The were friendly and helped me find the right phone and service I needed for my budget and helped me set everything up I even did a return with no problems so definitely 5 stars in my book got a new phone shown for free

New to the area but if I was going to choose a provider I am going with cricket. The coverage is awesome and as opposed to others they actually have some great deals on I phones and other androids. Nice leasing program as well as friendly and knowledgeable staff.

HORRIBLE!!! I’m only giving Cricket one star because it is a requirement.The store sold us the wrong cases for an iPhone 6s. They will not exchange or refund because their return policy is same day only. Alana (sales rep) was horrible, rude, and unprofessional— screaming at us in the store. She was claiming to be the store manager with no authority— calling other people for approvals.I’ve made a report with the corporate office, but they were not very helpful. So, now I have cases that don’t fit the iPhone.Alana was also telling other customers in the store to buy phones at a cheaper price by adding new lines then cancelling them. Cheating the system and stealing from the company.I will never buy anything else from Cricket.SCAM!!!

We switched. Cant beat the price. Coverage out on my area is still a little dicey but they all are. Get that new tower up that is supposed to be opening around Amsterdam and Ill give you 5 stars.

Went in to switch cell phone providers and get new accessories. The guy name Jake and Austin were there. They made the whole switch more understandable. Will be back!
