We have been in the process of a MAJOR remodel of our home for approximately 6-months. Weve completed the Master Bathroom, Guest Bathroom and the Kitchen. Weve searched EVERY granite/tile location in Fairfax/Loudoun County and settled on Granite Expo. They were able to source any selection we made BUT their customer service, fabrication and installation were Outstanding. Even our contractor wanted their contact information after watching their work. HE said --- These Guys Know What Theyre Doing! You wont be disappointed!

Updated: we took the wall down to the dining room a year later and Granite Expo was able to get a pretty close match and cut the opening for the popup vent!! Still 5 stars!!highly recommend these guys. Great price, quality and service.No pressure sales, professional and on time installation. Excellent clean up after completion and it looks awesome.Weve taken the wall down where the microwave is and are going back to see if they can match the counter top and extend it.. i hopefully will receive the same level of service we had before. The white caulk dried to clear and you cant really see the seams.

We had an exemplary experience working with Granite Expo. They promptly showed up for measurements and estimate, clearly explained all the details and gave us a good price. After we visited the showroom to select the actual slabs, the whole 80 sq. ft of our countertops have been manufactured and installed in three business days. The quality of their work is excellent. They removed the old ones and thoroughly cleaned up the area as well. Highly recommended.

Easy transaction from start to finish. Called on a Saturday, someone came out to measure our fireplace on Monday, went to pick out granite on Thursday and it was installed on the following Monday. Absolutely beautiful with a great price, since I was able to find a remnant I loved. Omar was very knowledgeable and not a pushy salesman. Will use again for next project.

I came to learn about Granite Expo from my contractor and could not be happier with their quality and service. I worked directly with Granite Expo that supplied our cabinets and quartz and granite countertops. They were great helping me, stay within my countertop budget when I wanted to have a different material for the peninsula from the rest of the kitchen. Omar was the lead person I worked with and he was responsive and helpful. We had a couple of minor hiccups but the team at Granite Expo were johnny on the spot to fix them. This company always stands behind their product and installation. It doesn’t happen a lot but if little details need to be corrected they get on it immediately and always make sure that my clients are happy. As a general contractor I never shop anywhere else for my stone!! Highly recommend those guys!!

We had a great experience selecting new kitchen countertops. Orgul was so patient with us!!!Then they came and in 2 hours the counters were installed and they did a great job!We absolutely love our new counters and faucet ❤️They have great deals monthly ;)

6/8/20 Update: We now have worn edges and random blotches appearing on the countertops.Granite Expo has shown no interest in resolving, only in having us remove our negative review. Sincerely wish we had purchased our countertops elsewhere.Our initial impression was good. Onur (Who no longer works there) gave us a reasonable price and prompt installation.However, there was a noticeable flaw in the quartz pattern. I called Onur and he sent out his installer/repairman. This man was at our house for over an hour dousing the quartz with multiple chemicals and digging at it with a razor. His final solution was to fill it in with black marker, and I mean that seriously.I called Onur and explained the situation, reminding him that when we purchased the granite we stressed the need for timely install, since our backsplash was the final step in our remodel and our contractor was on a very tight schedule. Long and short, he agreed to replace the defective piece in 10 days - not acceptable. Okay, hell send his guys on Saturday. We waited all day long with no word until 6pm, when we were told they couldnt make it until Monday.On Monday the new piece gets installed. The seam isnt as perfect as before but we need this done.Fast forward a few months, and the dishwasher that they fastened to the underside of the quartz comes completely loose. Another call to Granite Expo and after a few days the same repairman (ugh!) comes out to fix it. Need it be said that three days later, it is again completely detached.I call AGAIN, only to be told sorry, thats how we do it, sorry it hasnt worked for you. Thats it.I will say that if you find a slab you like and there are no glitches, you might have a positive experience. But heaven forbid you have any issues, because things are likely to take a very unpleasant turn. We are absolutely regretting that we purchased our quartz from Granite Expo.

This place is legit. Wide variety of marble, granite, quartz and manufactured stone surfaces in addition to cabinetry. I didnt see any sinks, but Im pretty sure that they will install your (sink) if you have it. Very personable and professional. They even let me see the cutting station where the marble is cut (probably would let me watch the cutting if I had asked). Prices are a little high, but you get what you pay for.

Omar and his team are the greatest. By working directly with you rather than through a middleman, we saved a great deal of money. They even traveled 150 miles to the new home location for measurements and then again for installation. Measurement to install was only a couple of days. We were also able to select some granite from another vendor and we also found selections we liked with them. They are very flexible and I highly recommend working with them. Their sinks are of high quality and rightly priced. Do yourself a favor and get a quote from them.

This place was great. I needed a remnant slab for a kitchen island and they cut it to my dimensions with a quick turnaround. Installed it today and it fit with no issues.

