Although you cannot buy direct from this location the company the staff at this location are great to deal with. We purchased 435sqft of tile made by daltile through Nu-Way the tile had a manufacturing defect discovered the day it was to be installed. Nu-Way contacted Daltile about the issue. Zach at Daltile contacted me regarding the problem and he took ownership of the issue from beginning to end. Zach arranged for a courier to swap the tile for a good batch of material. He even replaced a bag of mastic that had been wasted when the defective tile could be laid. That is definition of customer service take control of the problem and resolve the problem beginning to end.
