Employees were great at looking for the part I needed. But it was 4x the amount there compared to getting same part online..

Ordered a set of rotors online and was given the wrong size at a store in Milwaukee. Tried returning them to this location and the manager refused to take them without a receipt. 1 was unopened taped up in the box, the other was opened but box was damaged when I opened it. They were obviously unused and still in sellable condition. I could not find the receipt but then remembered I had it through email, but I will not be attempting to return it to this location, nor ever purchase anything from this location again. Manager was very curt and stand-offish. He refused to help me even though my number was in their system because I was not a part of their local loyalty program.

Both items I was looking for they didnt have so went to Napa down the road and they had both items it was a thermostat and gasket

Picked up missed packages there, very easy process. Friendly staff.

They said they were gonna have the airsol can of paint I needed for my vehicle and went in there and they said they wouldnt have it until Monday ! Very very silly shouldnt all your employees know when and what youre going to get in ? This is very maddening
