Wal Marts garden center is in my opinion, cluttered and disorganized. Plants and items are scattered all over. Some plants are inside their enclosure while others are placed outside beside the sidewalk. Gardening and potting soil bags are scattered all over, usually with the best buys placed outside along the road back to the auto center. Their setup is a mess and really needsxorganizing.

But no one is ever in there and you have to search for a cashier
