After going to many places looking for granite and finding it at a wholesaler we then had to find a place to install it. We found Continental Stone Marble & Granite by just happening to be in their vicinity. We told them where we found the granite and they had no problem working with them. Our salesperson there was Bruna and we told her of our concerns and our timeline. She was more than happy to work with our schedule and our needs. When cabinets were ready they came over and laser measured for the granite. Our kitchen comprised of an L shape countertop and a 5’ x 3’ waterfall island. They called a few weeks later for the install and it went well. The owner even came by to make sure it was up to their standards. They called many times keeping us in the loop during the whole process. We have gotten so many compliments already.

We love our stone countertops! Looks so good & matches our cabinets terrific. Bruna was so helpful & knowlegeable - REALLY knows her material. Everyone was great & all appointments were met and on time. I definitely would recommend Continental Stone to anyone.

We were so impressed with Continental Stone - owner, staff, installers - all 100% professional, knowledgeable, courteous and did what they said they would do when they said they would do it! No rescheduling, no issues. They were respective of any concerns we had regarding our granite counter, and we ended up completely satisfied with their work, their prices and their product. We were very satisfied with the complete process of replacing our countertops using Continental Stone Marble and Granite. The sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable. There was a good selection of granite right at there facility. We were happy to hear that we only pay for the granite we use. There is no charge if an additional slab is used. The template measurement process was high-tech with a laser and tri-pod. He was very accommodating to our personal technical requests. Finally, the installation went very smoothly and right on time. I recommend this company to anyone looking for new stone countertops.

Continental Stone transformed our kitchen with our new countertops! Bruna thoroughly explained the process and answered all of our questions. Manny runs a professional and friendly operation and values his customers, even taking time to meet personally with us. The install team was also friendly and efficient. I was given a recommendation to try Continental Stone and was not disappointed. Once we picked out the granite the measurement and delivery was handled without delay. The pricing was actually better than the box stores, Would not hesitate to use for our next project.

From the 1st phone call to installation everything went great. Bruna was extremely helpful. I knew exactly what I was looking for. I sent her my very rough, hand drawn “specs”, which she let me know were spot on after the installer came out to measure. She and Manny worked with me on the price, appointments were made timely and with ease. Everyone showed up when they were supposed to. The installers couldn’t have been more accommodating. After they left, our contractor noticed the brackets were missing and were needed to put the dishwasher back in. I made a call to Manny and within no time, a gentleman showed up with the brackets. Great Customer Service. The crew was very professional when installing my beautiful kitchen.

Storey was supposed to be our rep on my installation. Had issues with the granite, they sent out a tech to fix it, and never came back to fix the other issues. I have emailed a number of times and cant even get a response. It has been a month now. I was working through Dream Kitchens which also wont get back in touch. Definitely a take-the-money-and-run operation. Not a happy camper.

I highly recommend Continental Stone for counter tops. I had my kitchen and baths done and it came out perfect. The sales rep know what theyre talking about and has great customer service. Large selection of granite, quartz, marble and soapstone to choose from. They used a laser template machine to take the measurements, which I thought was very professional. Their installers were excellent, very organized and clean.

Continental did an awesome job on the counter tops in our kitchen. Its a beautiful piece of granite that was delivered and installed on time, quickly, and professionally! We are already planning on contacting them again for our rental property. The whole experience from picking the granite to the installation was great; we worked with professional but friendly people that I knew right away wanted us to have the best experience! I would highly recommend them, and hope to work with them in the future.

Continental installed my contertops a week ago. Not happy with the stone cutting. Measurements were not correct. Im going to have to fix it. Countertop is off by an inch. Kitchen Associates subcontracted them as the installer. I would not recommend Continental. Price did not reflect the finished product. I hope this review saves someone else the disappointment.

Note even worth a star. Continental Stone installed a new counter top in our recently renovated bathroom and put multiple nicks in the drywall, scratched our trim, and cracked the new lighting fixture. I talked with Matt in the office and he put on a good show and was really nice and concerned and said he would talk to his boss. After several attempts I have not heard back. Matt said his boss was on the road. Horrible Customer Service. Stay away from this business.

We recently had granite installed in our kitchen and bathrooms. Our sales person, Rosane, was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Everything went smoothly from our selection of the material from their supplier to installation. I highly recommend them.

Do not go here.I had a quartz countertop install they did not put shims under the counter. There was all kinds of chips on the front of the. Countertop.they just came back to Sand and buffet the chips out of the countertop.house is a complete mess,not happy with them will not recommend them please look for other places to buy your granite marble or quartz.😡

On Friday 5/04/2018 2 7:30-7:45 am, the driver of your company car intentionally swerved into me while traveling south on interstate 495 in the Mansfield to Raynham areas. The action was in full morning traffic as I was in the left-hand lane was deliberate and caused me to veer off the road into the dirt and grass; even after I held my safety horn down for as long as I could while maintaining control of my vehicle. Once back in control I was able to get a picture of the Toyota vehicle - plate T25 052 and witnessed the driver do the same to several other vehicles ahead of me. As this is the morning heavy commute, the vehicle congestion made the drivers action all the more dangerous. I have reported the actions to the State Police, Attorney Generals Office, the Sterling Town Hall and to all forms of social media as well. I have left a message on the companys voice mail but have not received a response.

Recently My wife and I had the pleasure of doing business with Manny and Norma of Continental Stone. Having a granite counter and backsplash installed is what took us to them. They have a large inventory of granite to choose from and the latest in granite fabricating machinery to work with.Roseane in Sales has a great knowledge of granite and design. She was able to meet our needs for our kitchen.I cant say enough about the installation process. John (installer) could not have been more professional. He is very proficient at his trade.

Horrible from start to finish. When I called to discuss why I wasnt happy, the owner Manny was extremely rude. When I told him he had terrible customer service, he threatened to sue me if I said anything to anyone. Shady business.
