This is the best for hot pot soups. Staff is very attentive. I ordered the A3 and hubby ordered the A11. Both were so delicious. The A3 is pretty good with bone broth and beef brisket. The winner was definitely my hubbys A11, hot and sour soup with beef brisket. We also ordered the pepper salt fish fillet and tea eggs. The food portions were just right. We cant wait to come back and try more.

Amazing, AUTHENTIC food! Saw an ad of this place in the Chinese paper and tried it out. I ordered one dish to go, and ate one at the restaurant. The experience of dining in is definitely something you have try at least once as its totally different than getting carry out. My experience (and the amazing food) was reminiscent of China. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The interior is clean and theres a refreshing atmosphere. I highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed dining here! The concept is very cool, first they bring you a large tray of everything you could want in your noodle soup, then they bring a huge heated ceramic bowl of boiling broth to your table. You then add the noodles and all of the ingredients you like and your rice noodles and goodies are cooked in Ten Seconds right in front of you. This impressive presentation makes dining here an experience. We also very much enjoyed the bubble tea and fried chicken appetizer. Definitely worth a visit!

Quite similar to noodles we had in Yu Nan China. Spicy one is better. Stewed beef is really good

Delicious! Two dishes that we ordered were very tasty, we got the A3 signature Beef brisket Noodle and Rice Noodle with Thinly Beef Slice and Kimchi. Two different taste A3 was very rich in flavor but not too powerful. Its very hearty and perfect for cold weather. I think Im addicted! I would recommend a3 for first timers, and if you like sour broth get the kimchi the beef brisket is so delicious. And it came out so quickly! I love that they let us put the ingredients in ourselves and it comes out in a cool hot stone bowl with boiling broth. Its a very reasonable price as well. Very cute spot for a date night or lunch. When we came in there were any music, but then after I heard music come on it wasnt American music it was Chinese and I loved it even more. My new favorite spot.

Restaurant is pretty clean. The food is delicious. The choices of soup for rice noodle can be original, mild or spicy. My only complaint is that there isn’t napkins handy around table. I sweat a lot when I drink the spicy soup.

My take out order was prepared very quick and they have the 2 layer of packaging to separate the soup and the rice noodle.

Good service and they take care on the preparation of the food. I just didnt really like the taste of it. Nothing wrong with the food or service its just not my style. My wife wanted to try it a couple of times, weve tasted 3 or 4 different dishes and decided its not for us.

Ordered takeout twice. Once was pretty good and made me want to go do in person dining with them after more people get their shots. The second time made me feel a lot more iffy. This would really be like 2.5 stars if I could, especially because I feel like their whole thing is more predicated on receiving all the items separately and putting them in the pipping hot broth, which is not exactly what happens with delivery.

This place is a new gem in town. It has a delicious taste and delicate preparation. I recommend the beef and tomato with extra beef. Its by far one of the best places for a rice noodle 🍜dish in town.

Highly recommend. Its a great experience and the food is incredible. The workers are incredibly helpful and polite. The Spicey Sichuan Rice Noodle Hot Pot is my go to. Love the broth and the ability to add your ingredients as you like. Ive had the Brisket and the thinly sliced beef. While the brisket is unique and has a wonderful flavor, I think the thinly sliced beef is the winner. If youre looking to try something new and enjoy authentic Asian cuisine, youre going to leave with a smile. Check em out.

Went in today first time for carry out, will definitely be coming back!!! Their sizes are big enough for two people so dont let the price throw you off. I had the hot and sour soup with thin sliced beef. Its a good spicy if thats what you like. Made me feel like I was more than just eating .99¢ noodles. Give them a try!

Due to the restriction from COVID-19, I took takeout. The food quality is very good. They have proprietary container which separates noodles from the soup. The soup section looks watertight as well.My family ordered the signature noodle soup and Szechuan spicy noodle. Both soups have some slice meat already, therefore there is less need to order ones with sliced meet.The Szechuan spicy noodle soup has distinct Chinese spice, which I like. In the contrary, the signature noodle soup more plain.

Ive used DoorDash to order from here a few times now, and Ive always really enjoyed the noodle soups I get. So delicious, and I get them with an extra side of rice noodles since theres so much broth.As another reviewer mentioned, it comes in a container that keeps the rice noodles separate from the soup itself to prevent sogginess, which is great! I was confused at first, but the side dishes actually come in the soup itself, so keep that in mind while ordering (I have to get mine without corn due to allergy).Overall, I will keep ordering from here in the future and I recommend you try it. I get the Hot and Sour Soup broth, but I really want to try the Szechuan broth next time!

Very little portion for both meat and noodles. Dont be tricked by other fake reviews as youll be so disappointed if you are hoping to be satisfied. Pricy compare with other Asian style restaurant around that area. I would rather go to any of the pho place to get a better meal.

Ordered to-go from here and was really happy with the food and experience. The to-go containers are packaged so the noodles are separate from the hot broth so they dont overcook. We tried the chicken soup and pickled mustard soup and really enjoyed the taste and spiciness of both dishes.
