They have always been great to us. Never had any issue. Once I was not quite happy with the guy that came out for the yearly service. I believe he was kinda new. But other than that no problems ever.

They are always there to answer ur question. The people who work there is very nice.Bill is the best service guy. He has been serving us for at least 10 years.

I hate that someone had a bad experience with this company. I had a great experience. I saw a sign that said $5 fill up for my grill tank I took two tanks out and had them filled. Its not very often that you get such a great deal because it will cost at least $16-$20 to have a tank filled or exchanged so this is a great deal. They also do this several times a year so if you missed it a few weeks ago call and find out when their next deal is. It is coming up soon maybe for memorial weekend. We all have bad experiences but this time I had a great one.

The customer service is terrible. I called repeatedly regarding their brochure saying they instal gas fireplaces. after several months of trying to schedule, we went with a different vendor. When I called to have our gas tank refilled, it took three calls before they would schedule it. Now they are charging me interest on a bill that I paid as soon as I got it and have the records to show it. However, they are continuing to charge interest on the interest now. It only amounts to $9.31, but Im not paying interest on a bill that I already paid. When I called the office, I received Well, only Willie can fix that.

Friendly, professional, and helpful. And, during the summer, they have several days where theyll refill your propane grill tank for $5.

Great service and people
