to it and it was apparently neglected causing a lot more damage. I pressure washed the entire boat before taking it to them. The pics show what it looked like when I picked it up. Not happy at all.Update: The boat is costing $6,500 to repair. Thanks Bulloch Marine.

I was referred to you guys from Motorguide, Mercury Marine to find switches for my 96 Motorguide Brute 667 trolling motor. This part was listed as unavailable throughout the web. You guys had 4 in stock, most likely the last ones in the world. I ordered two over the phone on Tuesday morning and they arrived in my Texas mailbox on Thursday. I want to say thanks for the quick service and let you know how thrilled I am to breath more life into a 22 year trolling motor. Spending $25 with you saved me over 1k if I had to purchase a new one. Im having trouble with my minn kota product and i called minn kota tech support who referred me to bulloch marine for warranty repair,i called bulloch marine and explained the issues i was having and they said they would work on it and to bring it to them when i could,i said that i would be dropping it off soon and called ahead to be sure they would work on it because it is a 45 min drive.When i arrived and explained to the young guy behind the counter that i called ahead and was there to drop it off he asked where did i purchase it and i said Amazon he gave me a look as of disappoint and then asked if i use it in saltwater and i replied yes...so at this point Im feeling like he is looking for excuses,i then told him i drove 45min and was told when i called ahead that i was told to bring it in.He said let me go ask when he comes back and says we wont work on it,at this point Im getting upset due to the lack of customer service and i dont care now the we know you didnt buy from us attitude this guy had.So if i didnt purchase the product from you but you are registered to work on minn kota products and refuse to work on it with no compromise after being told to drop it off....well thats bad for business,bad part is Im looking at a small boat motor in their display room and considered buying it until this guy comes back and treated me the customer this way,so i left and they lost a future customer and a sell at the same time,and i will never recommend anyone i know to bulloch marine!
