My car is worse off now, Then it was when I dropped it off. I still have to find another mechanic before my car is driveable. Horrible experience.

I appreciate the help that was given to me. My wife brought my 2002 Yukon Denali here while I was in dialysis. And they treat her with kindness explaining my problem with my truck. And helping to solve the problem. Their definitely top notch.

Very unprofessional business, fixed transmission and had to come back multiple times over the span of a week to get other things fixed that were not broken before . The owner is dishonest and overall in the business of creating more problems. If you are in statesville I would recommend Voelske Automotive

Does not honor its warranty as the way it looks so far. Takes forever, will not return your calls. And on my transmission, has pulled and torn down multiple times, and truck is still there unrepaired.

Ive had them rebuild several transmissions and never had any issues afterwards. Chad is a very good person and only has quality people working for him.

The people that work here do amazing work and can fix just about anything on a car. Check them out if you need help.

Brought my car in and was told they would follow up with me that afternoon. Did not hear back. Called to check after a few days, and was told they were still researching the part. Never heard back. Received a call a couple of weeks later and was told they read my review and there was no ETA on when they can get the part. Communication was not good. My issue was never resolved with my car. Back to square one.

I really have no idea how this place receives anything above a 1 star. repeat business is not their goalUnorganized and untrustworthy,They rebuilt a transmission for my truck and an 03 Ford Explorer.First my truck was back with 2 months because they didn’t tighten the torque converter bolts, this cost me a flex plate and torque converter $1400.00 (plus the rebuild $4000.00 )that was not covered under their warranty for workmanship somehow, all was good until 10 months later when the transmission stopped working again, awaiting quote from new shop.As for the explorer I picked it up and within a week was back in the shop for grinding whining noises and was told it was a worn valve body, on a freshly rebuilt transmission, 3 weeks later they finally repaired the part and it was mostly drive able still makes unpleasant noises when shifting and engaging the all wheel driveI spent over $7000.00 in 3 months for 2 rebuilt transmissions and ended up with 2 problematic transmissions that a year later still do not function properly I will not return to this shop for them to goner the warranty because they have already had 2 opportunities to fix both of the vehicles and have not been able to do so w.

They rebuilt my transmission, screwed it up, and then didnt touch it for two months when we brought it back to get their mistake fixed. Still have yet to get it back. Add that to horrible customer service.I suggest paying the extra money to take it somewhere worth your time.

They jacked up my transmission and then tried to charge me more money..I don’t recommend anyone I mean anyone to go here unless you know of someone working there personally. Don’t do it.These guys are in it only for the money.
