Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I understand that The Fort Steuben Mall is the most depressing place on Earth. I can understand how working in it would be a drag, but maybe somehow AT&T could have been a shining light. Unfortunately, it was not. My grandfather used to work for AT&T, which is the only reason I was willing to give them a shot (even though everyone knows Verizon has the best service). Today, I was disappointed with their service as Im sure my grandfather would be as well. To be honest, I dont know if this is a reflection of AT&T or just the employees at this store. Zero stars. Would not recommend.

Contrary to what this delusional lady said below me, I find the staff at this particular store to be amazing! They always go above and beyond to help me with any issues I may pay a visit for. They are much better than the Sunset BLVD location and I would much prefer to be helped my one of the Managers, Noah, here than anywhere else. Thank you Fort Steuben AT&T for the wonderful experience! I will definitely be returning soon.

Dreadful service. I was trying to switch between Verizon and AT&T. Admittedly there were issues with my number from Verizon, but the people at this store and Verizon did their best to compete over who had the worst customer service. The condescending attitude of the AT&T representative the last time I tried to actually get a phone there was the final straw. Never had a company put forth that much effort into not having me as a customer.

Seemed like very professional staff gear to help and for the model phones they have out on display, seem to look as if they never been handled so cleanliness is definitely one of the top 3 priorities their customers their business and making sure everything keeps clean as much as they possibly can kudos my first actually meaning 5 star not to just give 5 stars on a phone game to get free currency otherwise you would pay for lol keep it up #AT&T

Great store. All the employees ive dealt with have always been knowledgeable and try not to take up too much of your time. I came in last week to get new lines for my whole family and he was able to answer all my questions no problem. They deserve a newer store, considering the mall isnt in the best condition.

If I could give them a zero I would. They are not willing to help unless you are buying something. I needed a Sim card and they tried to make me pay off my phone and get a new account and number. I believe it was even the store manager i was working with. ... I left immediately and went to the att on sunset and they helped me with a Sim with no worries. Also they had another customer in there complaining about the mall store as well. They will ALWAYS BE MY STORE ON SUNSET AMY and her staff are very helpful!!!

MyAT&T app quit working and could not access att.com, called 611 and representative could not help resolve issues

Would like the opportunity speak with the owner of this store to collaborate an incident a couple months ago in 2020. The unwillingness to authenticate my fathers account face-to-face without a passcode BUT with proper identification is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. This incident has snowballed into an unsafe environment for lack of resources during the NATIONAL PANDEMIC. It will be hard to change the review, but giving you the chance to explain your stores action with me before I have to REPORT your store for more than one VIOLATION to corporate.

I came in for service last week. Spoke to a lovely rep, Brianna. She was super helpful and is why I came back today. She was off unfortunately, but the manager Blair and staff member Mindy helped me out with my upgrade and protection. 5 out of 5 service.

We recently had a frustrating experience when taking advantage of a promotional offer to upgrade our iPhones. The employees selling us the new phones left out essential information to the promotion and we almost completely lost the credit (which was a bit less simple than we had originally thought) as a result. After taking the issue up with AT&T customer service and going back into the store to talk to the manager, the district manager Aiden reached out to us and immediately apologized and made the situation right. Even though I feel upset by the shifty sales tactics we fell for, I feel confident that if you ever have an issue at this store, this upper manager will make it right for you.

Super friendly and very helpful. Definitely felt confident ordering my iPad pro as he went over all of the details of fees and billing. Highly recommend Blair and his staff for any AT&T needs

This is not a corporate store and I am so glad they are not and Noah is an awesome employee who inadvertently saved an account for AT&T.A few days before coming to this store I was at a corporate store and an employee basically told me I didnt know what I wanted and that they did. They changed our plan, the phones we wanted were changed, and we had multiple add-ons that we didnt want. When we asked about it we were told so many different reasons and excuses we walked out.Today, we walked into this AT&T store and Noah not only listened to what we wanted, he took the time to make sure he understood what we wanted. Then he shocked us by apologizing for the corporate employee and stated that is why AT&T keeps losing customers. He was able to review our account, change our plan saving us more money (always a plus), and upgraded our phones to the new Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G.The best part was finding out the bill was only going up $10.00 more than what I am paying now.Overall:Skip the corporate stores and find yourself a small local AT&T store to conduct your business like this one at the Steubenville Mall. They listen and can save you on services you do not need.

Came into this store to get my data transferred for an insurance replacement. I’m originally from Missouri and own a Funeral Home but was in town at the time. Noah was very helpful and informative. He sat through patiently while my phone took 4 hours to transfer. I came back in today to get help logging into my Facebook and Noah actually helped me set up a DirecTV account in my Missouri home. The customer service in this store is exceptional as I’m in sales myself.

Went to Weirton WV AT&T for a fix to my weather app. They couldn’t figure it out. Came to the Fort Steub Mall location to get it fixed. Mindy welcomed us and had us fixed up in a matter of minutes. Appreciate the friendly face!

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Made an online order and was completely lied to. Was told to go into the store to have problem fixed and nothing got accomplished. This company simply refers you to someone else no one wants to be held accountable.

Noah was an incredible help in fixing hooking up our new Galaxy J3 phone. Stupidly, we bought the phone at a different location in Calcutta,OH instead of going to the Steubenville store. What I thought would be a simple process of upgrading my father from a flip phone to a smart phone became a nightmare. Noah discovered that when Josh @ the Calcutta store cut down the old SIM card to transfer contacts, he not only did NOT import them to the new phone, he left the OLD CUT UP SIM card from a flip phone in the brand new J3. Josh also left the new phone in park status. This phone was useless to us. Nothing worked...no 4G, no text messages..Noah also caught that the optional insurance that I told him I never agreed to in the 1st place was on there as a start date of 5 weeks in the future!! (Locking in their commission perhaps🤷‍♀️). Needless to say we were flabbergasted by all that Noah found for us. I have been an AT&T customer for 30 yrs...now I will ALWAYS be a Steubenville customer. Thank you Noah!!!!!

I went in to the store because I was unhappy with Sprint everybody went out of their way to help me and made my experience with AT&T great got home and couldn’t figure out how to set up my AT&T app went in the next day and they went out of their way to figure out what was wrong definitely great customer service highly recommend going into this AT&T store if you have Any problems or any questions

I went to att on Sunset Blvd and the gentleman did not seem interested in helping me. He kept looking at his screen, didnt make eye contact and told me Just wait for a new Samsung update but come back and see me when you want to upgrade you phone. I IMMEDIATELY went to the att store at the mall and mindy helped me immediately. I came back with my sister for a Bogo deal and Noah is amazing!!! The whole team was able to help me out but Noah stayed over and made sure he addressed EVER issue. Best team ever!!
