Owner and Staff very friendly and most important very knowledgeable, as soon as I walked in the door they greeted me and asked if they could help, I said sure. they asked me few questions, short after they were quick to point at at my options. I told them what I had in mind and they were very friendly, they walked me through the whole process offering me an excellent deal, also having in stock what I wanted, the perfect color, and edition. I cant find the words to describe how happy I am. I am so great full for the excellent service they have provided. If there is place that I would recommend to buy a motorcycle, mule etc or have it service this is definitely it. Again thank you so much to the whole crew atKawasaki of Statesboro.

Awesome ownership. Very helpful no matter what brand you ride. I met the owner by running into him on a dirt road riding, and even then he was very friendly not expecting any business. Most dealerships are concerned about profit, but this store just has a passion for riding and making sure that everyone is able to enjoy that as well.

These boys will work with you on about anything related to a Kawasaki. I brought my KLX 250S in on the Friday before Hurricane Irma with about 30 minutes to close. My electricals werent working properly. They had me out the door and on my way in no time. Most shops wouldnt have even let me in that late. I also called them a few days later about some replacement parts for my bike. They asked me what all I needed and called me back shortly with all of my prices, options, and arrival time of the few that werent in stock. They know bikes, theyre serious about helping their customers.I will continue to use these guys for all of my Kawasaki parts and service needs, and Id recommend you do the same.

Went up there to buy a new Kawasaki Teryx 1000 no staff to speak of except a few guys behind the parts counter. Finally talked to the gentleman I had been emailing and got to drive it. Not much of an area to ride, but decided I wanted it. Went back inside and had to wait again to talk to him as he was manning the parts counter. Finally got to talk to him once everyone cleared out except for 1 guy who was being helped by another employee. Yet everytime I started to speak he would get distracted talking to one of the other 2 gentlemen. This went on for a few minutes untill he started having a conversation with the guy beside me about something completely unrelated to parts or making a purchase! The wife and I looked at each other in disbelief, I have never been cut off and interrupted so many times in such a short amount of time like that in my life! So we just walked out. I called him after we left and his excuse was that the rush and all the people in there and so forth and so forth. I waited for everyone to leave. It was me and one other gentleman he cut me off to have a conversation with. And all it was about was how the man beside me had a friend that loved his UTV so much that he was going to come and buy one just like his.... i have never felt so unimportant to a salesman. 2 other couples said that had been there for at least 20 minutes, and no one spoke to them. We saw them both leave a few minutels later, one couple was laughing in disbelief that they were ready to buy but they though the dealership preferred to keep the side x side rather than take their money, so they were going to let them. Thats 2 sales they lost yesterday in the 45 minutes we were there!! As I also went next door and bought a Can-Am 1000R. Very poor customer service, absolutely no salesmanship.

I recently purchased a 2018 KX-250f from this dealership. The salesperson was top notch. Pricing was very competitive compared to other dealerships. The selection of off road machines was complete. There was at least one of every model available along with a few 2017 models. The dealership set up the bike perfectly and actually helped me start off-road riding. They can be found at all local and regional off road races and provided expert advice and assistance not only at the shop, but at the track also. I am totally sold on this dealership and will stick with Kawasaki because of their expertise. I totally recommend this dealership for your motorcycle needs. Pricing is the best, the mechanic and staff all are very mechanically sound and can be relied upon for advice on future purchases and repairs.

***updated***I’ve been in this shop, spoke with them a few times about getting parts or having service done. So thanks for throwing my name on your post as not being a customer. I chose not to do business with this disappointing shop for a reason. Let me know what corporate sends you in the mail and you have to rethink your horrible business practices.Pretty disappointing when a business thinks it’s fine to carelessly work on bikes, and damage them while performing a simple maintenance task. Imagine what they’re doing on everything else. I’m sure Kawasaki USA will love hearing about this!

