The first time I bought from here my toy broke the first month so I had to come get a new one and then that one broke, AGAIN!!!!! So I came BACK, like that wasn’t enough for me, to buy something else, realize I didn’t like it, (which was no problem) they had a sale going on and surely they’d understand since I spent so much wasted money at this location, however, I was denied rudely and both the manager of Statesboro and the district manager said they could do NOTHING for me. Say less, they lost a loyal customer.

Kylie and Lauren were soooo informative! They both know a lot about all the items in the store. Every question my friends and I had they were able to answer. The store has a lot of toys and sexual items to choose from. It’s like sex store heaven!

Lauren was VERY informative, sweet and caring while helping me search for the right products for myself. I felt very comfortable in the store and around the employee! I will 100% be returning to talk and try out new products for my needs because of the service provided by Lauren!

Love the shop as a whole; most of the employees are soooo sweet and answer allllll of your questions! However they dont let people know that they havent hired you. I have been calling for over a month to see if we could schedule an interview since I dropped off the resume with no results. I had to call again TODAY and finally got an answer of they are not hiring now. Its been over a month. And there were listings that said they were hiring. I should have at least gotten some sort of notification or even been told EARLIER instead of wasting my time and getting the same answer originally (until today of course): were behind due to the storm so we will look at those as soon as possible. So if youre trying to work at an awesome adult shop? Dont go here. :)

The store is well stocked and clean. The employees know their stuff and give comments and reviews. Only downside is they can be TOO helpful at time. Other than that always a great experience.

The staff here was really helpful. As soon as I walked in the store there was a sales person ready to help me. They really do give five star service.

Been coming here awhile, and Im never disappointed (especially since the expansion). The service is great! Theyre always nice, and willing to talk you through a product before you decide to purchase, as well as give a PG demonstration of their toys. My favorite toy store by far.

A most wonderful experience. The staff and manager here were so helpful and understanding and knowledgeable I could barely believe it. I can honestly say that they helped my marriage from settling into a rut due to various medical conditions. The staff were instrumental in suggesting items and ideas to get us through some very rough times until we were healthy again. I know Im being redundant but I just cannot give enough praise to them for helping us with such personal and intimate issues and they did it sincerely and without judgement.Thank you Sunset!!! What I like about the store is the attitude of the employees, which important, they eliminate the awkwardness of being shy at first meeting. The look of the store is organized, a little smaller than the one in savannah, but its phenomenal.
