The store is better lit then most. They had a mattress in stock, that I needed. Dixons We almost didnt. Their service dept. Was helpful. Their auto care dept. Had me in and out for an oil change in 25 min., Dixon can take up over an hour and a half. Love this place.

Clean store!! Answered the phone when I called as website could not tell me if ink cartridge was in stock. Staff was so pleasant and helpful! I will drive a few more miles to shop there!!

Their shelves have been quite bare the last 5 times I have been in there. I got NOTHING I needed as they were out of everything. They have raised their prices and I have found elsewhere to shop from now on that I know will have the basic items I need.

Got my tire changed, which was super fast and easy. My only issue with the trip was that I got me and my son a haircut and with a reasonable tip it was 60 dollars. We just got our hair faded, took 2 seconds. Kind of ridiculous.

Its Walmart and were in a pandemic, its a hard time for everybody right now. The pricing is still the same, it still feels pretty crowded and some customers are even meaner with the face coverings.

Store was absolutely packed with customers. Only 3 or 4 cashiers, everyone else is funneled into the packed self check lanes. Associates were nice and helpful but completely overwhelmed. Other Customers were the worst part of the experience.

I stopped in for a few items. It was not crowded and I used the self checkout so it was in and out very quickly.

Walmart love or hate it still has what you cant get elsewhere

I couldnt find an associate to help me get something off of the overstock shelf. The spot on the shelf was empty but I seen it up on the highest shelf and had to try to get it down myself. Multiple pallet jacks along the main aisles, items in the fishing section were completely unorganized.

I was charged 65.00 at Walmart for flue shot, 2 weeks later they were giving them away free, I went and comeplained, gust got the run-around.

I located everything I needed, no problems with anything.

It’s great for a Walmart. It’s clean and the shelves are organized and usually full. The cashiers and staff are friendly and always willing to help you find things.

Went to self checkout as there were only 2 cashiers open and my husband bought beer so they had to have a cashier approval. I asked the girl watching over the self checkouts if she could approve it and she wouldnt answer. My husband then asked her and still no response though she looked blankly at both of us. Dont know if she was deaf or what.. so we asked another lady working the self checkouts and she responded and handled it quickly.. I would have dismissed the first employee.. customer service was not on her agenda! Very 😡 upset at the first ones rudeness.

Shopping was good. Had everything I needed. The only thing irritating was the fact that only two registers were open and there was at least 10 people waiting in each line. None of us want speedy check out we want the human touch. Someone in line looked up the manager and told them to open a new line. Finally one more opened up. Need to have the managers be more in tone to your customers needs and open more lines when needed.

Always out of items I want to purchase. Poor stocking poor item on keto item selections.

Everytime I go in to Walmart i.have a ride cart that don,t work rite .Strerling and RockFall, ILL NEED NEW RIDING CARTS AND THERE NOT ALWAYS CHARGED

It has been 10:00 minutes and counting we have been waiting in line... It was 12:48 in the afternoon.It was busy. With very few lines open for cashiers. However the line of people waiting to check out was passed the clothing department.I myself don’t have a problem waiting as this seems to be the Regular occurrence shopping at this Walmart however my heart goes out to those elderly who don’t maybe have the time or the patients are very tired or ill maybe they can open a few lines just for the elderly to go through. However as usual I was very disappointed with Walmart. You might ask why do I even keep going then I ask myself the same thing but we have very limited stores in our area unless you feel like driving.

They are doing a good job keeping stuff wipped down and disinfected. I was with someone who needed to use a scooter and it didnt make it through the shopping trip. But other than that employees were nice.

We used the Carside pick up and usually it is pretty good, but this time was horrible! We received rotten strawberries, multiple smashed chips, and an open bag of sugar spilled all over in the shopping bag. We had to request refunds on all of them. Its like we got all the left over items.

I like there fried chicken. Where else can you get a good eight piece fried chicken for six bucks.

Ellen in checkout with smokes is extremely slow and for some reason she put the hot sauce on the counter as if it were a drink instead of bagging it I think she has issues

Went at noon Sunday. For groceries lots of shelves were empty of staple items. Couldnt find employees to help find items anywhere in the store or they walked away from you. Customers didnt care about following arrows in aisles and most didnt wear masks or keep 6ft away. Yes, I should have gone earlier in the day which next time I will wont be for several weeks.

1.5 hours to have two tires put on my vehicle today. The first customer on the bay, no other vehicles present. No one bothered to provide updates on the progress of my vehicle.

Clean and well organized

The employees avoid you when you have a question. They never know where anything is and controductory to their policy when items are in the wrong place they dont give you the price that is stated in front of that product. I have had to contact the manager to get the right price.

Its nice just doesnt have the grocery section like in Sterling.
