Always the best coffee hands down. Pumpkin Spice with Oat milk plus more. Every single time its perfect and what helps me get through a long and tiring day.

Normally I would give this location a great review but today the experience was quite the opposite there after having my drinks and stuff thrown down on the counter with no reply when trying to talk an employee. This also happen to the person in front of me .

I ordered an ice coffee and when I got to the window I was handed a black cold coffee I ask if this was vanilla the employee told me I had to ask for cream now I’m sure everyone knows that cream goes in the coffee right along with the classic syrup that’s what make it light if I wanted a black coffee I would of asked for a black coffee every Starbucks I go to ask if I want the classic sweetener and cream

They where training the coffee I got was not good I tossed them out this was a waste of money but the environment was awesome.

Getting into the parking lot is tricky due to road construction, but great service as youd expect

Delicious drinks, cake pops are legendary.

I order my drink at 110 degrees Fahrenheit; sometimes I get my drink and its drinkable right away, other times the barista wants to point out that they must prepare it to 130 degrees for safety. I get the drink and its 20 minutes away from drinkable. I dont care so much that you have to make it 130 degrees, I care mostly that I occasionally get a snooty barista who cant be bothered to make it work. Im unsure if my drinkable coffees are made and then diluted with cold milk or if the barista at that time makes it unsafely, but either way I get what I asked for.

Great oasis off of 77 when you think that all options for coffee that hasn’t been burning on a truck stop hot plate are lost this Starbucks shows up!

Another great Starbucks! They were very knowledgeable at this specific location which came in very helpful when ordering something kid friendly for the first time. Who knew anything on the frappe menu could be ordered with no caffeine or theres always the chocolate milk option 😘

This location is not the most convenient to get to with all the constant construction and its nearly hidden down the hill, I usually always drive passed it and have to turn around, but the staff makes up for all that. They are always so friendly and accommodating unlike the store on Turnersburg Hwy. I messed up and ordered from a different location, went to this one, and realized what I had done when they didnt have my mobile order. The awesome team made my drink and didnt charge me for it! I highly recommend this store if you are in Statesville!

Statesvilles location was right off the highway. Employee at window was an exceptional employee. Kind and easy to understand. We saw all of the employees with masks.

I like that this location is open late. Decent amount of seating. Staff were friendly and fast when I was there. Clean restroom, wheelchair accessible.

The guy on the drive thru couldnt hear anything through the speaker, but regardless, I went there to get a pupachino for my dog right before putting her to sleep. They added chocolate syrup to make it extra special for her.

Im not usually a 5 star kind of gal because I am a true critic who can find something to complain about in anything (my favorite curse), but this place seriously has its work cut out for it. Their employees are always super friendly, helpful, and very intuitive. They dont just want to serve me coffee, they want to make sure I enjoy what they give me. Their coffee is always amazing and they offer such healthy alternatives unlike certain coffee places. Price is a little more than regular coffee places, but for the convenience, the quality, and the service? Its worth the extra dollar.

The Caramel Macchiato is a drink I love. But the extra espresso shot tasted like it was extremely burnt.

This is our goto Starbucks when traveling up the i77. Easy on/off access. Staff is always very helpful. They have a drive thru, but we always go in for a short break.

Fast, courteous, friendly service. If it was between buying coffee or living in a house id just about hsve to live in a coffee can. 😂

My husband and I ordered our drinks and they didn’t get my drink right so, I asked them kindly to make my drink a frappe and not a latte after I repeatedly said frappe not latte and they remade it and messed it up again because I had also asked for pumps of raspberry and they rushed it and didn’t put a single pump of raspberry in my drink. We drove off because I was getting annoyed and then come to find out they messed up my husbands drink as well, when he asked for a triple shot of espresso and they couldn’t even do that right. The older guy at the window was rude and I understand he was flustered because he kept messing other people’s orders and he was behind but you could have listened and got our orders right.

I LOVEEE this Starbucks! I come here faithful every morning.. they always make me feel special. They keep up with knowing what their customers likes, like me! This morning was one of the best visits. One of the bartisas names Nate (on his name tag) went the extra mile to already have my drink ready when he seen my car pull in.. how awesome is that?!?!!!! And there is a ton more ppl Id love to name on this review I believe one is Amanda.. she works everyday an is so sweet to her customers.. but so is all the Starbucks crew... Love my coffee. However, I dont do high sugar content so the selection is so limited. So many of the drinks sound so yummy, but there is less sugar ina dozen doughnuts. Service was fantastic.

