Very good and caring!

Prescriptions where dropped of at 10:30 AM. Went to pick them up at 1:20 Pm. When arrived was informed that they are closed for lunch. Posted hours show they close at 1:30. Requested they accommodate for there posted hours, after they re-opened the gates they refused to re-bill to correct my insurance information and informed I would have to come back at 2. At this point I requested my original paper prescriptions back. They handed me 4 of the 5. I returned later in the day to obtain the fifth. The pharmacist informed me he did not have it. He then tried to point me to an over the counter equivalent, which I informed him they have lost my business and requested again the papers back. He couldnt provide. I reported Pharmacist (Jim Mildenberger ID#9748) to DORA Department of Regulatory Agencies for Improper Prescriptions and Document Issues.

Called in for refill, was told it would be ready by 11:00 a.m. the next day. Got there at time given and still had to wait 45 minutes to pick up the prescription. And the staff was very rude about it not being ready.

Dont go here. Worst pharmacy ever. Sloooooooow. Rude. I filled here ONCE after I moved back, NEVER AGAIN!! . Drive down Main Street to W*******s, you can wait and get your RX in 5-15mins.
