I have received overall great service from this place. Steve is a great guy, very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his customers. Lately Ive had an issue, though. They installed a starter in my 2008 Honda Accord last October because it seemed like the better option than paying $550 for a new Honda starter with no warranty. The starter has a 1 year warranty and quit after 8 months. Im almost 44 years old and have never in my life heard of a new starter only lasting 8 months. So when I took it back recently they replaced the starter with the same starter that failed after 8 months and charged me again the full price of labor - 2 hours at $95 an hour = $190. Unfortunately Steve was unavailable at the time I picked the car up and I was disappointed. Steve called me just a few hours after posting my original review today, asking why I only gave 3 stars and why I put blame on Car Star for the starter failing so soon. He explained to me that unfortunately so much of the auto parts we buy nowadays are made in China, where there is lack of quality control and there is no telling whether you get a good or bad part until it fails. I was already aware of this, but he made it clear that the starter I got the first time failing so soon was not the fault of Car Star. He also said that he would take care of me if this second starter fails early, which is good to know. Im thinking a decent starter should last more like 8 years, not 8 months. The original Honda starter lasted 10 years, but Steve told me that to replace the original Honda starter with another Honda starter no longer guarantees you are getting a quality part because due to the age of the vehicle, it would likely be a remanufactured one sold as new, perhaps made in China as well. The point is that Steve does his best to make his customers happy but unfortunately there are things that happen sometimes with these China made parts that are beyond his control.

I cant stress how satisfied I am with Joseph auto body. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with such kind & friendly customer service. She immediately came out and looked at my car and gave me such a reasonable estimate that I was in shock. I got estimates from other places which were an average of $500 to $800 higher. The best part is when I picked up my car it was even less than the estimate they gave me! They not only finished my car when they said they would but they called me and updated me during the time it was being fixed. This is hands down the best auto shop Ive ever been to. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family!

Hands down the best service and value in the auto body business. Their team made my “tough” situation cake. They gave me updates on everything day by day, and took my dollar further than I could imagined. Their body guys and mechanics were awesome, but I was blown away by the ladies up front. I took my 2006 Monte Carlo in after I had slid on ice and damaged the front end. They quoted me a VERY reasonable price and were more than willing to fix it after my insurance company would not. They did an AMAZING job fixing it, kept me updated on the status, helped me out with a loaner car, and when I picked it up, not only had they washed it, it was also detailed inside!!! Saif, the owner, was very friendly and helpful, the girls at the front desk were wonderful as were the guys working on the car. I would definitely recommend Josephs to anyone.

This is by far the best auto shop in town! The staff are all super friendly and know what they are doing. They go an extra mile to explain everything in details to help you understand what your car needs. The Owner, Saif, is very honest and hard working man and will figure out the best option for you to save money. The manager was awesome in updating me throughout the repair process. My family and I used only fix our cars at the dealership to ensure good service. Now, we take our cars by them because they honestly do a better job than the dealers for fraction of the cost.

I hit a snow bank and denting the side of my leased vehicle. I really didnt want to go through my insurance to make the repair. I stopped by Joesephs Auto Body and showed them the damage. They looked at the damage and gave me a very fair price. The front desk was very friendly and everyone was professional. They even gave me a rental while my vehicle was being repaired. They finished on time and did everything they said and more. When I got into my car, the inside was detailed. I was not even expecting that. My car is now ready for the lease-end inspection. These guys way passed my expectations and have earned a customer for years to come. Do not hesitate, hire these guys!

They did excellent work for me twice. The price is reasonable and they know how to repair parts which could save you money. They also fixed some small issues for free (paint scratches and a falling off rubber seal). I would recommend this place to everyone.

I am totally satisfied with carstar’s work. They were only one who suggested me the cheapest way to repair my car. I had to replace one of door of my car, every other centers gave me the solution that I had to replace the door with new one and needed to pait and also it costs a lot of money including about 20 hours od labor. But carstar gave me the way to find used door with same color with an hour of laboring. It was much much cheaper and they found the used door. even the color of door is greatly natural. If I get a new door and pait, it could be unnatural. Anyway, thank you for fixing my car perfectly.

Had a rusty door on my Volkswagen. Discussed it with Kanara (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) and we sourced out a door from another vehicle.