Five Stars for Granite Expo! Of all the counter top companies we met with, Omar was by far the most knowledgeable and comprehensive. His honesty was very refreshing! He actually dissuaded me from choosing a more expensive style option as it would not have been aesthetically pleasing. He took the time to really help my husband and me understand all our options, how they would look and then gave us the best price possible. His team was able to measure on Wednesday and install on Friday. They even came back the following week, as a favor to me, as my stove got back ordered and wasnt on sight for the counter installation. The made sure the stove fit properly. I had a great experience with Granite Expo. Communication was wonderful and service was fast and of quality. I contacted Granite Expo to replace my master bathroom vanity tops with quartz, and Omar gave me a quote on the same day. With in a week, they had taken the measurements and installed the tops. The process was easy and the tops look great! I would definitely use their service again.

This company is absolutely amazing. We had gorgeous granite counter-tops within 11 days (including 2 weekends) of our first inquiry, 3 of which was us just contemplating the quotes and trying to make our slab decision. Omar was fantastic and was prompt in all of our interactions and was patient as we went back and forth on multiple quotes as we determined what we wanted. He patiently walked us through the warehouse and allowed us to take our time looking at all the granite slabs. Pricing is unbeatable, the complete project was 30% less than the quotes we received from other contractors and the quality was above all expectations. The crew was polite and very thorough in taking the measurements and during demo/install. Best decision ever to go with this company, only wish we made the decision sooner.

Had a great experience with Granite Expo. Their speed on the project exceeded our expectations, turn around was within one week. The quality of granite work and installation was perfect. Onur guided us through setting up the project, Carlos carefully measured twice and made sure every piece cut was perfect, and Yeltsin insured the in installation was flawlessly completed. We had a unique situation involving our contractor and a very aggressive timeline. Getting a countertop chosen and installed quickly was a must. The team at granite expo was kind, decisive, patient, and prompt. Delays in sink delivery was met with courteous flexibility and an issue with an appliance fit was met with swift fixes. They sell good product and match that with great customer service.

Fabulous experience working with Omar from Granite Expo. We were looking at remodeling our main kitchen, basement kitchen, all the bathrooms as well as the fireplace area in the living room. Omar worked with us to select the best countertop materials, cabinets and stones for the entire house within our budget and timeline. We recently purchased quartz counter tops for our kitchen at Granite Expo. We could not have asked for a better experience. The sales staff was very helpful. We chose our slabs of quartz, they measured our kitchen, and they were installed all within a week. And best of all, the price was very reasonable.

They came recommended. It sounds like their work is generally good. However, my entire conversation with them was mired in miscommunication.At first they said they would just come and do the job, then they said they had to schedule an estimate. When they came for the estimate, they were surprised and said this kind of job did not need an estimate, I should have just scheduled the work team. So that was a few hours off of work already.I took more time off the day of the actual appointment, but they never showed up. When I called to inquire, they said they had never even scheduled me (even though I had made, then confirmed the appointment) because the man who came to do the estimate told them I didnt want them to come anymore. I had confirmed my appointment on the phone with one of the managers, using his phone, while he was standing next to me at my house, so I dont know how he got this impression.That was the second day off work.I did not reschedule.

Granite Expo had a great selection of products and their staff was extremely helpful and prompt in helping us select the right countertop we needed for our kitchen remodel. The quality and prices were exceptional as well as the very professional installation. We love our new quartz countertop and would highly recommend using this company.

We were looking for a quartz countertop for a long time. Some of them are really expensive and we could not find who can do it for the right price. We worked with Omar Avci and everything was great! Granite Expo saved the day! We had originally planned on having our kitchen project done through a local big box home improvement store and they had contracted our granite to another local granite company. It was one disaster after another. After having enough we canceled the project and called Granite Expo. Ray was able to have Carlos come out the next day to measure. Carlos scheduled the install 2 days later (it was a small project). These guys went above and beyond to make sure it was done right. From the first call to the final plumbing we were beyond impressed. We highly recommend!!!

The price was right. The salesman (Colin) was outstanding . Installation was good, but could have been better- minor damage to cabinets during old countertop removal, spots in the sink (factory cleaning issue) and some problems with leveling. Otherwise very satisfied with the experience.

As a first time granite purchaser, my experience with Granite Expo could not have been any better. The experts at Granite Expo were very quick to respond my initial inquiry, and they were able to come to my home for a consultation and measurements for my granite countertops the next day. During the initial consultation I did not feel pressured to make any decisions – this was very different from some other consultations I had. Rather than being asked to make any decisions I was encouraged to visit Granite Expo’s warehouse to look at the available slabs. After several appointments at granite distributors throughout the DC metro area, it was easy to tell that the stone selection at Granite Expo was terrific and so was the cost. Granite Expo had a very wide selection of slabs, including slabs that were similar in style to those that I had seen at competitors’ warehouses. Ayoub, the salesman at the warehouse was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process step by step. He explained differences in stones and answered the many questions I had as a first time granite purchaser. Their prices ended up being significantly cheaper than other estimates I received, which made the decision to choose Granite Expo much easier. Within four days of choosing the slab that I wanted an installation crew came to my home and installed the countertops. I would definitely recommend Granite Expo over many of the other granite distributors in the DC area.Update (1-19-19) I used Granite Expo for a second time and the experience was just as great as the first. I worked with Onur, who was very knowledge about different stone options and helped me pick the one that was best for our kitchen remodel. Installation was quick and everything looks great.
