I was over due for an eye exam but I finally made an appt. Exam went great! Dr explained a lot! God Bless Lisa for All her help & patience on Everything for me start to finish!!! I love my glasses & can see much better! Great Social Distancing & All wore masks!!!

Tech in the store was rude, dismissive and did everything he could for me not to buy glasses. Just went in to look for a frame and buying lenses with no prescription. Offered me only 3 lense colors. Non prescription lenses were $60 each lense ($120 for 2 lenses) plus the cost of the $100 frames. Never go there for any eye wear needs. Much better places in Sterling.

I went in for new glasses (since mine were two years old). Initial exam and order was fast, but it took them over a month of near daily visits to get the adjusted. They never did get them right. They even had totreorder the lenses due to improper fit. After nearly a month, they finally sent me to another store and a competitor glasses place. I went back in and demanded a refund after I talked to the regional manager.I will not be back to Walmart for glasses again. The other store barely talked to me and I was deinitdefi not impressed with docs multiple follow-ups.
