No cashiers shelves never full! If I wanted to check out my own items I would apply for a job!! Raising prices now we have to be our own cashier and bagger REALLY

The great Wally World plan is working great. Now you may be asking, what is the wally world plan? Well it is to replace all of the cashiers with machines. Now this store does have cashiers. But you will be lucky to find more than 2 cashiers. Also I will say that I think the average age of the cashiers at any time is well over 80.

I chose to Pickup my order today. My Chronic Fatigue is acting up, and I couldnt handle pushing a shopping cart up and down the aisles across the entire store.It is such a relief to know I can place my order, and pick a pickup time, and get the things I need without having to even get out of my truck.It also assures that I wont forget anything, or have to run back across the store for that last item Ive forgotten.The employee who brought my shopping to me was quick and efficient, polite and courteous.Pickup shopping is a blessing to me!!

Very strange man dressed all in white walking around. He seemed to be following us. Other than that.... Everything was good

This Wal-Mart always has what I need for general shopping or celebrations. The managers are great at resolving issues.💚💚💚💚💚

Staff was good and helpful. Took longer than I thought it should to check out.

Parking lot is very dirty. Cart corrals are very much in need of attention.some are partially out in the travel lanes, some are in or so close to the parking space next to it that you cant get the door open on that side. I guess that the store manager is still asleep as he comes to work and he doesnt see these things that need to be corrected.

The team in the Auto Care Center could not be more helpful. After an appointment issue, they went above and beyond to get me in and install 4 brand new Douglas tires (which are fantastic). Everyone was kind, helpful, and professional. Will be back for my service needs.

I love the large variety I can shop at this store. The different options and the numerous selection I can shop.

I love being able to do grocery pickup. Kirsten is always particularly positive and helpful! All of this makes my day so much better!

I love the store. But guess might have to find another. The shelf are always bare now. Nothing stocked like before. Golden reward empty 2 weeks ago and said wouldnt get any till the 11th of August.

Does the Manger use the same restrooms as the customers if he does why are they so nasty I thought it was his job to oversee such problems. Also why do you let nasty scooter people hang out in the front of the store smoking, drinking, spitting, an leaving trash laying around. 1 star for nasty 5 star for the rest of the store

Bought 4 tires from them, it states that I have free tire rotation every 6000 miles. Went to get said tire rotation and was told no they will not rotate them because they are showing wires. The tires are less than 6 months old but will sell me more new tires!! Nothing is wrong with tires just went and got my car inspected! Thinking about calling and complaining!

Go to Walmart and have a woman of color attend you Yesterday, October 16, I went to the technology area to see a watch that was on sale. and I was simply denied the opportunity to buy it. by said employee of wal Walmart

Would give five stars but, never enough registers operating and self check out is a pain.

It was a bit of a mess and the stock boy refused to move his huge cart that was blocking exactly what I had to get so I had to bend down get onto the bottom shelf to get the only 50 pound bag of dog food in that stack when he could have just moved his cart and let me grab from the bigger stack right next to the aisle. Then at self check out the guy refused to let me ring up my own items!!!!

Walmart has no interest in helping customers find products needed. They have systamaticly removed from the stores the more attractive priced items for the more expensive.Walmart is no longer the family store.

Shelves STILL not stocked. Some have been empty for weeks. Prices on some of my favorite foods have nearly DOUBLED since my last visit. Food Lion, here I come!

Staff is rude cant find any help to assist you with anything, They have self checkouts and everytime you have to call upon staff, Why not keep the cashier, Wal-Mart you might be saving more money but your losing alot of time.If anyone purches alcohol and ur at self check out guess what you gotta hit that o need help button and wait for your help to put her cigarette out hang up her phone call then come in there passed off because I bought a beer, Iam 52 Im allowed to drink a beer .

Only one register accepting cash. Will pay more at somewhere else if I can. Customer service is important.

Walmart Mocksville is always clean and never packed. They are very competent on filing orders and usually make good substitutions. They also have chihuahua brands shredded cheese in this location which in my opinion is the best topping for pizza as it stretches well and isnt greasy.

