Took my atv here for a crank upgrade and 3 months later my motor was at someone’s house (not a Yamaha employee) and it was not even 20% completel. I got my motor back in pieces and missing parts.. The owner was very rude with me and didn’t show any remorse for me and the situation he’d put me in.

Doug has terrible customer service skills, doesnt listen, and thinks it’s okay to yell at a customer when there’s a misunderstanding DUE to his terrible listening ability. I tried to give him a second chance but he blew it. We have 4 Yamaha vehicles and none of them will be taken to them and highly recommend for people to do business elsewhere.

Stopped by to look at ATVs. Met a young fellow named Wyatt Mills. He is no doubt the smartest person i have met in years. If you want to know any thing about Yamaha go talk to Wyatt.

Doug at Statesboro Yamaha needs to change his standard operating procedure and management needs to take notice that he is promising bikes to customers that he does not even have in stock. He ran my credit under the premise that he had a bike for me. The reality was that there was no bike. That is completely unacceptable. My credit dropped for absolutely no reason. You are not allowed to just run people’s credit for no reason. That is a deceptive business practice that needs to be made known to all potential customers

I have never had the best experience with this place but this is just ridiculous. A few days ago I got my bike back from them and a small fairing flew off the side of the bike. I didnt think much of it. Just repaired it when I got home. The next day riding down the highway, the entire left side fairing came flying off causing a buddy of mine who was riding it to lose his phone and almost wreck the bike.When I called Yamaha to confront them about it, their first instinct was to blatantly lie to my face about the shotty work they had done. They told me that in order to replace the stator on a 2006 Yamaha YZF-R6, you apparently didnt need to remove any fairings.Ill post a picture here to let you all decide for yourself if its possible to take off the stator cover without first removing the fairings...I will never EVER recommend these people for work done on anyones bike ever again, because they might end up dead because of the shotty work they do at this Yamaha shop.

I have used Statesboro Yamaha for service and tires for years. I have always felt that the price was fair, and the work was good. I have bought tires there on several occasions. I did buy a bike there, but I used them for service on other brands before I bought a Yamaha (Star) from them. I have always been pleased with my experience there.

Needed a rear tire in a bad way while on vacation-called from SC and 100 miles away. Got there, friendly staff & immediate service. Reasonable price and done in 45 minutes. Cant be more please with them.

Never again Viking VI the clutch went out within the first 6 months. Warranty does not cover. Very dissatisfied. Come on Yamaha you can do better.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a shop. Bike was dropped off in early June and didn’t have an ounce of work done to it for SEVEN weeks. Was looking at buying a new bike and went and bought a new Kawasaki instead. NO COMMUNICATION, NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, NO GOOD BUSINESS. Do not take your bike here!!!

They had a really good selection of used bikes and was the only dealership in Georgia that actually had a WR250R in stock. The staff was really helpful (especially the younger guy who helped me, but unfortunately i didnt catch his name). He gave me a great deal and i even got a dsicount on the helmet my boyfriend wanted. Id definitely go back to this dealer if i need anything else, they are 100x better than the Yamaha dealer in Savannah.

These guys are awesome. We went to get a new Grizzly and i forgot my wallet and id they helped me out and even offered gas money. I ordered some tires as well and wasnt home due to work when they came in and the owner offered to drop them off at my house on when they made a trip to Savannah. That to me is way above what is required and made it alot easier on me. Would deffinately reccomend them if your buying and type of motorcycle or 4wheeler
