Design consultation went well. Showroom has the cabinets, handles, countertops on display so it is nice to see before purchasing. Price seemed fair relative to 2 other quotes I got. I just wish things got done with better communication. Happy with the service overall though.

We shopped around and made our way into Kitchen & Baths By Majestic and are so happy we did. Ladonna was very knowledgeable and professional. We had a layout from another company and Don noticed some things and made changes to create a beautiful kitchen for us. Jim is truly talented, we had him do a few things around our house and are now ready to move forward with our bathrooms. This is a great team to work with, I highly recommend them. We are very excited about the next phase of remodeling.

I highly recommend Kitchen & Baths by Majestic. From the very beginning of our kitchen design to the final installation of our new cabinets, the staff was very professional and delivered on time as promised. We look forward to working with them in the future.

Wonderful experience! I went out a couple other places leaving more confused then ever before. Within one day they had a beautiful design together for me. Within 30 minutes meeting they helped me pick everything. The cabinets, countertops his workers were wonderful. Cant be the price. Very fair

This experience started out great. The pricing was great which was very attractive but it wasnt cheap and ended up costing more and more. The company ordered cabinets that stopped short of my wall and soffit by 6inches so instead 24inch cabinets I wanted 30 inch cabinets because I thought that was what I was getting originally. Seeing as though I had 30 inch cabinets there when they came to measure. No...so i had to pay an additional $300 and they wouldnt accept the 24 inch cabinets back even though they were still in the packaging as if I was the one that told them to order 24inch cabinets. Then the ordered took 2 weeks longer than promised. The cabinets were supposed to include glass in 2 butlers cabinets as it reads on the invoice...NO Glass upon arrival, the owner did take them to have glass put in them in all fairness but yet another inconvenience. Now with the final product 4weeks later I have cracks in two cabinets. Very unhappy!!! What was supposed to be a great experience has been awful.

My experienc was really really good . Very nice one stop shop showroom. They guided me with design and colors. Very personal They were helpful in keeping the cost down. My kitchen is beautiful
