I was able to WALK IN, unlike a previous experience in Denver. I had several issues including the addition of multiple devices to my account. The staff was very friendly, professional and patient with the fact that I couldnt remember my own passwords.

There were 2 employees in the store, & it was busy as all get out & Mari was still training the other. She was multi tasking like crazy taking care of 2 customers at a time & training & giving everyone full attention 😃 no one left, no one was unsatisfied or impatient. People needed phones fixed some were buying like me, all which took time, thank goodness the traine was a good help. Mari had pride &courtesy for her customers & job. Mari you are the best, they better appreciate your talent, we do. GREAT WORK. LAURIE

It was somewhat busy in the store when I arrived but I was still warmly greeted. When it was my turn the woman who first helped me knew exactly how to fix my phone. It was great. Then a second person helped me purchase a charger box. She was very pleasant and nice to work with.

Never answers their phones. Be prepared to wait three hours only to find out the chat bot on the app can help you quicker. Chat bot told me an item was returned but my money was never refunded even after leaving item with the sales associate. I payed $40 to set up a jet pack mobile hot spot and got told it had unlimited data. I went home set it up and it said nothing about data limits but apparently unlimited meant 30 gb of 5G then they dropped my speeds to where the internet was useless. I was not made aware at time of purchase that unlimited was not truest unlimited and when I went in I wasn’t even greeted I waiting two hours the first time to get it and about two and a half trying to return it. This place doesn’t respect it’s posted business hours either I was just overall dissatisfied with the entire experience at this store.

Had my 2 year old with me and the associates were totally patient and understanding. Definitely went above and beyond to keep him happy.

Heather was great to work with. Ive been a Verizon customer for 15 years now, and have no plans to change that thanks to my most recent visit. Russell Cellular has always treated me well. I went in to see about changes to my account, and thanks to Heather, I was able to upgrade to the S21 Ultra, purchase the Watch3, and actually lower my monthly payment. Thank you Heather and Russell Cellular for taking care of me promptly and professionally!

Heather did an excellent job with customer service! She not only got all our data transferred from our two ancient phones to our two new phones, but she also was able to answer the phones and take care of other customers besides us. She was efficient, stayed friendly, and extremely helpful!

I had a positive experience with Russel Cellular Tuesday August 25th. My old phone had crashed. Nicole informed me that it was more or less terminal. So I informed her of the Features that I would like to have on a New Phone. Nicole suggested a Samsung Galaxy A21. She recovered all of the information and data that I had on the old phone and set up the New One to my delight! I was assured that I could bring the phone in for any issues that I was with it. Nicole was an Excellent Rep, Knowledgeable, Courteous and Professional. I had a small issue, of my own fault, the next day and Kayleigh answered my questions. Great Job by Everyone!

Nicole was amazing to work with, she was knowledgeable, helpful and very good at her job. I probably would of bought anything she was selling. I can not overstate how much I hate going to the phone store, but I was completely comfortable with her the whole time. I honestly hope I can work with her again when I get my next phone.

Sam is the most awesome worker there. She is very polite an does a great job even when she by herself an gets busy. Nicole is just as good. I just met the manager today, Jose, an he seem to know what he is doing. He helped figure out what was wrong with my tablet. Only thing bad is the reception for your Verizon services. Want to break the phones. Dropping calls all the time, cant make calls. Need better services for your phones there. We still may switch companies.

Kayleigh took the time to ensure my satisfaction was met on all my needs for a phone, she went above and beyond in her role and I am thankful for her help. I left with an S20+ after being fed up with another service carrier. Was in and out within an hour including activation. Very satisfied with the service received at this store.

I have been a verizon customer for over 20 years and this BY FAR was one of the best experiences I have EVER had! My husband needed a new phone and she set us up with not only a new phone for him but for me as well - and gave us the best deal they had! She got everything set up and transferred and answered all of our questions. Not only did she know what she was doing but she made me feel like I was actually a VALUED long time customer. She was patient and answered all of our questions about the new model of phones that we purchased and even went over some new features that I am already appreciating! Sam deserves to be recognized as I am sure that I was not the exception to her customer service skills. She was fantastic! If we didnt live in Wisconsin I would definitely make this my store. I may just call to get her help with any other questions I have in the future! Thanks Sam!!!

This is the best Verizon store Ive ever been to. The staff is great, helpful, and friendly in every way. The manager Jose is kind and goes out of his way to take care of you. If you need a new phone provider theyll help you out. All around 5 stars for sure

Person helping was new...tried asking the two other people working to help her, said he didnt know anything every single time she asked his help, the other (manager I believe) walked out after the second question asked. Like left the building. Left with the only questions answered coming from a piece of paper...

It’s 11am on a Monday an only one person in the store. No one else around. Poor gal was overwhelmed. Been better driving to front range an been done by the time she freed up

I went to upgrade my phone around 130pm and when we walked in no one said anything to us. We sat around and waited for close to an hour and still no one helped us or even said a word. However, when I went back around 4pm there was a different employee and he was VERY helpful. He immediately assisted me and was extremely kind!

Me and my boyfriend got our new phones here today and everyone we dealt with was extremely kind and helpful!

I go in there to cancel a Gizmo watch and upgrade it to a galaxy smartwatch. And I couldnt get any customer service AT ALL He looked like he hated being there and I was just another nuiseance in his day the only answer he would give me was call Verizon....why would I call Verizon when Im standing in a Verizon store? all I wanted was some help getting this done and getting an upgrade.

Rebecca at the Sterling CO store was amazing. She helped us for most of the morning and afternoon. She called customer service and stayed on the line with us until everything was done. She had a great sense of humor and the ability to be patient with all the setbacks we had. We were old unsatisfied customers and she made sure we were going to be happy switching back.

Waited for 10 minutes to talk to the lone sales rep (which was fine). In the middle of taking to us she decided to help another customer who came in after we did.Had all the info, the pin to the account (which is under my wifes name), login to the account and access to my daughters phone and tried to buy new phone, but was told no. Never asked to see id or anything, but we werent interested in the accessories and it was close to closing time. It very much felt like a disinterested brush-off, because I could have bought the phone online through Verizon with the info and access I had and just picked up the phone at the store.But the exchange rate for the old phone was low and the service was poor, so it actually felt good to walk out not having done business with this location.

Samantha is amazing. She is so personable and knowledgeable. She gave us great service and helped us transfer our two accounts into one with zero troubles. Recomend this store and Samantha specifically.

After nightmare at Walmart with my J7 and 2 year protection plan they want extra money (they dont tell you when you get it) to file a claim on, no help whatsoever, I called Tiana at this Verizon store and am getting a new S10+ and could not be happier! I went through Walmart to get my contract with Verizon, and long story short they forgot to add the insurance I had wanted. I didnt find this out until my phone dropped and broke a few days later, and when I took it back to them to fix it and discovered the mistake they acted like Oh well nothing we can do now.. I then took my phone in to the girls at this Verizon store and Rebbeca was a rock star and fought for me to get a replacement phone to fix the mistake the other store had made. I would have been stuck paying for a phone I couldnt use if it wasnt for her. Im so grateful to her and I will only do business with her from now on.

Very dissappinted with your service i been coming here for a very long time since you guys were on the other building, So here I am at the store trying to figure out if I was able for an upgrade... And the guys that t help was more concern about his phone then to help the people at the store . Aron clemente gets on the phone and calls customer service for his phone like I aint imports . While here i am and other customers waiting On the phone for about 20 min .. so I left and I am not coming back. So glad there is 2 ensignals .. And I sure hope that the other one is not the same owner .. bad business very upset also .
