The work they did was good except for the tech breaking two valve cover bolts off into the block. Very unprofessional especially when I had to find out on my own. They could have had the decentcy to let me know and I would have paid them to fix there screw up. No longer a customer.

This place is in competent and a joke. I spent 1 hour there for an inspection thT should have taken only to be rejected by a code reader that should have been connected first thing. I also purchased new wipers that were worse than the ones I replaced. I had to take my vehicle back and it was found that a cover had not been taken off the wiper blade. by the mechanic.

Took my 19 ram in today over one blown tire while traveling. $720 later they still didn’t not get my tires balanced one wheel had 18oz of stick weights in on place on the wheel. The truck drove awful. They also did not put my spare back under the truck when I asked to have that done. Now the truck is at my local tire shop having the tires balanced after they could not do the job correctly the first time. I also had one wheel completely loose. These guys didn’t care about quality they just wanted to go home. Would not recommend to anyone

My husband and I were on our way to Florida. Got on our way early morning from the hotel and had a very bad sound in our truck. Chris and the whole team were so kind and helpful. Got us in and found a wheel bearing problem. Fixed us up and we were on our way. An absolutely kind professional business. Thank you so much.

I really dont trust my inspection today. I can understand the bulb, and the tires but beyond that there were other things that were claimed to be issues Ive for one never had an inspection station dig into, and even once home I threw my jack under the SUV and lifted it up to check my bearings myself to find no wobble or grinding.Im going to throw this down as a scam and will surely never be returning.

They did an inspection on my SUV and afterwords I was treated in a manner of rejection and told to take it somewhere else for inspection and repairs. Also they broke my outside window cover on the drivers side and pulled it partially loose on the passenger side. Not sure if they did anything else to it while they had it back there in garage or not because I live close and only drove it home, which is a short distance and a short distance to the bank once. Hoping they didnt destroy anything else on it. Needless to say it WONT be going back there!

I drove past Myers tire and auto and saw the used tires on the front lot... I called to ask how much the tires were and was given a price over the phone. I went back to purchase and the tires I was asking about were actually more than I was quoted (totally understandable) .. they still honored the quoted price and were very nice about it. I really appreciate the deal on the all terrains I got for my truck. Great people.. and in the future, I will definitely come to them for my tire needs. My first experience was a great one.

Dropped my car off with an overheating problem. Told them where the leak was coming from and everything. Come back the next day and my car hadnt moved at all. Received a call saying it was definitely a head gasket and itd be roughly 3k to fix. When I asked how they determined it they said it was blowing coolant out of the radiator. It wasnt, I can look at my car and figure out myself and knew it was not doing what they said. After 60 dollars for a computer diagnostic I brought it to another shop to actually have it looked at. The problem was a hose clamp and was fixed by another garage for 90 dollars and runs perfectly fine now. Dont go here they will try and take you for a ride without even looking at the vehicle.

Plus, I have not seen them try to upsell my friends or me on anything. They are always busy on Saturdays, so be sure to make an appointment for the weekends.

Now I am not the smartest when it comes to taking care of my vehicle, and when I got a flat tire the other day and needed some help with getting a tire plugged, these guys stepped right on up. They explained everything to me and were some of the most courteous mechanics that I have ever met. I will be coming to them for anything that I need for my car. They are just awesome.

Traveling through North Carolina my inner tire on the RV went flat. I stopped several places but none could do the repair for either time or equipment reasons. One place said they couldnt do it unless I bought a tire as mine was too worn out, this was not true and I knew it. I pulled into Myers and they got to it right away. I watched closely to see if the replace the tire routine was going to be pulled. To my pleasent surprise the young man stuck a 20 ton bottle Jack under it and had it up, the tire off and in less than 15 minutes had it repaired and back on the RV. I went to pay and was expecting a $40 bill but was presented with a $12.50 bill as just the valve stem was bad. I was shocked and felt guilty paying such a low bill. To ease my conscience I tipped the young man who did the work! LOL if you have tire problem in Statesville NC this is a place you can trust. Thank you Myers for such a blessing!

Been going here for years and they take great care of my cars.

Service was ok, but something very strange happened as soon as I left. I was there getting a car inspected that the tag had gone out on and needed to drive it from there to the tag office a few blocks away. On my way there I was pulled over almost immediately by local police. Now Ive been driving around without a proper tag for three months only to be pulled over once. Now I get pulled over again two blocks away from where my car is inspected? That is on coincidence no way, that is nothing but pure scum baggery all around. Maybe they do good work? They way they operate who cares?

I came in to replace one tire sensor and rotate tires. Took an hour and a half and they did it wrong. When I left the shop two tires were giving an error. They said to run for 30 miles and it would go away. That never happened, not going here again ever...
