Pete, a service manager, came out today and did a wonderful follow up job on our quartz counter tops. Pete was on time, polite, and very knowledgeable on our counter tops.

Building a custom home of character is hard.If said home is your dream home... its harder.You must have patience, because crazy things happen. Thats something I prepared myself for and when it came to the island countertop we dipped into our patience reserves.It was a challenging job, because most tops arent expected to do a mirroring effect of a pattern. Most stone countertops dont even have a character pattern, but the stone my wife found did... and Tile & Stone Works took on the challenge.T&SW have been developing a capability to digitize a customers stone (that has a pattern/character) and then use software to make a layout for your countertop, table top, or wall tile. The software takes your designed layout and then programs a CNC saw to properly cut the pieces so that the butt joints line up for a beautiful effect. Our island top required this type of technology in order to align the joint so that the mirroring effect was near perfect. It is too difficult for a person to lay this out in their mind and manually cut it.It took a couple attempts to get it right, but T&SW did just that.We kept patient, because we wanted this dream countertop to compliment our dream house, but making things right is not something technology can do by itself. In the end it requires actual people with as much character as the stone itself to make things right.I would very much like to thank Joe, Mike, Ryan, Michaela, Rob, and Hanna for having the character (integrity, persistence, attitude) to own up to the early challenges and finish the product they originally promised. Challenging jobs require people you trust and I would work with them again based on my experience with their crew.Its gorgeous!

Great experience start to finish. Everyone we dealt with from Hana to Whitney to the guys who installed (Sam and another gentleman) did a phenomenal job. I can’t believe how accurate the measurements were and what an amazing installation. We did not have a huge commercial kitchen but still they treated us like we were a top priority. I am thrilled with the end result and would go here for any work we needed done! Just beautiful!!!

We are super happy with our choice of granite. The installers & measure guys were quick & did a great job. Had some issues, which Dave & Joe were amazing to fix & in a very quick time frame. I give Dave & Joe 5 stars!

Joe P. got in touch with me and was sincerely apologetic for what we had experienced and handled everything within 10 minutes after speaking with him. He made good on the promise I was given which shows great integrity on his part to ensure his clients are not displeased.

You would think with a smaller sized store and a desk right in the center when you walk in, that someone might greet you or make eye contact when you enter, but no. Any one of the 6 or so employees could have even given me a nod at any point in the several minutes I was in the store, but instead I was completely ignored. Perhaps it was because the receptionist was so busy loudly BERATING someone on the other end of the phone. If you are going to talk like that to someone, maybe do it behind a closed door. Or better yet, get a different job, or take the day off. I had such a bad taste in my mouth from my brief experience that I wouldnt care of their prices were half as much as anybody elses, I will never do business with this store.  Thankfully there is another tile place next door with employees who seem to want to sell tile and either like people or do a great job faking it.

I stopped in to browse for tile and had an excellent experience. Whitney was very friendly, professional and helpful.

The workers worked with us since we had older cabinets they did such amazing job I would have the come again in the Near future to do our countertops

We had our countertops redone and we are absolutely in love with them. Our sales rep (I apologize for forgetting his name) was super nice and the work is gorgeous. Totally brought a brand new look to what was (formerly) our outdated kitchen!

I signed a contract with Tile & Stone Works and paid in full. When the installers arrived they told me some of the granite pieces have been damaged (cracked). I call the Tile Stone Works try to get their help with respect to know when they will be able to come back to finish what they left off. Finally I able to talk to my salesperson, Sean Blair. He told me that Hana is the one that I need to contact then went on and told me “ DO NOT CALL HERE, WE WILL CALL YOU!!!” Is this how Tile & Stone Works treat customers? If I know what I know now I would not move forward with it and I would not recommend Sean with other people that I know.

Countertops are beautiful. But there were a couple issues.They did not read the drawings from the cabinet makers and luckily we caught the smaller overhang before they made them wrong. Its ok because people make mistakes but Id expect more especially when a drawing was provided.Secondly, they chose to cut the hole for the cooktop while at the house which is not unheard of. But they took out drawers and left them laying on the ground, and did not clean up any of the dust besides what was on top of the counter top.My wife has spent 3-4 hours so far cleaning out the one cabinet trying to get all the dust out of the drawer guides so that they dont bind up from all the debris that fell into them. Very unprofessional in my opinion especially because they came out to get measurements and could have cut the pieces prior to installing so we didnt have this issue.Id expect more from a place that knows dust is made when they cut countertops in a customers home and would think the installers would clean up after themselves. This was after they said how nice the cabinets were, so they trashed them.I do not recommend this place for countertops

Nothing but great service and customer care from Branden Davidson! His attention to detail and more so what we as customers want, is bar none... these purchases can be very nerve wracking and expensive, but working with Branden made the process smooth and exciting! Branden Davidson came HIGHLY recommended from a friend of mine. And I can see why! He was very professional and knew everything about ALL of the products! Im not very good at design, so he helped me out with that. He definitely has an eye for design too! He will be recommended by me!

