Cleanest DQ I have ever been in. Everything was meticulously cleaned and organized. Looks like they have good management, good workers, or maybe both. Cashier that we had was quite friendly, and the food was made well and quick. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Ordered a birthday cake online through this location and the next day they called to let me know the exact image I selected wasnt available, but a very similar one was. When I went to get the cake it was ready and looked great. Better than what the online preview looked like. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and helpful- both on the phone and in person. The cake was great, well definitely use this location again.

I would rate it a zero if I could. Very unprofessional and Customer Service is HORRIBlE. The younger gentleman today was VERY disrespectful and unprofessional. They served me a melted blizzard that was super soft and went back and forth with me how I was wrong...Are you serious?! Stop serving whip cream instead of ice cream being cheap. Not worth it at all. Run!

Ordered an Oreo chair with extra Oreo and no whipped. Got milk with a hint of Oreo. Lady took 15 minutes to put the order in and the overcharged me because she didnt know what to press. Do not recommend this place. Just drive the extra mile to another one.

From allowing customers to enter, order, and to stand there and talk with the owner without masks on... to the poorly mixed blizzards (toppings and flavor were only on top, not mixed throughout) we ordered. This location has gone downhill.

I bought an ice cream cake for my daughters birthday. They decorated it beautifully, and even gave me candles! I would definitely go back!

Absolute worst location you could ever go to. Please don’t waste your time, they always get my order wrong. The owner of this location is very cheap and he only hires children that are in maybe middle school or high school. I always see the workers on their cell phones and touching things; while they’re preparing your order. This location is highly unsanitary.

This Dairy Queen always has the absolute WORST customer service. Ive given them 3 chances on three different occasions to provide better service and it seems to go down hill each time. I will not be spending any more money here, what good is having a nice treat when you walk out feeling disrespected? No thank you, good bye and good riddance.

Rude Service beware!They do not serve customers in the order you come in. I have come in on several occasions and this last time it happened again so I decided to let them know. Six families were served before our order was completed. When telling them the girl stated that she was new and we had a large order. Five items very well may be a lot to her but the Six families before us having 3 to 6 items each were served before she was finished. What made it even worst, she got an attitude and shook her head when I was speaking. She even forgot to give me one of the items. The owner stuck up for her but did apologize but it was too late for me and an apology was not going to cut it for her terrible service. Also my berry smooth tasted more like vanilla ice cream. Beautiful evening, all other DQs in the area are open till 10pm or later this one says its open till 10pm, however, we just pulled up at 9pm and the place is closed up.

This restaurant is clean, cheerful, efficient, and tasty. Its everything you want a DQ to be.

The online menu says they have burgers and other food. I drove out of my way to go get burgers and blizzards form my family and was extremely ticked off. FIX YOUR MENU ON LINE! Also the cup sizes seem smaller that the regular DQ we go to. When I asked the employee that was taking my order if they had burgers he took a long pause and they said umm I dont think so. I will NEVER return to this DQ location.

Fire Everyone Who Works There! The inside was empty, it still took 20 minutes to get 3 cars through the drive thru. The 2 cars before me had very small orders. I get my order for a large blizzard and a large frosty and they came in 2 different sizes and the fruit in the blizzard isnt even mixed ! Last time Ill come here.

This place refused to honor the free ice cream for the national ice cream day. Disappointed, we have been going there for a long time...No more