The team in statesboro are very knowledgeable and professional. Have never had a bad experience. Update: (top paragraph, original is the bottom)You’ve stated I’m not a customer, silly thing is I’ve been there. And bought gear from next door at the Suzuki/Polaris or whatever set of brands the neighboring dealership carries. Your inventory was thinner than some sort of addict and if I recollect there was even a lack of acknowledgement to a customer’s presence. So if you have a bike more expensive than what’s in the showroom, they may damage it and refuse to own up to the problem. The machinery they’re using is either antique or the operators are poorly trained. I’d hate to say they’re lazy or don’t care for other’s property. But that may be the case judging by the rim damage on this bike.

We have been in business for over 15 years. We value each and every customer. Our goal is 100% satisfaction. We also respect and expect honest reviews, negative or positive but we will not sit by idly and have our dealership slandered in any way by fake negative reviews from keyboard commando reviewers who have either never set foot inside the doors of Kawasaki of Statesboro or had any services provided to them.BACK STORY:A repeat customer brought in his street bike to have the tires changed. As the owner of the shop was loading the customers bike, he noticed a ding in the rim and told the bike owner. Bike owner assumed it was the shops fault. Shop owner asked the mechanic if he accidentally damaged the wheel, mechanic said no. The mechanic has been at this shop for over 10 years and has NEVER given the dealership a reason not to believe him. When hes made a mistake, hes always been honest and owned it.Dealership owner comped the ENTIRE 200+ dollar service bill. The bike owner wasnt satisfied and THREATENED the dealership owner that he would have all of his friends and fellow riders post negative reviews and feedback if the dealership didnt pay for at least half of a new rim.It didnt take a digital forensic IT team to see that most of these reviewers are friends with the bike owner and with each other on Facebook.Nearly all of the negative reviews are fake. Other than the 1 review from the actual customer, the other reviews talking about damaging a bike or bike rims and not admitting it are fake. Nearly all the negative reviews that actually have a name can be verified by the dealerships Point of Sale system that they have never bought anything or had anything serviced by the dealership. They are simply posting negative reviews without EVER having any services provided to them because their friend(s) asked them to do it.A few reviewers stated that they came in the dealership but did not purchase anything. While this can not be confirmed nor denied, its convenient that they are friends with the bike owner on Facebook and posted negative reviews after their friend was unsatisfied with work performed and after he threatened the owner of the dealership that he would have all of his social media friends post negative reviews.Below are copies of posts from his friends that went to a Facebook page to solicit negative reviews and supplied the Google link for reviews:1. Michael Bernard McGraw Brown‎ to Moto riders universeDecember 24 at 11:38am ·Alright you folks. Hello my name is David H. Im writing this review with no intentions of bashing the business but rather see the business change. Im a business owner who resides in Savannah ga, but occasionally I volunteer with a group called Show and Grow. We mentor young adolescents who has problems/ run-Ins with the law and mentor them to change. This group I mentor is also a charitable network and sponsored by GSU as well.On December 16th 2017. After a flag football session with the group, some of the professors and I discussed on how we would like to purchase a few off road motorcycles (dirt bikes) for the boys to learn how to ride on. Luckily theres a Kawasaki store near Statesboro. So after the meeting I went there to try and get a quote on 6 new dirt bikes. As I entered I was greeted and asked of my intentions, I started to speak and a few of the kids who I was taking home (which I advise to stay in the truck, but they wanted to see the motorcycles) came in. The salesman quickly walked off and had a urepulsive look on his face when he glanced back. I thought to myself maybe is have some kind of stomach pains. So I proceeded to look around. When I turn the corner I heard the same sales man tell another person who also works there they arent buying anything, just a bunch of hood rats.I coughed and he turned around to be shocked that I was standing there. I just replied thank you have a nice day and left the premises.Given I had just left a session of football and a white T-shirt and shorts wasnt the best appearance, but judging the kids that I was with is uncalled for and remarks like that is uncalled for. Im writing this review right after I just PAID in full for 6 Yamaha dirtbikes over the internet.Management needs to correct this matter, and I should have read the reviews before I evens stepped foot in this place.