I remodeled my kitchen with Branden last year. Everything ran smoothly and looks amazing. Branden was extremely helpful and really knows his stuff! I highly recommend him to all of my friends!

We received countertops. I gave this rating a 2 because the man I believe his name was Brian was really nice. However, they did not really clean up after themselves...which was okay I wanted to clean up after the countertops were installed. Why the rating is so low is because there were no masks worn in my home, there was not even a mask in either one of the workers hands. I have a little one in my home and there was no regard to PPE at all. I’m hoping in the future more precautions can be taken in regards keeping everyone safe with wearing a mask.

I came to Tile and Stone works for cutting and finishing a slab of granite for my bathroom. I specifically asked them if they will cut the material with a CNC machine to make sure the cut will be perfect. They told me it will be cut with their CNC machine, and it should be ready within the week. I never received any calls or anything a week after I went there, so I called them and they said it will take another week. When I went to pickup the material and it was extremely poorly hand cut. Terrible customer service and overall a bad experience.

Received a quote from them, and called several times for a month to give my down payment and was told the salesman would call me. Never did. Called again and spoke to someone else who gave me a quote about 1K over what I was quoted. Told me that my original quote was priced with a sale that ended months ago and didn’t know why he told me that, even though the original salesman told us it started “Tomorrow”. Also said they couldn’t find us in the system so I sent a picture of the quote we received.Said he promised to see what he could do for me after he spoke with owners about my largely “misquoted” quartz and would call me the next day either way. Seemed to have cared.Four days later, nothing. Terrible customer service. A month wasted on my new kitchen project here.

The worse company ever! Pay more and look for something else. 2 months and we still waiting for them to come and install the 48” Corner top for our bathroom cabinet. And this supposed to be 2 to 3 weeks. It took them for weeks to come and measure and now 7 weeks and still no words! 😳😒

We purchased a granite countertop at this place, paid in full for it. They told us that it would take up to 2 weeks after they come out for measurements. Left alone that it took them more than a week from the purchased date to come out for templates. 8 days after they came out for templates, they called us and said the slap we picked was too small. We came back and picked new slap and they now said they wont be ready until Nov. 30. So literally, with less than 25 SQ project, they will take more than 40 days to complete. I will not recommend this place to anyone for their projects.

Everything was going well until installation. I was extremely unhappy with how it looked. BUT, they made it right and fast. Joe P came out and really went to bat for us. This company stands behind their work 100%. Joe should be the face of this company. He was hands down the best!

I just ordered a granite countertop from this company. We did run into a couple of problems along the way but once we brought it to the companies attention the manager of the store worked quickly to resolve the problems. Weve used Tile & Stone Works in the past with absolutely no issues. Problems can arise from any project and whats important to me is how a company works to resolve the issues.

Brandin is a great salesman to work with. Very informative and helpful. Highly recommend Tile and Stone.

The only smooth part of our kitchen renovation, a pleasure to work with Tile & Stone from the sales staff, to planning with Christie, to installation with Greg and Sergei. Everyone is professional, friendly, and leverages their experience to the customers benefit. Outstanding!

We had our kitchen granite installed by about 1.5 years ago. Over the weekend I noticed a few chips. I called to inquire if these can be repaired. Pete came out the next morning and did a fabulous job repairing them. Super happy!

Our quartz was installed today. Six total pieces and we are thrilled. We were treated great at their office/warehouse and the guys doing the installation (Gary & Sam) were fantastic. Thanks, guys. It looks great.

We had our granite installed about 5 months ago. We had several service calls with some issues with it. I want to give a huge shout out to Pete. Each time he came to our home he was professional, friendly and really cared about his work and making us feel happy and satisfied with the results. He is very patient and sometimes spent several hours at our home to make sure the repairs were done right. He also said if anything comes up again, to just give him a call. Now that’s what we call a dedicated professional. 😊👍🏻

Good selection, good prices, terrible service. If you enjoy working on someone elses schedule all the time - go to Tile and Stone Works. Once someone helps you, NO ONE else will talk to you. You end up chasing your sales person between the two locations, and getting no progress when they are not working. Even simple questions (is something in stock?) will not be answered without having to track down your specific sales person. Terrible service model. Not sure if it is commission but if so they should split the commission and provide better service!