Really bad location.

Went to this location on road trip up to NVa. Valid complaints about the location and toughness of ingress/egress. Although what I am most annoyed at was the drive through experience. Wait was long, then once order was placed the wait was even longer! When got to the window the server asked for our order again. When we placed the order we were told $6.03. When we had to re-order at the window the price went up to $6.57. FOR 1 PEPPERMINT grande mocha frappe. We had to wait a few more min while they made the drink. We finally got back on the interstate and, wait for it..... Drink had too much peppermint in it, almost undrinkable. Wasted $6.57 and 20 min of our time. Skip this place it will just put you in a bad mood.

Great service! There computer system glitched and I ended up waiting a while for my drinks. Upon realizing what happened, they promptly corrected the issue and gave me gift cards for two free drinks.

The drinks here were okay. I do not enjoy how inconsistent everything is! I wish the baristas mixed drinks the same way! My frappe was practically water as it was grounded down so much. Prices, as always, are insane but that cant be helped!

Fast service during non-rush hours. Friendly staff. Small seating area in comparison to other locations. A good place to stop to get a quick caffeine or non-caffeine boost.

People were rude, service was super slow (even for Starbucks} and the bathrooms were filthy - weve been to gas stations that have bathrooms on the outside of the building that are open to the general public that were cleaner than this bathroom. I only pass through here twice a year, I hope the next time its better than this time.

From my wife: This Starbucks gets my order wrong 9/10. Given how awesome my wife is, I give her the benefit of the doubt.Granted, this location has a nice lounge area, which Im sure inflates the higher-than-appropriate rating. But from my perspective, just because you have a chillax-conducive environment doesnt mean youre quality with respect to service. If any establishment wants a good rating, its important it honors the customer by listening.

Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to!

I have been to this Starbucks a number of times and the customer service is excellent. When I go in the mornings, Jocelyn is always there and is friendly and remembers my order. The staff and service at this location is top notch and thats saying alot for a company where you always get great customer service. I am a business traveler and I always enjoy coming to this location. Keep up the good work

I find the staff at this location friendly and welcoming. The drive through experience is the best. Sometimes a long line to get through, but still a friendly greeting at the window. I feel like I am their first customer of the day instead of the 5th person in the drive through line. I havent been IN this location more than 2 or 3 times in the past 2 years, but I always enjoyed meeting friends in this location. Always treated well, and since we were regulars one of the barristas treated us to a shared pastry free!! I was WOWed.My biggest issue is the loudness of the music, This is a small inside area and it can get noisy. Sometimes the music become annoying because it is SO loud I like to spend time in the lounge area to do work and write, so now I frequent the location on 21 for that.Parking is the pits and the drive thru line sometimes makes parking a challenge.

I go here every morning for my coffee and sometimes its just ridiculous how long it takes them and I will see the staff standing around talking sometimes while people are waiting for there order. Not only that but they are constantly messing up orders including mine. Usually I can deal with my coffee tasting different every single day as long as its good but for the last two weeks its been awful they have been putting way to many pumps of sweetener in it or something because it used to be ice and coffee and whip but lately its been really syrupy and just off the charts way to sweet. Get your stuff together Starbucks you cant charge people what you charge for a cup of coffee and then completely screw it up over and over again.

Today was the first time in a long time I had friendly and curious service. The young lady at the register who had short dark brown hair and a beautiful smile also had the personality to go with it. The other girls the same. I hope you can keep them. Thank you

This is a busy location - even for a Starbucks, but the crew seems to be focused and works diligently to complete the orders placed inside and via the drive-thru. Being so busy may be why the floors need to be swept and tables cleaned on a recent visit I made to this location. The coffee is always good though.

Way overpriced burnt tasting coffee from Starbucks corporate. Cramped store, hard to park, drive through is narrow and one lane so you get stuck even if you need to go. Loud noisy irritating baristas shouting out orders if you go inside the store, not enough chairs, Statesville needs more coffee options than Starbucks trash coffee experience.

Avery was accurate and efficient and had a great service personality. Very accomodating

This place is very busy in the morning so you may want to consider if you have time to stop.
