I recently got surgery, 48 hours

I showed up 10 mins early for a Covid test with no one behind me in line and they told me to come back at my appointment time. Annoyance #1. After two days, I looked for my results to see that my test hadnt yet been received at the testing facility. I called to get an estimate, and they said it could take 3-5 days for my test to be processed. At this point in the pandemic, I think we all expect better. Given that you shouldnt get tested until at least 5 days from exposure, even if I did test positive, I could almost expect that the infection would have run its course and I would no longer be contagious.

This Walgreens is excellent, and it’s the staff that makes it so. In particular, the woman who is in charge of the cosmetics department. I cannot remember her name but I have filled out two Walgreens surveys from my receipt over a year because she is such a remarkable person and helper. Very knowledgeable about the products, gives honest feedback and has helped me understand and transition from the old Walgreens Rewards system to the more recent one. She’s an exceptional employee and never seems to be having an off day, when in reality, we all know that we all have them from time to time. She is to be commended, as the whole Steamboat Walgreens staff.

My drive thru covid test was quick and the young lady who helped me through the process was very helpful and friendly.

Called twice to ensure they had river rafting tubes and was assured there was ample supply. Drove three and a half hours from Denver, parked downtown, took a risky ride on public transportation, and arrived to find an ample supply of childrens tubes that were completely unsuitable for the river. I had explained in both calls that we were planning on taking these on the river, and I found out that we were purposefully misled because the disgruntled male employee we had spoken to had a preconceived notion that determining if ones tube was appropriate for the river was the customers responsibility. Sorry I wasnt aware of your weird issue with river tubing tourists. Wish I had known beforehand, so we could just rent a tube downtown

This Walgreens in Steamboat Springs, is full of genuine, honest and caring staff members! I was on vacation a couple weeks ago in Steamboat, and forgot my wallet at Walgreens restroom. Would you believe that the staff members went above and beyond to find me? Within 2 days we had communicated and they shipped out my wallet! Amazing, how there are honest people! Thank you so much! Kelli the pharmacist is such a special person and she is the entire reason I started using the Walgreens pharmacy. Every single interaction with her has been extremely pleasant... You can tell that she loves her job and she treats her patients accordingly. There needs to be more health care professionals like her.

The people are great . The automated phone system as is a disaster. Not the local peoples fault but it does not surprise me that Walgreens stock price is at an all time low with these systems in place.

Ordered prints a week ago for same day pick up. They told me they were out of paper and I would be getting an email when my order was ready. Today I get that email but still no prints. First they said someone else picked up the order- then told me no, it had been deleted by the computer. The store manager did not or seem concerned for the inconvenience. I wont be returning.

My experience was excellent. I needed a prescription filled while visiting Steamboat on Labor Day. It was filled quickly and the clerk was very friendly -- I particularly appreciated that my insurance information was easily accessed from our Walgreens at home. Didnt shop for other items so cant address pricing of services however Steamboat is a resort area and I think everything costs more here. The price for beauty I guess. :-)

If your prescriptions are on back order they wont call or text with an estimated date of arrival, and dont seem to care too much that theyre unable to fill it for an undetermined amount of time. For a pharmacy team that deals with medications affecting peoples lives its not only frustrating but concerning that they dont seem to care.

Love this place! The staff here is amazing! Kelly, Nick and everyone else in the pharmacy are fantastic. They make it so pleasant and easy.

We are in Steamboat several months each year. The pharmacists at Wallgreens: Kelli and Nick are very, very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Whatever issues I have had they have gone out of the way to solve. I have had a lot of issues over the last 6 years. I Love Wallgreens.

When Im standing at the line to pay my stuff, I dont expect cashier to speak by phone, especially when Im hurry. Also, 3$ to blow each tube ? Are you seriously? 6$ for 2 tubes. Well, go to Safeway ...
