This was my first time ordering wood letters, it was easy and fast. I ordered on 1/8/2020 and my letters came today 1/11/2020. I was highly impressed with free shipping and they came in a priority box. I will most definitely order all my letter needs from this company.

Ordered online. They said they delivered the package, but it never arrived. The carrier has no information on the order. Im pretty sure they just pocketed my money and never processed the order. Amazon refuses to post this review, too, so Im posting it here.