My favorite place never leave out that place with out spending less then 100 but things are so high today you gotta do what you gotta do Ive been hooked on curb side service that way I dont buy the whole dang store me and him both have Walmart cards not gift cards credit so it helps us out in the long run !! Deli is good and cheap !

DO NOT take your vehicle to the automotive center! Came in for a simple battery replacement and CHRIS almost wrecked my truck as he couldn’t even drive it 5 feet into the service bay (he claimed he had big feet and accidentally hit the brake and gas at the same time causing my truck rear wheels to spin and almost hitting the building, I literally had to scream stop at him) I will be moving this incident forward with corporate, this type of thing should never occur.

Easy to find what I needed. Not to busy and if I needed help someone was there to help me.

Parking available for trucks overnight. Friendly service. Seems like their prices are better than the other Walmarts. Easy access off 40

They should give their self-checkout hosts MORE TRAINING and MORE AUTHORITY!! It took at least 15 minutes to check out of the kiosk I was on, because I had a coupon over $5....she fumbled through it, said the coupon took and then it kept refusing my card! She finally called CSM over and she tried to correct it, couldnt, then found where the host had put in something wrong in kiosk! She corrected, and I was out in a minute...

Everyones been to Walmart and knows what to expect. The Statesville Walmart is a large one that has most anything you would expect.

I love Walmart but very congested and crowded always. Need to keep cars out of handicap parking spaces more. Prices are great and most all of the time they have what I need.

Was at deli 3 people working two just standing there had to wait for the one that was working to empty trash so she could wait on us.When I worked in the Deli we had to learn how to cut meat and cook. Was always told if you had time to stand find something to do. Wasnt trained to work the bakery but was trained in everything else.p

Went to Walmart Supercenter looking for a table to use outside for yard sale. They only had the 8 ft one that cost $69.00. Disappointed Walmart didnt have a smaller table for me to purchase. Walmart had already clearanced their toy section so not many toys to look at. I usually use the self checkout. Had to have an associate help me as it charged me full price for a Blippi figure. Charged me $19.97 instead of clearance price of $10.00. Associate was extremely friendly and helpful. Wish they had more selection of tables and toys.

Found everything I was looking for at great prices.

Grocery isles are nice & wide, I like that! Shelves needed stocking in several areas, but that might be a supply issue these days.

Theyre pretty/Reptile product selection has dwindled to the most basic of items. And what they have is priced pretty high, as well.We were highly disappointed that their own products have very limited research availability.

Walmart in this area seems to be going a little downhill. Stock inventory seems low, leaving the shelves bear; often with the products that I need. Customer service seems to be lacking a little as well. Most of the employees that I see around the store can give one the feeling that they do not like their job. Some employees just seem to be standing around while others are so busy with a task that they do not empathize that they are in a customers way. Phone lines also seem to have a technical issue. No matter what department I need, the person on the line spits out a number so quick and then automatically transfers to the department needed only to always be disconnected. This has happened to me with multiple department transfers. On a side note, I always seem to get a little irritated with broken carts. You would think a multi-billion dollar company would respond to maintenance upkeep.

Great place! The bathrooms are always very clean and the staff for the most part is always very helpful and seems to be in a good mood! Even when they have to ring up 1000.00 in groceries like our cashier Pam, we would love to give a shout out to her for ringing up our large order, even with our screaming newborn and our nosey daughter she never snapped once and kept a smile on her face the whole time!! GET THAT WOMAN A RAISE!!! Lol!!

They allow a gang of men on mopeds to sit outside the door every single day and harass every female that walks in. I specifically have to avoid this Walmart now. Such a shame they allow this to happen.

Not impressed.. parking lot had a lot of trash. People park in no parking spots (which is hard for me since disabled) inside was not veterans organized.

Place is run down. Shelves are usually rummaged or empty throughout store.. Needs a good cleaning or makeover.

