Very nice store. Extremely nice staff! I was able to get some games and recommendations for games that my kid will like hopefully lol!

They have a pretty decent selection prices are a bit high but they seem to have most anything you will be looking for. Fairly well organized.

Im giving them a 2 because the women came out from behind the counter when I walked in to the store, to position herself to be able to watch me. Do you really think I wanna steal action figures (as cool as they are) and empty game cases?

Dont head into the store much these days, but when I do its always a positive experience. The team has the right attitude for the job and they have Noah to thank for it. Its a privilege to trade here, no ones forcing you accept the pricing they offer. Keep up the great work!

I love Gamestop... of course, I would. One of my hobbies is Twitch affiliate. I have never had an issue with anyone here. Theyve always been super helpful and will let you return something if you get it home and it doesnt work.

Called ahead to ask if a game was in stock, was told Yup! 20 minutes later get there and the game has already sold, or didnt exist. Same person we talked to on the phone, tried to talk us into a copy for a console we dont own. Dont know what they were hoping to achieve, maybe wed be so frustrated wed buy a whole console?Its no wonder Gamestop is struggling.

Corrupt and slowly dying business model. They offer way to little for trade-in and you can often do better with other stores. They charge too much for used copies, often brand new copies can be had for cheaper from Amazon.Still, the employees are friendly and helpful which is something.

Overpriced on games.underpaid for game trade ins.you never even get new games. all the new games are opened and that makes em used. if I dont get to open em and there opened = used. so dont charge people for new when you open em. And if you are the consumer who bought the product they say no its used! so what is gamestop doing opening a new game then charging full price!

Steubenville game stop was way better than the St. Clairsville stop.