This place is amazing and they have a great selection!! I worked with Kristen Fantin and she was extremely patient, easy to work with, and has a wonderful eye for design. She helped us pick out tile for our 2 bathrooms and two granite slabs for sinks. Everything looks amazing and was reasonably priced. We had been to other tile shops, but this one was by far the best! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. We will be back for our granite countertops and backsplash in our kitchen.

BUYER BEWARE!I had a AWFUL experience dealing with this company. THEY MAY GIVE YOU A GREAT QUOTE, DONT BELIEVE THEM! THEY NEARLY DOUBLED MY ORIGINAL QUOTE PRICE ONCE MY KITCHEN WAS DEMOLISHED. I got a quote from Tile and Stone works to install quartz countertops. Their quote was reasonable therefore, I decided to place a down payment. I then began demolition on my current kitchen to prep for measure. I NOW HAVE NO COUTERTOPS OR KITCHEN SINK. After having MULTIPLE SCHEDULING ISSUES with no one from the store knowing when I was suppose to have some come out and measure even though I scheduled this weeks prior. After they came out to template I get a call informing me that they quoted me incorrectly. The new price to install my countertop is going to be NEARLY $2000 MORE THAN ORIGINALLY QUOTED! While they did give me a full refund, I now have a half demolished kitchen and have to start from square one with another company causing me to live with a non functioning kitchen for weeks. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Purchased 3 countertops which were flawlessly turned around in a week. Backsplash tile was special order and took another week but looks great. Great prices!

I went through Lowes with Quartz Counter top installation with this company. I am happy with selection and the Quotes from Lowes. But i was not happy with the installation from Tile and Stone works on the initial installation. There was lot of gaps on either ends between the wall and counter top and gaps on the back-splash. So I had to call the Lowes escalation team to fix the problem. After a week they came and fixed all the problems and a Manager showed up onsite and verified the work. I am satisfied with the work done on the second time which they could have done at the first time.

Bad install bad customer service nothing is within guidlines. Everything is outta square SNEAKY INSTALLERS . Top has not been polished AND Looks horrible. TRYING TO GET THEM back to fix it is Mute. NO SATIFACTION Once they install it IT IS YOURS . AND THEIR WARRENTY IS A JOKE! Totally disgusted in this company they promise you TO trust in them. Like the last person said . KEEP DRIVING ...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Rude, rude, rude customer service. Specifically a manager/customer service person by the name of Christy. I needed to have countertops installed and tried to carefully plan out the timing so as not to have too much downtime between having a vanity installed and countertops measured/installed. I had two weeks to finish the project before my in laws came to town and if not finished would result in everyone in the house sharing one bathroom. I had called several times and they kept telling me it would be 1-2 days for someone to take measurements. I called as soon as cabinets were installed, No one called back.... I called 3 times and finally someone called at the end of the day (basically wasting a potential day of getting measurements) and said they wouldnt have anyone to measure until the end of the week. I told them I really needed a rush on the measurements as I have no running water in my bathroom and have guests coming in from out of town. Christie (or Kristie) was cold, not willing to work with me with getting someone out sooner and when things escalated she basically said she doesnt need my business. I purchased the countertops through Home Depot and they were already paid for. Unfortunately, Home Depot has made a big mistake with hiring this awful business who could care less about their customers. Everything is on their time table and whatever suits them. As a medical professional who caters to customer and patient satisfaction, I find this business practice utterly repulsive. Give your money to good people who care about you and your business. Tile and Stone is not that business.

If you want to be without your kitchen for weeks go here. Could only install 1/2 of job since overhang was towards my sink which obviously was incorrect. Was told had to wait another 2 weeks for another piece to be cut. With out sink, dishwasher for another 10 days. Finally got installed 2 days before Christmas. Was escalated to a lady named Hanna who would never call back when promised so had to call back regularly to find out when my countertops were going to be installed. If you want poor customer service and an attitude that they will get to you when they can then shop here. Like my countertops once finally installed but could have gone without problems and headache if I went elsewhere... STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE

Neither of the sales people showed up for our meeting at their office and the crew to measure was untimely as well. There are several other shops in their neighborhood, I would go elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. Our granite left stains immediately, was not properly sealed, and I took a day off work for them to (finally) come see it and they never showed up. Very rude on the phone.

Went in to get tile, was told its in stock. Went back next day and was told nope never in stock have to order. So then takes two weeks to get in. Call later for another order, told yes we stock that, make the drive, nope they dont stock have to order it, said will be in in two weeks, pay for order, two weeks later go to pick up and its not there, said they forgot to order it and can not put a rush on it, so another two weeks waiting. If you need tile go someplace else, they have no organization or ability to actually do anything contractors need from a tile store.

Rude employees. Walked in, wasnt greeted, was there for 10 minutes and not once was I asked if I needed help or spoken to so I left.