Well I went for fabric for a project and while I did find exactly what I need I stood there at the fabric counter for 15 minutes while employee after employee passed by me. I even asked one lady for help and she called another person who announced that customer service was required and still after another 5 minutes no one showed up. I just put everything back that I needed cut and I left because thats kind of ridiculous. I do understand that these people are just trying to get their jobs done but when theres a customer that obviously needs help you think they would try to do something more than just stare at me like Im the crazy one.

Fast and courteous curbside pickup. They have a fine selection of merchandise and prices are good.

Great employees they always take time for the customers and will always make sure you find and get the right thing you came to get if you need help

I was late going I got there at 10:40 and.and.my husband.was.jusy getting dog food.. Didnt k ow the closed at 11 and.staff was very rude

Finally had a Motorola phone!! So $300 less in the bank but got everything I needed to do bathroom, some bags, food, etc. Im good for another 6 months!!

This is a 1 Rating Because My Mother Was Trying to Get Some jewelry And No one Ever came. And My mother Called Walmart And I heard the phone ringing and No One Answered. Walmart employees are “LAZY”.

I walked in not expecting to get much. I ended up impulse purchasing a few small tools and a 5 gallon bucket with a lid (sold separately). I approached and entered the self-checkout area (not any of the mirror isles) and I scanned my items. Upon scanning the bucket, a prompt for an associate to come check out my bucket flashed the screen. A nice lady came over and looked inside. She thanked me for it being empty and for having everything sorted and easily identifiable for her. We exchanged pleasantries and went our separate ways, after I asked if she would snap a photo of me to commemorate my A+ shopping experience! Photo below.

Since the inside of this store was remodeled ages ago their stocked products havent been super plentiful.

Took me a bit to find envelopes, but everything else went smoothly.

Pickup is great :) much better than walking around the massive store for everything.

I went to the pharmacy to get vitamins and everything was locked up and there was nobody to open the shelfs so I could get the vitamins and then even the deodorants locked up so I went home and ordered everything on Amazon and will not be back

Friendly staff. Poor quality. I bought a cooler and returned it because it didnt work. I dont understand why because it was made by our Communist brothers on China who would certainly not make inferior product. Or is Walmart buyer being paid off to contract inferior product??So much going on here

It was was ok. All out of canning supplies. Trying to make everyone wear masks but dont bother those who dont.

I went there because my bank is there. I was in the market for bed linens for my new queen sized bed. Stock was shoddy and expensive. Went around the corner to Big Lots where I got Sealy and Broyhill linens for an excellent price!

If you in a hurry, dont go to this facility, its very crowded with only 2 cash register opened on Sunday at 12 pm, one day before school starts, I can believe Walmart management cannot think about this, 45 minutes waiting on the line....

Clean and friendly/helpful staff

I waited at the jewelry counter for about 20 minutes, then went to ask someone for help and they told me to go to customer service. The line was huge so i just called the store, I let it ring in total probably 200 times and no one answered. So I just left...Pathetic store.

Lots of interesting sights here. You can really get your shopping done, and see some of the odd characters of the 704.

Spectacular me and a friend went and had the most perfectly splendid time!

The auto department said that they would install my battery if I purchased it from them so I agreed I also said since I was here go ahead and change my oil 2 hours later they tell me they cant install my battery a total waste of time.

So first off there is no where in my emails that says the curbside pickup ends at 8. We get there and no one is answering the phone and when we finally get someone she has an attitude and is extremely rude. I am so done with Walmart.

I’m just a big fan of Walmart. They have everything you could need or want all in one place. Every time I need something and I’m in the mood to just get out of the house and go look around for stuff, “whether I need it or not”. Walmart is my go to store, plus there’s always lots of people there so you’re always gonna see something interesting. No matter what time day or night you can always go to Walmart and find what you need.

Decent store customer service wise from associates, just really low stock constantly on essential items home and bath items too especially items of the gluten free type. Stock here on anything can Be hit or miss. Work out the infrastructure home office and this store could be just as good as it was when we had cap team going hard on grocery etc. Back in 2015. Needs more zoning hire more associates.

I just had to pick up a few things.

Easy location off of highway and local main roads. Huge selection of most everything youd need. Reasonable prices, helpful staff and easy self check out.Im there about three times a week.
