Friendly and knowledgeable! We visited three repair shops in the area to find a coil for our riding lawn mower to no avail. Each shop we visited quickly dismissed us because they didnt know what type of coil we really needed. We didnt have the engine model number, we only had the coil. Allens had what we needed and was able to give us the part within minutes of our arrival. We will gladly return.

Even though Daddy Allen has retired. Jay and his wife are very polite and knowledgeable. They usually have the part I need, if not they can get it for me. They have worked on my equipment many times and have always given excellent service.

I have been here many times over the years. These guys know their stuff, are very friendly, and helpful. They will take the time to help you. When other shops dont want to help you with the small things, this place will. If they dont have it they can get it. Their parts and service are top notch and Ive always paid less than any other place. A trustworthy shop is hard to find today. They wont try to sell you something that you dont need. That is why Im a repeat customer.

The father and son team here know their lawnmowers and small engines. They are the sort of place that is hard to find these day with all the big box stores selling most of the equipment. Now keep in mind you dont repair a $119 weed eater they are designed to throw away and buy another one. However, if you have a quality machine and want it fixed these guys can do it but expect to pay to have it done. They have also been willing to answer my questions and order parts for me when Ive needed them. I hope they are there forever!! Their hours are a little limited otherwise I would have given them 5 stars.

A great place for anything involving lawnmowers and other small engines. Great, friendly, knowledgeable people.

Took in a chainsaw back at the beginning of the season. As soon as Mr. Allen saw it he was able to give me the manf. Model and even year if manf. It was really old and had a differant paint scheme and manf. But he knew. They may not be super professional but if you want the job done right then this is your place!

Great fast service.

Expensive and unprofessional. $120 to sharpen 2 mower blades & replace a belt. Bad attitude. Reluctant to give a breakdown of bill (parts/labor). Will never use them again.

Would not even give this place one star but had to in order to write this review! Horrible service and outrageous prices!!! Very rude and unprofessional. If you want to take your stuff down there and have it worse off thats the place to take!
