Great experience! Their designer came to my home to help with style and color matching. She was very helpful. My sectional arrived earlier than expected (yeah!) and it is beautiful.

Laurie at the Utica, MI store is wonderful! She has helped me select multiple pieces for my home and every time, it’s been an excellent experience from purchase to delivery. I love my Ethan Allen pieces and am definitely a customer for life!

Kathlene Kennedy is the Best!She helped me pick out my living room couch and two chairs. We worked together on the fabric as well. She asked a lot of questions on what I liked and my colors. She didnt push her ideas but guided me on what I liked and how it should flow together. She also took the time with my husband to fit him properly in the recliner he liked, as far as the depth of the chair his head and shoulder position and he Loves it!She went above and beyond on her advisement on paint colors (which I was in a loss at). Then coming out to my house and showing me fabric for reupholsteing my dinning room chairs and decorating suggestions.Everyone Loves my rooms! I couldnt have done it with out her patience and most of all her expertise. Ordered in March after the 72 he no refund period, after which we all were locked down from Covid19. They first called during lock Stay at Home wanted to deliver. First off they werent supposed to. They continued to call, and we dont want them in our home. We asked for refund, and they said no. I would not get involved with this company. All greed, no compassion. We will loose a couple grand, and I will see if I can cost them 10 times that in lost revenue... Buyer beware

I received great service from Barb at the Lakeside store in Sterling Heights, MI, she was super helpful when making my selection of furniture and when two of my chairs had small imperfections upon delivery she and the Ethan Allen team quickly sent out a gentleman to touch them up to my satisfaction, no questions asked. Chairs are excellent quality and have timeless style. Thanks, Barb and Ethan Allen!

Have a simple repair problem. Had to call twice before I received a call back. Then I had to wait another 3 days for the repair guy to call. It’s a simple replacement hinge, I could screw it in myself if I had it. Now I’m on vacation so it’s still not fixed.

I ordered furniture from Barb in July with the contract stating an 8-12 week production time. After 14 weeks I was told my furniture was delayed until the end of December (another 8 weeks) 10 weeks after my original date. I spoke with Lori the supervisor who assured me sometimes these things happen and its all gonna be okay and she offered me $300. I declined. I requested my furniture to be expedited or a larger discount or different chairs with the same fabric. My suggestions were declined. I requested to cancel my order. Lori told me cancelling was not possible and wished me good luck with that. She was rude and unprofessional. Do not shop at Ethan Allen, they have horrible business practices and even worse employees.

Amazing furniture (though definitely pricey) and very helpful, attentive staff. I really enjoyed the software they had to help visualize custom options on their furniture
