Isaac, his wife & Fadi did an amazing job on my ring & my fiances ring! I told them I wanted a VERY thin band, and they delivered! Isaac said it was the thinnest ring he has made in 17 years! They also had me write a message to my fiance, and they engraved Bretts ring with my handwriting! Things have been intense for these guys while they shift stores, and they have busted their butts to deliver quality jewelry. During the process, my grandpa had passed. I was upset he wouldnt see me get married. Isaac saw how upset I was, and cleaned my grandmas ring for me. That kind gesture meant everything to me. Be patient & kind to these guys! They have hearts of gold!

All the great reviews are true. Fantastic service and the rings they repaired look better than when I bought them over 16 years ago. One of the rings was my mother-in-law’s wedding band and an antique according to Issac. It also looks better than new! There was more work than initially estimated and they were more than fair on the cost to repair. I will be recommending them to everyone I know and going there for all of my future jewelry needs.

He was informative, patient, generous and addictive to listen to! I hired him on the spot and he didn’t charge me anything until we picked the diamond. He sourced the best diamond within my budget. We then began the custom making of the ring and it was an amazing process. He showed me a render, a wax model, then made it. The entire time he had great communication with me and even has a private line strictly for his custom clients where he keeps you up to speed on your project! Where do I start, this whole experience has been nothing but exceptional throughout its entirety. Isaac and Fadi both really outdid themselves on this ring. From the start Isaac sat down with my then girlfriend and I for over 45 minutes going over pictures, diamonds, anything and everything that had to do with what she wanted in a ring he found out! Afterwards Isaac and I personally had a phone call to discuss budget, and what is great about Solari & Co. is that they truly design you a custom piece that works within whatever budget you have! Even then Isaac and Fadi still found ways to upgrade our ring during the design process at no extra cost to us! They truly had our best interest in mind throughout this whole process, which cannot be said for many in their industry. We ordered our ring during a time that was less than ideal for Solari and Co., the midst of a pandemic. Even with government mandated shutdowns, mid project upgrades, and an extremely intricate design, Isaac, Fadi and the Solari and Co. team came through with the most beautiful ring that even I couldn’t have dreamed of! My husband (boyfriend at the time) and I did a lot of shopping around for engagement rings, but we couldnt find what I wanted. I had a pretty specific vision, but it was very simple so I was surprised that we couldnt find anything similar. He found Solari through a friend (I had no idea anything was happening, and I was completely surprised by the proposal), and the ring is honestly perfect. It is EXACTLY what I wanted, and I love it. Finding out after the proposal that my husband (fiancé at the time!) worked with Isaac throughout the whole process made the ring and proposal even more special. Issac and Fadi are some pretty knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming fellas. Their store is beautifully laid out and have some gorgeous pieces to sell that were custom made. I bought my wife her diamond and setting from there back in June of this year. I came in with specifics that I was looking for and they were able to render a ring just like I envisioned it to be. I was so pleased by the price and final product I went back a week before I was proposing to purchase the infinity band as well a gold band. My wife was in awe when she laid eyes on this piece. Went to Detroit Watch repair shop to have a battery replacement for our wrist watches but come to find out that the store has relocated. Called the store and was able to speak with Isaac. Isaac willingly said that he can assist us and directed us to their store in Shelby. Went to their new store and was so humbled when we found out that they’re actually a Fine Jewelry store, and we just want new batteries for our wrist watches. Isaac was busy, so it was Fadi who assisted us. Fadi was so helpful, friendly, and gave us all his attention. He gave us a very generous discount for taking time to drive to their new location.
