So a very weird thing happened here this past Saturday night (10-09-21). There were two people in front of my mom in line and I was behind her kind of hidden behind her to where the guy at the register couldn’t see me. The young guy at the register looked at my mom and said “that’s all you have? You’re good to go” even though she hasn’t paid and there are two guys in front of her. Let me just say she had a drink and boiled peanuts in her hand. I step out from behind her and say we’re together and he says “oh well then I’ll have to check you out”. I had a drink and a Slim Jim. He talked to both guys in front of us for a few minutes and then checked us out with no problem. It was just a really weird experience and had a gut feeling something sketchy was happening. So one star because I have to give at least one and another because at least the drink was good.
Every time I come here the same cashier is so rude to me. Her tone is disrespectful, condescending and she always checks my $1 and $5 bills to see if they’re real. Really? Today she acted like she didn’t want to accept my ID because I had dyed my hair a different color. So f******* PETTY
Seems their have been multiple complaints made on the rudeness people have experienced at the store. And the response from owner is always same no matter the complaint. But does anyone know? If any action at all is taken out on the employees that the complaints are made on. My husband and myself have also experienced outrageous rudeness from the store manager and a cashier at this store. And No one was rude to her until she became rude 1st herself. I filed a complaint on both women. But was anything done most likely not. The fact that this store owner lets this rudeness to paying costumes happen and continue is beyond me. Only costing them in long run. Cause my husband and myself want ever being going back thats for certain.
Always a pleasure to stop here. Always friendly, true believer those who are rude to staff are also the ones who give low rating.No matter how busy it is; most people understand there is a little wait. Especially behind me, I buy cups of the Good chewy ice, lottery, cigarettes, hubbys coffee & his snack. Ive witnessed a few rude people, & the staff handled it professionally.Retail is a tough job, I appreciate each of the staff. Especially Shaun, Clara & John!!
Their hours say Open 24 Hours, but they close the store from 2 A.M. to at least 3 (still waiting to see how long they actually stay closed for). Employee is in no hurry to open back up, even with customers in the parking lot. False advertising, or just lousy employees, who knows, but they are NOT open 24 hours.
Staff was very rude and wouldn’t sell me anything.
Ive never been treated so poorly by a retail worker before. The woman that runs the register is very rude. Im a healthcare worker and my license expired 5 days ago. (Ive ordered a new one but with the pandemic everything is a lot slower) Came to this store this morning to get vape pods before starting the work day. She refused to take my newly expired license even though I have no control over how slowly my new one comes in the mail because of a pandemic. License still clearly shows how old I am. She didnt even care to look at it or consider it. She might as well have spit on me the way she talked to me. Wont be back here.
This place has the rudest woman Ive ever encountered. I told her she was very unprofessional yelling at her co worker. She told me basically to mind my buisness. Thankfully I live out of state and this was a pit stop because I will never be coming back here. I apologized to the co worker for dealing with her verbal abuse. The coworker told me thank you. The young lady is very rude to customere as well. I went else where for my purchases!!
Good customer service and clean bathrooms.
Poor customer service, lazy. Sick of hearing can’t do basic services because they’re “getting ready to do shift change”. Close the doors if you can’t function properly.
