General Shale was great. Ryan and Jerry went above and beyond to help me when I inquired about a certain brick color I saw on a house. They got me an answer within the hour. Personalized service like that is really hard to come by these days and I can’t wait to use General Shale for the brick on my house. Great!

Delivery went good. Unloaded pretty quick. Place isnt large but plenty of room to unload. They use an outside portable dock ramp. The guys who unloaded me were polite and professional.
