They are superior to all other collision shops. They did a great job on my car. They kept me informed on the progress of the repair. All personnel that I interacted were kind, courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend them to others.

I was extremely pleased with the staff and integrity shown on my visit today for an estimate. Eric and Hal were especially helpful, my collision angels . I had bumped a steep driveway which loosened my bumper, Eric and Hal came to the rescue they made a stressful anxiety filled potential financial burden a breeze. I had received an estimate from a competitor yesterday and was quoted 436.96 just for a loose bumper to be replaced. I was extremely glad that I chose to go to Gerber Collision because these guys really looked out for me instead of charging me all of this money to replace a bumper they recognized all I really needed for it to be popped back in place and secured. I left out willing to pay but because of their integrity and their willingness to help they wouldnt allow it. During such a trying time that we are all facing right now they are definitely not out to take advantage of people who need help and to be serviced honestly. I would recommend, if youre in need of collision repair you consider patronizing the people over at Gerber.

Gerber Collision painted my replacement rear bumper for me, and Im super impressed with the quality of their work (perfect paint match), the fast turn-around time and the professionalism of their manager, Jonathan. I highly recommend this business, you wont be disappointed.

I had to have body work done on my car and the process was very easy. They had my car repaired before the estimated completion date and i was beyond excited when they cleaned the interior as well. It looked almost brand new. The staff is very pleasant to deal with as well. I would highly recommend using them!

Best collision I’ve ever been to. Eric is who i dealt with, I give him 10 stars for going above and beyond. He was friendly, great at communicating, answered all questions/emails very promptly, gave me a time line and was on time. Gerber warranties there work for lifetime. They made receiving my enterprise rental a breeze, they also give the curtesy of driving the rental back for you. The work on the car was absolutely perfect I would highly recommend Gerber to everyone! Hope I’m not in another accident again but if I am I am coming back here.

The Team at Gerber Collision and glass did a fantastic job on my Dodge Magnum . One week after I picked up my car, I was able to find a piece of glass for my side window that was scratched and they installed it free of charge. I always get the best customer service here . Thanks again.

I was referred to Gerber by my insurance company and was beyond satisfied with the service. Not only did they take my car in right away without an appointment (I wasnt sure it was safe to drive), but they completed the work much sooner than anticipated. And, the repair job was impeccable. My car looks brand new! I obviously wasnt planning on an accident and didnt have time to take it home and clean it out so the seats were a mess when I removed my kids car seats. So embarrassing! When I picked it up today they had cleaned the inside of my car too! My husband and I were beyond impressed. Richard was absolutely amazing to work with and kept me updated throughout the entire process via phone and email. He went through the car with me and made sure I was aware of everything they needed to do. I would definitely recommend Richard and Gerber Collision to any family or friend looking for someone to repair their vehicle. Out of all the years I have been driving (38 years!! Sheesh!!) I’ve had to deal with my fair share of collision shops. Especially when the kids started driving. I have never had such a worry free, no pressure, honest experience then dealing with Gerber’s 15 mile (Sterling Heights Mi.) location. Eric Fettig made me feel quite confident in the whole process by constantly keeping me up to date on the project and willing to listen to my concerns. For now on if anybody needs a recommendation for a body shop it will be Sterling Heights Gerber and Eric Fettig.

First time at this place and I was more than satisfied. The workers are great to their customers and they did a fantastic job on my car, definitely went the extra mile. In the future if I need a collision place this is for sure the place I will be going thank you guys.

I love Gerber Collision!! Their facilities, which are all around the Detroit metro area are very clean, well-kept facilities. Ive been in numerous collision shops over the years, and Im always impressed when I walk into a Gerber Shop; this location lives up to those same high standards! Did what they needed to do in a 11 days was t-boned on passenger side but all is good.

Excellent service! Excellent customer service! Mr. Richard went over and beyond to make everything’s smooth as possible . He listed to my concerns inspected the car very thoroughly . My car was hit bad . The windshield was shattered both of my doors and the front was hit . Mr. Ritchard ensures me it will get fixed very well and told me not to worry . I left the car there, while my car was there Richard would call me and keep me updated about the repairs. The car was done sooner than it was expected. When I saw my car I was literally screaming from happiness !!!! my car looked brand new !!!!!!!! I only can say that they are wonderful. I wish I could give you guys 10 stars because you guys deserve it !!!! Gina was super nice too !!! Mr. Ritchard you go sir !!!!!!!!! Dont go to this place. They will give you one estimate and send a bill for MORE THAN DOUBLE the amount, to the insurance company. Dont expect your bill to be a little more based on what they find Gerber Collision has no shame in charging MORE THAN DOUBLE the amount. They dont care about your safety, they dont care about your time. You will know because the more they talk ( blah, blah, blah ) the more they have to hide. They are in bed with your insurance company.

Great customer service and they were honest. Took my 09 Civic in because the passenger side door would leak water when I went through a car wash, they took my information and took a look at the car and had the door adjusted and told me if I go through a carwash and it leaks to bring to back and theyd have it adjusted again a no extra cost. Very professional people that know what theyre doing.
