Worst company to ever do business withThey should be called rip RIP OFF MASTERS called to get a quote for dual exhaust on my truck they were2X HIGHER THAN 5 OTHER Companys I called . They quoted me 750.00 I got 5 other quotes for from $300.00 to $350.00 I told the guy that over the phone he gets mad and hangs up phone . SERVICES ARE POOR . THEY WILL TRY TO SCAMM YOU IN THERE PRICING

Henry had me pull into his shop and repaired it instantly, whats more, he didnt charge me a dime.I returned today for a new exhaust to be bent in the same classic car. Henry was out sick, and Danny took car of the quote and the job. I experienced the same service and same care that Henry provided. All questions were answered concisely on how long it would take and how my car would be treated while there (inside only if overnight). There we no subjective try statements.The end result looks great, sounds good and fits great. My classic buick has a slight rumble at idle and is dead quiet at speed now, and things are flowing much better.Photos included. I called, Henry answered, I asked if they could take a quick look at a leaking exhaust on my classic car. OK...Im not truly involved with the social media craze but I walked in and gave those guys in the shop a challenge to custom bend a three angle multi axis 2 connector from my engine exhaust manifold to my muffler on a set of Jet Skis. Not only did they replicate the design and exact measurements... but they were fast, professional, and extremely courteous! After burning out three rubber hoses, their exquisite tenacity solved a perplexing conundrum. Highly recommended for any muffler or exhaust system repair! 5 Stars...

These guys were recommended by others, great price, quality work. Went in for some custom tailpipes. Wayne listened to what I wanted, made some great suggestions and did a fantastic job. He even went the extra mile to fix some things the previous shop had done not so well. I will be going back so he can rework the front half. They made sure I was satisfied with the work before I left.

Muffler Masters was the absolute best repair shop I have ever been to. The guy who worked on my car was amazing and kind. He double checked to make sure my muffler wasnt leaking, when other shops will just let it go. The pricing was outstanding and the service even better.

I have a rare BMW that I had a local muffler shop install aftermarket mufflers that I supplied to them. The job was less than satisfactory as I’m a “picky” person. Read reviews of all close muffler shops and muffler masters seemed to be what I was looking for. Made the 45 minute drive and was greeted with Wayne. He fixed the mishap from the previous shop and went above and beyond what I was expecting. I knew I was at the right place when he started shaking his head at the previous install. While it may have been ok for some, it wasn’t working for me or Wayne. He takes pride in the work and does one job at a time. I was in and out within 2 hours of my arrival and Wayne wasn’t happy till it was perfect. A+ work and customer service. I will definitely make the trip back for my future exhaust work.

Took my old recently purchased 1977 Ford F-350 farm truck to Muffler Masters yesterday afternoon for exhaust application and was extremely satisfied! It was a joy to experience the great work ethic of Mr. Danny and Mr. Wayne, the two mechanics working there. This place is indeed amazing! While waiting and watching truck exhaust being installed, Danny and/or Wayne never appeared stressed and would promptly attend to new customers that would pull into driveway within seconds to 10 minutes. Afterwards they’d return back to their current job. These mechanics are steady and have turned their work into an art! A real joy to watch! They even stayed after hours to finish my truck’s exhaust and it currently sounds so much quieter and has no fumes coming into cab while driving. I learned while waiting that this is the place to bring your car or truck, for not only for muffler/exhaust repair/placement but also for any repair be it shock, brake, oil change, engine or mechanical repair! Prices are great and you will not be disappointed. I’m a customer for life with Muffler Masters after my experience yesterday and will highly recommend them to anyone! The guys that work there are down to earth and talk to you like they know you. The price of the muffler and work was the best after calling around for prices after my friends recommendation . My car broke down on my 1:15 min commute home today. Luckily for me it was on the exit where Muffler Masters was located in Statesville, NC. Although they were closing as I rolled in, the two gentlemen there, Danny and Jamie, went above and beyond to get me back on the road, despite that it was already past closing, despite that they had to run out and get some of the parts needed and despite that the repair took an hour and a half, and did I mention they had worked through lunch today and were ready to leave as my car limped in?I’m grateful for thorough, hard working, kind professionals that are willing to go above and beyond to serve a customer they could have easily turned away as they were closing up for the day. Although I’m not a local, they will receive my recommendation any chance I get.

Muffler Masters of Statesville is amazing. Their service really stands out as exceptional. Henry greeted with a smile and very quickly identified my exhaust system problems. They resolved the issues very quickly while I waited. I was gone in no time, and at very reasonable expense. This shop reminds you of the way things used to be... when honesty, craftsmanship, value and service with a smile were the norm. As I commented as I left, It gets no better than this.

These guys know exhaust systems. The manager - who is hands on with almost every job has been working for Muffler Masters for 30 years. This location offers better prices because of the location (kind of off the beaten path). Very pleased with the dual exhaust in my 1997 F150.

I have been to Muffler Masters for a couple of exhaust issues on different cars.This is an old school place; you drive your car on the ramp and wait while they diagnose. It is fast, and they are aggressive about fixing the issue. No BS.Nothing fancy, but they always fixed me up right.White collar folk might be scared by the casual nature, but they shouldnt be. They will fix you up.

Took my 2015 Silverado here to get the factory exhaust replaced with a flowmaster super 10 series and dual outs. Nice fellas that know how to weld and pay attention to detail. Tube bends were done correctly and they had the parts I needed in stock. Cant beat the price either. Highly recommend for exhaust work and will be going here in the future.

I had an incredible experience at Muffler Masters. I needed work done on my exhaust system so my car could pass inspection. I had already put a lot of work into fixing the emissions system elsewhere. Meineke estimated me nearly $800 for the work that needed to be done on the exhaust. When all was said and done, Muffler Masters only charged me $160 for the whole job. They were patient and kind and tried very hard to save me money instead of rip me off. The factory muffler for my car would have cost a lot of money, so they were able to work with what they had and literally created a masterpiece. Henry did the work on my car and he was especially nice. I wish I had known about them before I wasted my time and money going anywhere else. I recommend them 100%

A great experience.My 2000 Toyota Echo had holes in the exhaust pipe leading into the muffler, making the car very loud. Replacing the muffler would not fix the problem. Jeff at Muffler Masters diagnosed it, cut the rusted pipe out and welded in the replacement within 20 minutes. All for a fraction of the cost I was expecting (less than $60).- Paul Steinitz

Ive never been there but definitely will keep it in mind if I have car troubles on the road again or want work done outside of Asheville.Without pay or even my asking for a favor, one of the mechanics (Jeff) happened to see my 94 Volvo was smoking when I pulled into a gas station for a pit stop. He was kind enough to inspect it, offered to top up my coolant, and gave me directions to the nearest Walmart for a cheap jug of oil. He seemed to be mocking me when he found out I was a UNCA graduate (you do know your engine needs oil, right?), but he set me in the right direction and I made the rest of the 4 hour drive to Greenville safely. Its in the shop facing a $600 valve repair job for the long run, but I might let you guys be the ones to bleed me for the next part that falls off this old thing!
