I8 bed smells really bad. Aired out for 10 days and no luck. Called store they said they never heard of such a claim. O really? Try googling sleep number bed smells bad and thousands of complaints.Salesman misled my older parents telling them all the sleep number beds have night lights on the bottom of the base. This is not true! The night lights ONLY come on the adjustable bases not the regular bases. The box it sits on is probably worth twenty dollars. I am frustrated with this company. When I told the gentleman about this he said the sales person should of not told you that. I told him the salesperson was the STORE MANAGER (believe his name was Randy).I will never purchase anything from this misleading company again. Should of just got the Purple bed. Even when I called to return it the store doesnt accept returns you have to contact customer service. Red flags went off for me before we purchased this when I found out you have to pay to return their product. No other big name Purple, Sealy, etc. charge you for returning products. 0 stars if i could and never again.Please do not make the same mistake I made future customers. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL REGRET IT.UPDATE: I returned this mattress but they of course charged me 199.00 to return their own garbage. Never again. No mattress competitor charges you to return their OWN mattress except sleep number.

James was wonderful to work with. He explained the difference of all the beds and was very patient as we tested them out. He even made sure we had the pillow of our liking when we tested the beds.

Great service and information from Jim. Tough spot to be in with all the Covid restrictions but he did a great job showing us options to upgrade our older sleep number bed and pillow options.

My wife and I was out bed shopping when we decided to try out Sleep Number. The demo was great it really showed us the benefits to sleeping on one of these beds. The sales associate was very knowledgeable about the beds and the ordering process. Sleep Number is #1!

We just purchased our 2nd sleep number bed. It’s been 21 years since we got our first one and we don’t want to sleep on anything else! Bobby at the Sterling Heights, MI store was very informative and explained everything thoroughly. He was extremely friendly, not pushy and it was a great experience. Sleep number is the way to go for the best sleep while on this planet!!

Saturday Mach 13, went into Sleepnumber tried out the beds. They were relatively busy so the salesman walked away more than once as we were testing the beds. My husband wanted to walk out at that moment but because my back is in constant pain we stayed to see if The bed would work. Asked questions, recieved answers. Specifically asked about the warranty because that is always the issue with beds. asked specifically about if the bed gets a rut or starts to sag in one spot. Bobby said you call and let customer service know and they get a new one out to you. no measuring, sending pictures or proof. We asked about the pump he said no tools involved if it needs to be replaced they send it out you pop the hoses off the old one and onto the new one. We got the quote and left the store. We decided to purchase over another brand we were looking at and came in to do so on Monday 3/15 again asked about the warranty was then given the info of years of warranty on each part. Today 3/17 I heard from a friend the warranty is prorated and after year one it will cost you she had to pay over $200 for a new zipper pillow top. I called the store and no answer so I called customer service and the rep gave me all the info on costs of each part and percentages of cost covered year 2 and beyond. Bobby called back from the store and I told him Everything the rep said He asked me who i talked to at the store. It was him. He then told me Oh I absolutely told you about the warranty I always do, I tell the story of a guy who had the pump replaced after 8 years I told him he absolutely did not as I called customer service to get the information. he proceeded to tell me he absolutely did on the 1st day we were there. I tried to even help him out it was busy that day he kept walking away from us maybe he thinks he told us and he didnt. He again told me he always does and absolutely told us about it. When I said I wish I would have recieved the correct information and I will discuss with my husband and the other company actually has a better warranty. His response was ok bye do what you got to do. His entire response was rude and since he already made the sale he clearly didnt care. If we choose to stay with sleepnumber we will send everyone to a different store.

I rarely give anyone 5 stars. I HATE driving on Hall road. Sleep Number overcomes both these limitations.First, the store. Quiet and welcoming, with a sales staff that can answer any questions. No pressure at all. They will take all the time necessary to make sure you understand the product.The beds themselves, while fairly pricey, are worth every penny. Lots of people make a comfortable bed, but this is the only one you can change to suit the day. Work hard in the yard all day? Drop the pressure a bit and you sink right in, while still having full support. Back a little stiff? Raise the pressure and feel yourself relax.Add to that a great delivery crew that sets up your bed and hauls away all the packing, and you just cant do better!

I previously completed review on the Sterling Heights store, which we received excellent service which was helpful in making our selection. The problem came with the delivery. First delivery canceled, and pushed back 3 weeks. Next delivery cancelled technician sick. Next delivery bed delivered however damaged. Bed set up with date scheduled to deliver new base. Next delivery for 1week later was canceled by me after they did not keep time window and did not call until 12am and asked if they could still deliver bed at 12:30 am. Since we were in bed we said no. Next delivery date technician sick, delivery canceled. Finally we received new base today, 10/08/20, 2 months after purchase.

Randy was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the difference in the mattress models. Showed the FlexFit base and why it should be used with a Sleep Number mattress. Took the time to let my wife and I try the different mattresses to find the one that we liked.

Worst experience ever purchased our bed and had a date set and was told we had to wait an additional month because something was missing when we already had to wait a month and he also had a conformation text for delivery.... this was the absolute worst experience and customer service did not care at all personally I would have spent the money elsewhere especially for these kind of prices buyer beware

The sales person we had was very detailed and knowledgeable about their product which is sleep number beds and I was interested in an adjustable frame. I personally feel the beds are over priced but I did think number 6 and number 8 was comfortable. I spend a long time in the store testing the different numbers. Our sales person was very patient and made the experience fun. I did not make a purchase
