Thank you Derek Biernacki (Asst. Store Manager)for helping me with returned item that I purchased online without a receipt(also cant find an email yet). I was only able to show the cashier an order number from my screen shot that ordered on July 25th. The cashier wasnt able to give me refund to my credit card. She was about to give me a store credit that I didnt want it. She said because I didnt have a receipt!! I also tried to find a confirmed email from Office depot from my cell. I cant believe Office Depot doesnt has easy return policy even she checked my ID & checked the order number. It should have enough to prove it or show on her screen. She said didnt show on her system. Not everyone need a store credit & purchased just 14 day! She called a store manager.. DEREK came and did checked from my phone number and print out my ordered then was able to give me full refund.Thank you again Derek to making the return easy and simply as many stores.

Probably the worst Office Depot that operates. Never have print pick up orders, systems never work, auto emails are never received. Will not be taking my business here again .

Lady employee in copy section today was rude as hell . wasnt helpful at all . She never warned us about the fax machine would take hours to send through to get the confirmation sheet Untill after we asked her about why we kept getting busy no response from the place we were trying to fax over to .She walked over to the fax machine and ordered.my mother to move out her way so she can look at the machine . No manners at all. And had the ordasity to say to my mother WELL IF MY MOM EVER PAYED ATTENTION TO THE NEWS THEN SHE WOULD KNOW WHAT THE ISSUE IS WITH THE FAX MACHIENES . Will never come here again .

I wont ever come back to Office Depot. I did 10 laps around the store before finding someone to help. The girl who approached me had no idea what I was looking for. Better of going to Best Buy even if you do end up paying more.

I understand the need to want to be helpful BUT the staff hounded me the entire time I was in store. I knew what I was looking for and where to find it, yet I was followed and asked multiple times if I needed help. I was even interrupted while on the phone. If a customer states they know what they are looking for and where to look, leave them alone.

I wont ever come back to Office Depot. I have been going there for 6 years for my business needs Bryan and another 2 girls they used to help me to print stuff for my business. All 3 of them are gone. They have new people. There is a girl working there she had no idea what she was doing. She’s so rude. I was the only one standing there and all I needed it just 1 paper from her to print for me she told me I have to wait because she want to check if someone else email them before me. Every time I go there she act like she’s so busy and she takes forever to help me. She never smile it doesn’t matter how nice you are. I told her from now on I’ll be going elsewhere. She said ok whatever!

Needed a monitor cable, looked around the store, asked the greeter where they might be, he explained that all of their cables are in aisle g and pointed to the door. Aisle g must be outside so I just left. The atmosphere felt like a funeral home with office furniture.

I wasted half an hour here for them to tell me I couldnt print my engineering print for the stated $4 price because it wasnt a floorplan. I wasnt trying to print a photograph- just an engineering print with only lines. However they said they would have to charge me $25 not $4. This is a ridiculous policy and I wont be shopping here again. Dont waste your time here.
