I scheduled an appointment for COVID-19 rapid testing my appointment was 10:10 in the morning I left their 10:25 am and they haven’t even taken the appointment before me yet!! their excuse was they open at 10 o’clock and they didn’t have the paperwork ready?! if you open at 10 that mean you have to be there early to prep everything to be on time for scheduled appointments! 1they made me late to work 2 I didn’t get the testing done for my work 3 I didn’t have time to find somewhere else I highly don’t recommend it if you want to be on time for anything.

Love how clean, and tidy this location is. Shelves are always organized, and stocked up. The pharmacy never disappoints, and they are always helpful. Recently came in to pick up my prescription, and was helped by a young lady named Marissa. Very sweet like sugar, and awesome service.

Terrible customer service on 2/4/2021 at 4:45pm. Waiting for the cashier, after a few minutes the gentleman walks up and refers all customers to the self checkout before asking to assist. If he had asked, I would have told him I need a money order. I left the store without responding to the self checkout comment. It’s ok to teach customers but some of us are smart enough to know a self checkout cannot print money orders. First and last trip. Thanks

I was there just today about 15 minutes ago at the drive through for picking up my prescription. Been a customer over three years. While I was there I asked if they are able to grab me calamine lotion with my prescription. The pharmacist simply refused and said I have to come inside to get only medical thing I asked for. That was upsetting for me.

Im a CVS shopper. Nobody wants to be harassed for their debit card information at an overpriced quick stop pharmacy. By the time we get to the front to check out, we are rolling our eyes at the ridiculous prices. The free online delivery is b.s. and the 20% off on ONLY cvs brands, that cant be on sale to use the percent off . 20% off is usually just $2..ugh. That $10 would go unused if they cant get out to use it. Honestly, unless you catch something on sale the $10 is pointless. The cashiers shouldnt have to promote the Carepass at all. People like to buy/eat/join with a visual image, asking them at checkout isnt the best option.

Wife had a major surgery & they couldn’t fill her pain meds because they don’t know how to do their job sadly

Ive never had a problem with this CVS before, until today. I was on hold for 23 minutes, before I talked to a SINGLE PERSON. I needed ONE thing taken care of, and it took the person, who finally answered the phone, less then a minute to do what I needed done. I understand places get busy, but to not pick up the phone and let the person on hold know its going to be a few, is absolutely ridiculous...

Hands down worst cvs I’ve ever been to. The lady manager has a horrible condescending tone towards guests and the rest of the staff and the pharmacists are even worse. They denied my step daughter her diabetic needles causing us to have to spend the night In The hospital because her insulin levels dropped!

Hands down the worst experience with a pharmacy. Disrespectful, and talks down to you. One of the women working in the pharmacy actually yelled at me for sitting in the drive thru when I had just finished getting her the phone number she needed to do HER job. Then got upset and closed the window. No professionalism. Will not be back.

I love the CVS on hall and hayes road in Sterling Heights.... Dale is so friendly everytime I go in there... love this store

My favorite CVS. I drive past another one to come here. 24 hours. Every employee Ive delt with is friendly. Terry the pharmacist (I think thats her name. Tall. Blonde) is always a joy, whereas most pharmacists at at other places are not.
