Broke my phone,Came in and ask if they fixed phones.Received a rant on how they Only sell new phones and there is No tech in the building that fixes phones. Said I was very sorry to bother and left, went to Verizon and bought a new phone. Very Rude ppl
You have 4 assoc. And only 3 working one gets done with a customer then quickly runs in the back instead of taking another customer hard work I guess

Went on a Wednesday received assistance quickly. I appreciate the older techs to assist us older people. Very helpful....
The staff is great but, its never taking me under an hour. I have waited an hour to be helped. I have went at different times in different days. If they could just have more staff. There is always stations empty where staff could be helping people.

Sometimes the wait is a bit long but when you need assistance and have questions to resolve you are treated with all the attention and patience you require... When its your turn. Staff is really good at handling everything.
